HGH Frag 176-191 Key to Fat Loss and Cartilage Repair? Human Growth Hormone Fragment 176-191 Peptide

HGH Fragment 176-191 is composed of the last sequence of amino acids that make up Human Growth Hormone. This sequence of amino acids has been shown to be very effective at fat loss in humans. It has also shown to have positive benefits for cartilage repair and for diabetes. HGH Frag 176-191 is an extremely interesting compound that I feel needs to be studies very closely.

what’s going on guys tester levels here
today we’re going to talk about a really
cool compound i mean it’s
it’s pretty amazing it’s called hgh frag
176-191 and basically
for the understanding of this human
growth hormone has 191 different pieces
now this frag or fragment is 176 through
191.
it’s all about humanity
and what scientists have found is that
this portion of human growth hormone has
a lot to do
with fat loss and blood sugar levels so
it’s really interesting
and it doesn’t come with some of the
side effects of just
human growth hormone itself so it’s
really cool they’ve taken and they’re
testing different sections of human
growth hormone
and finding out what these different
sections do and then
breaking them down and you know
researching certain sections to see
what they do and how well they work so
it’s pretty cool
frag 176-191 earned its latter name due
to the fact that laboratory research has
shown it to enhance fat burning
particularly in mice genetically
engineered to produce large fat stores
has been heavily researched in animal
models because while it
it has been heavily researched in animal
it has been heavily researched in animal
wow it has been heavily researched in
animal models because
even while it preserves the fat burning
effects of hgh
it avoids the side effects such as
increasing igf-1 negatively impacting
carbohydrate metabolism altering insulin
sensitivity
increasing long bone growth and so forth
so that’s why they’re looking at it to
possibly help
people lose weight and they say that it
eventually may provide the basis for
some anti-obesity medications
and i find it really cool that you know
a lot of these peptides
you know they’re already in your body
and by giving you more of a particular
one
they’re basically using your body’s
natural systems to help cure stuff and
help
fix stuff and help get better benefits
it’s really cool it’s a really cool
part of medicine and i really hope that
it gets the funding
and the support of the medical community
what worries me is that the
medical community basically pharmacies
pharmaceutical companies
you know they make lots of money on
treating symptoms you know they don’t
really come out with
cures i think the latest fat burning
thing that was actually fda approved was
that stuff called
ally which like you know it basically
kept the fat from being absorbed in your
body and
then that fat came out the other end and
it was all gross and oily and you had
discharged
so it’s it’s i mean i really hope that
they get behind this
because it’s pretty cool research in
animals has revealed that
this end of hgh this frag is primarily
responsible for
protein’s hypoglycemic lowering blood
sugar effects
testing of at least six different
fragments derived from the section of
hgh has shown that fragment 176-191
is the most effective synthetic
derivative of hcg for lowering blood
sugar levels
this effect is secondary to sustained
increase in plasma insulin levels
there is some interest in using frag
176-191
for treatment of both pre-diabetes and
diabetes too
type 2 diabetes so that’s sort of really
cool as well
so i mean what this thing what this frag
is doing is lowering people’s blood
sugar levels
so instead of taking something like
metformin or you know
insulin and all that i’m not saying you
could just you know cancel those out but
i mean i think this could be a really
good treatment for diabetes
i mean it’s it’s been shown to do this
and i think they should be researching
it more
so while the research that they’ve done
in animal models has been very promising
and have not really shown
any of the side effects that human
growth hormone can cause
but it is still part of the human growth
hormone you know
family so they’re concerned that over
the long period it could cause some of
the same side effects
but they haven’t seen that yet in 2013 a
study was published in the journal of
endocrinology and metabolism
it evaluated six studies of frag 176 191
to assess the rate of significance of
negative effects associated with the
peptide
you know they did it really you know
standardized
they found that iv and oral
administration of the frag
when compared to placebo led to no
changes in physical findings laboratory
parameters glucose levels glucose
tolerance
insulin sensitivity or igf-1
so they didn’t really find any negative
side effects
so they’re also looking at this frag to
do other things and seeing what else it
does
and in 2015 in south korea
they found that when they were
researching with this on certain people
that it started to repair cartilage you
know lots of people have issues with
their back with you know the cartilage
between their vertebrae and knees elbows
shoulders all that good stuff
so they found that this helped and then
they paired that with hyaluronic acid
and they found that the two combined had
a synergistic effect
of rebuilding cartilage in the body
really cool
you know this is the this is using
what’s already in our body
to help repair our body it’s really cool
stuff
and i think that peptides are a huge
huge
untapped uh wealth of medical treatments
that
i hope eventually will be mainstream you
know you go there and you go to your
doctor and say well you’re pre-diabetic
you know here’s uh here’s some frag 176
and uh we’ll test you in a month or two
and see how it’s helped
um you know oh i’ve got knee issues you
know there’s no cartilage in my knee
well instead of just doing surgery let’s
try this frag let’s try
you know let’s try this and see if it
helps rebuild your uh
you know your cartilage in your knee
another really cool treatment is
prolotherapy where they basically they
take out your blood
they throw in a centrifuge they take
what they need
out of your natural blood they inject it
back into certain spots
and it promotes healing so it’s pretty
darn cool and i’m
really hoping that we find ways to
take things that are already in our body
and use them to
heal and repair and you know fight
disease all that good stuff
such a cool aspect of medicine but as
i’ve said in some of my other videos
you know this is a naturally occurring
you know peptide this is it’s
it’s naturally in our bodies so
pharmaceutical company tries to patent
it
how can they patent something that’s
already in your body they’d only be able
to patent the process
or i don’t know what it is i’m not an
attorney for a pharmaceutical company
but
i think that you know not being able to
patent and have exclusivity on a
you know part of human growth hormone is
you know really making it so
why would we even try that why wouldn’t
we’re selling a
ton of metformin and insulin why
would we you know why would we
make something that we’re not going to
be able to patent and put a bunch of
money into it
anyway i don’t want to rant too long but
frag 176
191 really cool it’s the last sequence
of amino acids in human growth hormone
and it’s chosen to help with blood sugar
and help with fat loss
and possibly build up cartilage
and helps diabetics as well so
pretty cool compound um you know i don’t
know exactly where you can get this
um but if you have google hey look
around maybe you’ll find somewhere
but that’s about it guys hgh frag 176-1
really cool peptide it’s already in your
body right now it’s floating around your
hands right now
but uh maybe not in your hands but
anyway anyway guys that’s gonna do it if

Easy TRT Trap Injection | Live Demo | Testosterone Replacement Therapy Trapezius Injection Guide

Many men who do everyday injections of testosterone only use a few muscles. Over time this can cause scar tissue to build up in the muscles from daily TRT injections. In this video I show you how and where to inject testosterone into the Trapezius / Trap muscle. It is another muscle you can introduce into your daily TRT injection routine.

what’s going on guys tester levels here
thanks for being here
thanks for all the support on the
channel love you guys uh today we’re
gonna do something a little bit
different
uh this is something that i wouldn’t
normally recommend
but in this video i want to show you the
different places where you can
do trt and we’re still within 30 seconds
so
have to keep on rambling for a second
before i say any scary words
but um anyway this is not something that
i would recommend
i’m not a doctor this is not medical
advice in any way shape or
form always speak with your doctor
before doing anything medical
do a quick medical disclaimer and jump
right in it’s all about humanity
so today as you probably guessed from
the thumbnail i’m going to do
a trt injection in my trap i have never
once ever done this before
the trap is a smaller muscle so i’m only
be doing half an ml
of purified carrier oil which is sterile
and pharmaceutical grade
this is not testosterone this is not a
real injection this is all fake cgi
but this is not something that i would
recommend um if you’re
paying maybe twice a week you know
there’s you know with trt a lot of guys
worry about scar tissue build up over
time
i think this mainly applies to guys that
are doing you know every other day or
every day
you know hitting the same muscle every
single day it can build up over time
obviously insulin syringes which is what
i’m going to be using today
uh would minimize that you know you
don’t want to use like a 23 gauge every
day and i don’t think anyone actually
does
but i just want to show you that you can
use different muscles and the more
muscles you’re able to use
the bigger rotation that you have the
less scar tissue you will
build up or possibly could build up over
years and years of trt
so once again i wouldn’t recommend this
as i said i’m only doing half an ml
because this is a small
muscle and if you’re doing every day if
you’re doing like 18 milligrams or 10
whatever it could be you know
this is going to be a it’s going to be a
little bit of a liquid where this is i
only do twice a week
so this is going to be a larger dose and
uh
yeah then after that i’m going to stop
by right back in front of this camera
tomorrow
and let you know if i got any pip i
definitely did get some pip in my calf
it wasn’t crippling but didn’t feel good
so
i’m going to do an alcohol prep pad i’m
going to skip over that just to make the
video shorter
and uh we’ll come back and i will be
injecting into my trap muscle
and i’ll show you the spot i mean it’s
pretty simple you know if you flex your
trap you kind of see it’s right there in
the middle
it’s hard for me to kind of point and
show you guys at the same time but
with almost any injection you’re looking
for the you know the largest part of the
model
muscle the middle part the meatiest part
you know like delts
you know you want to go in the middle
anyway let’s jump right in
all right guys so i did the alcohol prep
pad
let it dry this is kind of a tricky spot
so i’m looking at this
monitor here trying to gauge the half
the middle part
of my trap here i’m gonna do my best and
uh
yeah we’ll see how this goes this will
be fun not really
need a mirror like
all right a little bit of an angle
we’re gonna go short not short we’re
gonna go
steadily controlled not too fast not too
slow
not trying to be here all day i’ll give
you kind of a better idea of where it is
i feel like i want a little bit too left
but we should still be fine
this is really awkward in front of not
in front of a mirror
not gonna lie leave it in for a little
bit
as i said i like to leave it in for
about 10 seconds let the oil situate get
comfortable
throw on netflix start chilling straight
out
we’ll recap that after the video let’s
see if we have any blood
like a little bit nothing too crazy
a little bit more than i would have
thought not too too bad
and we’ll get the alcohol prep pad on
there i feel like my muscles a little
bit tensed
just because of the angle that i’m at
nothing too crazy though
all right let’s okay i got it i think a
little bit to the left
of where i would have perfectly wanted
it but
definitely in the muscle there no issues
i can feel it i’m not gonna lie yeah i
can definitely feel that
uh well i have pip tomorrow i don’t know
from this carrier oil but uh that’s
about it guys
i’m uh gonna just tend to this until it
stops bleeding
and uh go about my day and go hit the
gym
what’s going on guys been about 24 hours
since i did the trap injection
and i’m not gonna lie to you i can feel
it i would definitely not recommend this
for
large volumes of carrier oil
this would only be a spot that i would
use if i was doing like
everyday injections with insulin
syringes that’s the only reason that i
would
use this just so you can have tons of
different spots you know because you’re
hitting your muscles
and muscles seven times in a week so if
you can rotate it
overall the injection was pretty easy i
think if it was like 0.1 ml or 0.15
ml i don’t think i would have any pip at
all i think it was just because it was a
half an ml
but uh when i was at the gym probably
about 30 35 40 minutes after i
you know the last part of the video you
saw i went to the gym and when i was
doing you know the exercises where you
go like this like i could feel it it was
pretty painful it felt like there was a
knot in my muscle
and i can still feel it it doesn’t
really hurt but i can tell it’s there it
just feels like it’s sore
you know like i just did i just did one
arm shrugs on this side
and went pretty hard at them and didn’t
do anything on this side
so like i said i wouldn’t recommend this
for large volumes
i would only recommend this to expand
the muscles that you hit if you’re doing
like every day and you’re doing tiny
little amounts
so that’s about it um compared to the
calf
calf was actually worse i did the video
and on the second day i didn’t feel it
as much
but the day after that so 48 hours later
i could feel it it was really sore like
it was sore to the touch
so trap i think is better than the calf
but calf could have been a lot easier if
it was like i said 0.1 ml or 0.15
so that’s it guys trap injections they
work the injection was pretty easy if i
was in front of a mirror it would have
been real easy
but i was looking at this you know the
screen right here but uh yeah if you’re
doing every day i’m using insulin
syringes small amounts
i’d say it’s a viable option and i’m
i might switch it up and just do like a
tiny injection into triceps biceps
uh because i don’t like being in pain
but i’m doing it for you guys because
you guys are awesome
so thanks for watching guys thanks for
the support you found this video

New TRT Hematocrit Study on Trans Men | 1,000 Men, 20 Years

what’s going on guys texture levels here
came across an interesting article on
you know the hematocrit issue with men
on trt
and it was an interesting article
because it’s not the men that you would
think of
now this study was a 20-year study with
almost 1100 men
so a 20-year follow-up study to be exact
and they were talking about you know the
increase in hematocrit
and uh we’ll do a quick medical
disclaimer and jump right in it’s all
about humanity
[Music]
so the title of the article risk factor
for blood clots occurs in more than 10
percent of transgender men
using testosterone as i mentioned before
this was a 20-year follow-up study on
almost 1100 transgender females that
transitioned to men using testosterone
and they wanted to
test the effects on hematocrit and right
there
risk factor for blood clots occurs in
more than 10
of transgender men so it’s about you
know this study is checking the
hematocrit levels
and it’s basically saying that higher
hematocrit levels are a risk for stroke
but something interesting happened
toward the end or not at the end
erythrocytis with the hematocrit of more
than 50 occurred in 11
of participants measurement of more than
52
occurred in 3.7 and 54 was 0.5
so you know on on my blood test it says
51
this one’s using 50. so what 14
15 of uh these women that transitioned
to men with testosterone had
higher hematocrit you know elevated in
the upper range or above the range
depending on how you look at it
so they said tobacco use and being
overweight were one of the biggest
factors that contributed to this and
that makes 100
sense but one thing they did say that
was interesting
long-acting and decanoid injections they
saw
as you know a cause that caused higher
hematocrit
and they actually mentioned that for
physicians
if they’re using endecanoate they may
want to switch them to
gels but they didn’t mention incipient
they didn’t mention the nancy
um this study or this article was
probably written out of a country that
mainly uses them decanoid
but i just found it interesting that
they called out the super long acting
esther
in this study so another thing that was
interesting and i’ve
mentioned this on my channel they said
that the
biggest hematocrit jump happened in the
first year and it was from
39 to 45 so six percent jump
and they said although there was only a
slight continuation of this increase
over the following
20 years the probability of developing
erythrocytis
still increased by 10 after one year and
by 38
after 10 years so it’s interesting that
the biggest jump
happens in the first year so it kind of
jumps up on the year for the first year
and then
slowly creeps up over time at least in
these
uh women that transition into men and
i’ve seen it mentioned a couple other
times that
you know it seems the the raising of an
adequate seems to plateau at about a
year and only go up slightly
and some people it doesn’t go up
slightly they reach like a full
equilibrium
so what was interesting was not just
what was in the article
but what wasn’t an article you know it’s
an increase in the risk of stroke
because of higher hematocrit and you’d
think that
in a study a 20-year study on 1100
people
if you were writing an article on that
would you include
anyone that did have a stroke or would
you leave that out
i mean the whole article is about you
know the risk of stroke because of high
hematocrit
but nowhere in the article does it
mention if any of these
women that transitioned to men ever had
a stroke
i don’t know if any did but they left it
out of the article
so i’m not going to say that you know
none of these women had that
but it seems like that would be like a
key part of the
of the study in the article you know
these you know 10
of these women had higher hematocrit a
high risk of stroke
but they’re not going to mention at all
if any of them actually did have a
stroke
so i’ve seen other studies and i think i
have another video or two
on this but a lot of these studies that
are coming back i mean
they don’t really they don’t correlate a
higher hematocrit from trt
to strokes now there is some correlation
from higher inadequate based on
lifestyle
you know like smoking being obese
whatever else
but they’re not really making a direct
connection between
higher hematocrit strictly from trt
and people actually getting strokes and
i think a lot of this where it stems
from is that
high hematocrit has been linked to
strokes from lifestyle
so that just kind of carried over into
trt because trt
raises an adequate and as a as a
scientist or
you know someone a researcher you know
you would definitely that would be one
of the first things you look at
but after a couple of these studies keep
coming out and they don’t
they’re not really showing the
correlation so i mean i hope there is no
correlation and i hope that
no one has any structure from trt so i
think there’s over time they’re
showing that trt is not as dangerous as
what they make it sound
heart attack stroke prostate cancer
that’s the
big three that they throw out and i hope
over time they do more studies and i
hope those studies do prove that trt is
a lot safer
i actually hope that it proves that
being on trt and having normal
testosterone levels
is healthier than living life at super
low testosterone levels
but we’ll see those see if they ever
come out
but that’s it guys just wanna do a quick
video as always
you’re awesome and get your levels

Men’s Worldwide are Almost Completely Infertile! What’s causing this?

A new article shows that men’s fertility worldwide is nearing a point of no return to where very soon we will not be able to continue on as a species. Swimmers are down 59%, Testosterone is down 40% and men are having ED issues 7 years earlier. What is causing these massive drops?

what’s going on guys tester levels here
wanted to bring this to your attention
i found an article and it was basically
saying that
the human race is getting to the point
where we cannot
keep up with the population i’m still
within the first 30 seconds
but it’s some staggering staggering
numbers on how
if something doesn’t change like we may
not be around that much longer
well we’ll be around longer but it’s
pretty interesting
and uh i guess i’ll do a medical
disclaimer i guess i have to but
jump right in it’s all about humanity
[Music]
so apparently there’s a lady who’s been
studying fertility since like
the 70s or something like that and you
know she mainly focused on women
but in the past however many years she
started really focusing on men
and she points to a study that men have
lost
50 of their swimmers since 1970.
so 50 years 50 of our amount of swimmers
are lowered and also she’s noticed that
uh instances of ed and low testosterone
are dropping and rising or rising and
dropping
by one percent a year so that means men
are losing one percent of their
testosterone as a general population
every year and the incidence of ed is
going up by one percent a year i mean
that’s pretty crazy
i mean just right there fifty percent of
our swimmers in the last fifty years
one percent a year of more ed and one
percent less testosterone
each year that’s crazy and it doesn’t
even stop there she goes on to say that
the current state of reproductive
affairs
could have a massive impact on humans
ability to survive as a species
she said it’s a global exponential
crisis
pretty crazy so in 2017 this lady
pointed out that there was a study of 40
000 men and it concluded from 1973 to
2011
men lost 59 of their swimmers so in that
study it was even higher
it’s a higher percentage and a shorter
period of time now obviously if you do
10 different studies you’re going to get
10 different results but i mean this
one’s even worse than the first one
i mean that’s pretty scary and i’ll let
you know what she says is the cause of
all this
later on in the video so maybe you can
avoid some of this if you’re trying to
conceive
and i hope if you are that you have been
successful and you don’t run into this
issue
but it seems like it’s a pretty
widespread worldwide issue
she said we are already seeing the
effects worldwide fertility is dropped
by 50
between 1960 and 2015.
the united states has a total birth rate
that is 16
below what it needs to replace itself
so we’re not able at this point to
sustain the population
so if no one came into the country and
no one came out of the country
and we just continued as on our
population would slowly get smaller and
smaller and smaller
and that’s now i’m not going to say
that’s a bad thing for the planet
i mean maybe this is a combination of
humans and
the planet saying hey there’s too many
people
but in reality it’s really just because
of a lot of the chemicals and a lot of
the things we do every day
she goes on to say that the reproductive
technology business and fertility
clinics and all that stuff in the
medicine it’s a 25 billion dollar
industry
and it’s projected to go up by 10
percent every year
for the next five years so that’s pretty
crazy 21 billion
10 percent 2.1 billion two point i mean
it’s
wow pretty scary so the ranges for
swimmers
is like 15 million per milliliter to 200
000
um even the world health organization
recognizes 15 million as low
now this lady claims that if you’re
below 40 million
there’s a good chance you would have
issues conceiving
so she said that worldwide the average
for men right now is 47.1
so we’re 7.1 million away from that 40
number
as a human species worldwide to where
it’s going to be
a huge issue trying to have children so
she goes on to compare
you know the worldwide populations
levels and their father and their father
had roughly 99
so we’re at 47.1 so half
a little bit more than half of the
amount of swimmers that our fathers had
that’s pretty crazy a 2006 study showed
that a 65 year old man in 2002
would have testosterone levels that are
15 lower than a 65 year old male in
1987.
so 15 lower testosterone in 15 years i’m
assuming that’s where she got that one
percent figure
and it’s not like that is getting better
it’s getting worse
that’s crazy one percent i mean that’s
over 30 years you lose 30 percent
over 40 years 40 50 60. pretty scary
and she also says a similar trend is
happening in younger and younger guys
and i’m going to assume that’s why
you know if you’re in any of these trt
groups i mean even my demographics my
demographics
are mainly 35 to 44 but that 18
to 35 or 34 that’s a a growing and
growing number
so i mean there’s guys i’ve seen on
reddit posts and forums they’re
20 years old they’re popping you know
250s 300s on their testosterone
not saying these are the healthiest
people i’m sure some of them are but
that’s pretty scary and as a result of
this lower testosterone
they said between 2010 and 2013
prescriptions for trt
doubled so in three years it doubled so
whatever it was before it doubled in
three years
and she goes on to say that when you’re
on trt you lose a lot of your swimmers
so this is just a
you know our testosterone levels are
going down so we feel horrible so we
replace it with trt
and then our boys go down so you can see
this is a vicious cycle of not
conceiving and not you know spreading
out and growing
our you know our human population which
isn’t a bad thing for the planet
but it’s bad if you want to have a kid
and you can’t she also goes on to say
that guys
uh getting treatment for ed is happening
on average seven years earlier than it
was in 2005.
so let’s say the average was 50 now guys
that are 43 on average
are seeking treatment for ed this is
pretty scary as well
26 percent of men who are dealing with
ed are under the age of 40.
so i mean it’s happening earlier and
earlier and earlier it’s a
sad state of affairs so we can’t we’re
having issues with the ed
we have low swimmers we have low
testosterone if we take trt
we have less swimmers but we feel better
so you can see this is like the perfect
the perfect storm the perfect recipe for
a smaller human population
she also goes on to say that there’s a
huge trend worldwide
of men that have smaller
boys and uh they’re showing that it’s
happening in animals
and animals as well like alligators
whatever else
so overall you know as the population
we’re getting
smaller and smaller she said there’s
been a lot more genetic abnormalities to
where
your boys don’t drop down um it’s pretty
bad this is a bad situation
she also goes on to say there have been
studies that showing that men who are
infertile
die earlier in general than men who are
not from like
all all cause morbidity like they if
you’re infertile there’s more of a
chance that you’re going to die
younger and more often i guess you can’t
really die more often but you know what
i’m saying
so what does she think is causing all of
this
uh i did a video on this i’ll put the
card up here
i think it’ll be either way you’ll see
it but
tons of stuff and you know outside of a
healthy lifestyle or an unhealthy
lifestyle you know if you have an
unhealthy lifestyle
and you eat like trash and you’re
overweight like me and you don’t get any
exercise you don’t get in the sun
well there’s pretty good chance that
you’re gonna be dealing with one or more
of these issues
but things that are outside your control
um
pollution pollution is a huge thing we
breathe it in every day
pesticides herbicides all in the stuff
that we eat
you know even if you’re eating
strawberries blueberries
anything that comes from the ground
unless it’s like organic and it’s
actually organic
you know there’s a there’s a almost 100
possibility there’s pesticides
herbicides
fungicides all kinds of signs and sides
side effects yeah
and you’re eating that stuff every day
they’re the ones you said was
phthalates and failures what they do is
they’re in plastic
and they make the plastic softer so it
can be used for commercial products
it’s also used in like shampoos stuff
that uh
it helps absorb the the scent
of like your shampoo or your soap so
they’re actually adding stuff into your
soap and your conditioner and your
shampoo that messes up your messes up
your hormones
just so that the product can smell good
that’s pretty scary
the other i mean with plastics in
general everything comes in plastics and
plastics are known to be endocrine
disruptors
the oils that they use what did she say
flame retardants found in mattresses and
foam furniture also seem to also alter
the same hormones that cause infertility
in men according to a 2016 study
in addition chemicals used to sustain
water and grease repellents in fast food
packaging
paper plates stain resistant carpeting
among other household items have been
linked to a reduction in
swimmer volume testy volume and even
the length of your boy i mean this is
like documented stuff
you know like the foam in your couch the
foam in your mattress
you know the coating on paper plates and
plastics
it’s everywhere and you know what else
birth control in your water
i mean you think that you know women
take birth control and
they pee and it goes through a water
treatment plant but it can’t
take out the birth control so men who
are drinking water
are basically drinking birth control
obviously a lot less of a mouth than
women but that has an effect that has
obviously a horrible effect
so the solution is you grow all your own
vegetables
you grow all of your own meat
you eat on nothing but glass and ceramic
no bottled water no gatorades no nothing
that comes in plastic like cereal
um yeah you can’t wash your hair
uh there’s probably bad stuff in your
toothpaste uh your deodorant is bad for
you
you can’t breathe in the air because it
has pollution long story short
is there’s not much you can do it kind
of is what it is
and then not throw on that prescription
medicines
uh the fact that we don’t get exercise
got in the sun it’s just a bad situation
and that’s one of the reasons that i
think that trt is going to be such a
huge
growing thing i mean there’s
you know it’s already growing i see it
growing i mean not in my subscriber
growth
but i see it growing and you know the
the the testosterone grouping
reddit just keeps getting more and more
people i think there’s like 44 45 000
people
and it just keeps going up and that’s
going to continue as
all these outside forces basically screw
up our hormones
pretty crazy but i don’t make the video
too long i just wanted to share with you
some of those crazy numbers
i mean that’s just wild and i mean who
knows
we may not survive as a species because
of all the plastics pollution herbicides
and all that stuff
that we use to make our lives convenient
so that’s about it guys as always you’re
awesome
and get your levels tested

YK-11 Myostine – Benefits, Sides & Half Life | Myostatin Inhibitor / Increased Follistatin YK11

YK-11 Myostine – Benefits, Sides & Half Life | Myostatin Inhibitor / Increased Follistatin YK11

what’s going on guys tester levels here
today we’re going to talk about a really
cool compound
that has not been studied at all in
humans
and it’s really neat because it does
it’s a hybrid it does
two different things uh it does one
thing that one category definitely does
and then it does something that’s
completely different but it’s related to
that family
so it’s really interesting it’s very
weird
but a lot of people really like it so
let’s jump in it’s all about humanity
[Music]
so today we’ll be talking about a
compound called yk11 and as i stated
earlier
yk11 has not been studied in humans or
in animals
so no one really knows exactly what it
does long term
and i would not recommend using this in
any way shape or form
but as this video is educational we’re
going to discuss
how it works what it does some anecdotal
reports and some anecdotal side effects
of
humans that have researched with this
compound yk11 is
often grouped with sarms it’s grouped
with selective androgen receptor
modulators
but it’s it is kind of a sarm but it’s
actually a steroid it’s derived from dht
and dht is pretty much a stronger form
of testosterone
that affects the receptors in like your
hair your liver your prostate
so it’s derived directly from dht
meaning that it is
a steroidal sarm it’s a steroid but it
also does
activate somewhat the androgen receptors
throughout your body
so it’s pretty interesting in that is a
serum
in the way it works but it’s derived
from dht
being a steroid but there’s also one
other thing that
yk11 does that is really remarkable
and i think is the real reason that a
lot of people use it
a lot of people that use yk11 they use
it as
a wingman to other stuff to sarms to
gear it’s like an add-on and the reason
they do this is the way that it works
uh but first we have to learn what
myostatin and fullestatin are
so myostatin and pholostatin kind of
have an inverse relationship
myostatin is something that’s in your
muscles that
basically controls how much muscle
growth can happen
if you think about it evolutionary wise
you know ronnie coleman would not be
ideal as a human for walking around his
body uses too many calories he has too
many muscles
so the body has kind of a regulatory
system so if your muscle growth is too
much
myostatin is there to help prevent some
of that muscle growth
on the flip side if you raise
foleostatin
it lowers the myostatin so with lower
myostatin in theory
you can grow more muscles and one of the
things that yk11 does
at least in cells not necessarily in
human testing because it’s never been
tested on humans
is raise fullest atom and in essence
that lowers myostatin and allows people
to gain more muscle
so you’re kind of taking your body’s
natural mechanism
and tweaking it toward muscle growth so
another interesting
this isn’t directly with yk11 but it has
to deal with myostatin
if you remember if you ever seen those
belgian blue cows
the massive jacked cows they look like
they look fake almost like they were you
know created on cgi
they have a genetic defect or mutation
on the myostatin gene so
right out the gate you know when they’re
born they have less myostatin or less
myostatin
receptors whatever it is in their body
so there’s really
there’s like almost no regulator in
their body to tell their body to stop
making muscle
so with us our bodies are saying hey got
enough muscle
you know we’re just trying to survive as
a human and stay alive and
repopulate the earth but these cows with
that lack of myostatin
their bodies just pump up muscle they
just grow muscle
and that’s kind of where yk11 works into
it
is that it lowers that myosatin by
raising the pholostatin
and in theory some people believe that
that helps you grow more muscle
now after hearing that it probably makes
a little more sense why people would use
this as an add-on to gear and other
sarms
so you know you’re taking gear and sarms
if you’re building muscle
that pholostatin is there to help
regulate that muscle growth
take yk-11 obviously you shouldn’t
lowers that myostatin and allows your
body to
grow more muscle so that’s why a lot of
people use it
with gear and with sarms another thing
about yk11 and all other sarms is that
they will lower your shbg
that’s sexual hormone binding globulin
so when you lower shbg
you’re going to raise your free
testosterone so yk11 is going to give
you more free testosterone which is what
your body can actually use
and inhibit that myostatin through the
increase in fullest atom
and you’ve got a good recipe for some
muscle building now once again i’m going
to say this again this has never been
clinically tested on humans so there is
no
long-term research or even short-term
research on side effects
long-term side effects no one knows what
this stuff does
so if people tell you oh it’s a sarms
arms are safe there’s no side effects
don’t believe them because no one knows
about yk11
now lots of users have used it and they
haven’t had any short-term
really bad side effects but that doesn’t
mean it can’t happen to you
you know it’s it’s a random chemical
that no one has tested
so all we have is anecdotal evidence and
we don’t have any long-term
so that’s why i say do not take yk11 so
go over some of the
side effects and then i’ll get to what
people are using as the dosage a little
later on
so first off your cholesterol is going
to take a hit your hdl which is the good
cholesterol is going to drop
the ldl the bad cholesterol is going to
raise
this is true with almost all steroids
all sarms
that’s just the way it works it
negatively affects the cardiovascular
system and your cholesterol
that’s just the way it is now yk11
is it’s not super liver toxic
it’s not as bad as like animal antiviral
is not that bad but like super draw
d-ball it’s not as bad for your liver as
oral steroids
but it is mildly to medium liver toxic
so you know alcohol on this is a big
no-no
you probably want to take something like
nac or tutco while you’re on this to
help protect your liver
but it does have an effect on your liver
so keep that in mind
so as with most sarms and especially
gear
it is going to be suppressive to your
normal hormone
production mainly testosterone
so if you do happen to research with yk
11 uh you are most likely going to
notice that your testosterone levels are
go down
um you know the general consensus on
yk11 is that you should do a pct
or post cycle psychotherapy i’m not
going to get into pct
i have videos on it some people don’t
some people do not see a huge drop in
testosterone but i would always
recommend
having a pct planned and on hand
because there’s nothing worse than
coming off you know a research cycle
and your testosterone suppressed you
feel like trash
you have low libido your boy may not
work and
if you have low testosterone and now
you’re not taking anything you’re not
going to be able to preserve those gains
so just a little tip for me
have pct on hand at all times
so some of the side effects that people
have reported
once again never been tested on humans
clinically
increased aggression joint pain low
energy mild testosterone suppression
hair loss and mild acne pretty much a
lot of side effects that you get from
most dht based compounds
another quick benefit that yk11 is
supposedly
helps is with bone growth not like your
bones are going to get bigger but
they’re going to be more dense more
strong
but it doesn’t have any effect on
tendons and ligaments so this is one
thing a lot of people run into
when they take sarms and gear is that
sometimes your muscles
and how much you can press will out
you’ll be more than what your tendons
can handle
so you know your muscles can handle 450
on the bench
but your joints and your tendons can’t
and that’s where you run into trouble
so keep that in mind as well is that
make your bones a little bit stronger
but it’s not going to do anything to
protect your joints and your ligaments
and tendons and all that good stuff so
the half-life of yk-11
is what i’ve seen online like i said
there’s no scientific studies
between 6 and 12 hours so most people
will
dose it twice a day you know one in the
morning one at night
however you want to do it that’s the
most common so you have a steady flow
of the compound throughout your body
throughout the day you want to take it
all in the morning
and then at night and throughout the
whole night you have low levels you want
it to be continuous
you want to be stable steady now
the length that people research with
this is between four and eight weeks
i would definitely not recommend going
past eight weeks with a
you know doing research that’s just not
smart um
and with most arms it’s time on time off
so you’re eight weeks on
you wanna be eight weeks off before you
do anything else that’s just the general
rule of thumb
some people you know abuse that but
that’s the general rule of thumb for
safety
now the common dosages that i’ve seen is
between
5 and 15 milligrams a day that’s total
so that’d be split
into two doses but the more common is
between
five and ten some people push it to
fifteen i’ve even seen some people say
they push it to thirty
my thoughts on this is the law of
diminishing returns
so let’s say you get this benefit at
five this benefit at 10
and then you push it to 30 and you only
get a little bit more that’s 20 more
milligrams
more sides less percentage of benefits
for
you know the amount that you’re taking
so that’s going to do it guys yk11 i
hope you found the video informative

S-23 SARM | Most Powerful SARM? Least Researched SARM!

S-23 SARM | Most Powerful SARM? Least Researched SARM!

what’s going on guys tester levels here
today we’re going to talk about a
compound called
s23 it’s a very interesting compound
there’s not a lot known of it but what’s
one thing that’s interesting to note is
that it was not
designed for osteoporosis or muscle
wasting like a lot of the other
compounds in its category
it was actually created so that you
don’t become a daddy
it’s all about humanity
[Music]
so s23 was developed by gtx
along with a lot of other sarms and it
wasn’t developed like i said for
osteoporosis or muscle wasting like
almost all of the other actual disarms
it was developed as a contraceptive for
males
basically to try to make you infertile i
mean maybe the thought process was
crushing your lh or your fsh
in order to not make any swimmers i
don’t know what the exact concept was
but it never made it to clinical trials
so we don’t know very much about it at
all like i said this is a research
chemical unfortunately they haven’t done
a lot of
research on it but a couple of things
that we do know
is that it is very strong
muscle wise anecdotally from what you
know
the ped community has said they believe
that it’s roughly on par with muscle
gain with
lgd 4033 and rad140
both of those compounds do have a lot of
research and
they have some continued research i mean
these lgd and rad
may actually become pharmaceutical
medicines at some point in the future
but s23 never made it to clinical trials
only made it to pre-clinical trials and
that’s how we know
the rough half-life of about 12 hours
keep in mind this is not on humans this
is an animals
so in animals the half-life is roughly
12 hours
in humans we have no idea what it is so
s23
even though you know people say that it
can give you the same amount of muscle
mass as lgd and rad
it’s rarely used as a bulking compound
it’s usually used as an ancillary
compound on top of something like test
or some other you know more big boy peds
so it’s hard to tell really how
effective it is because
no one really runs it by itself even
though it is considered extremely
powerful but that’s just the way people
have used it
so anecdotally it can build some muscle
how much we don’t know because most
people usually run it with a test
base or some other compounds added in
and one of the reasons that this is done
is because it’s extremely suppressive
as i mentioned it was made as a birth
control it’s meant to shut down
the boys you know you’re swimmers it’s
supposed to shut that down that was the
idea
so it’s going to shut down your
testosterone production you’re going to
be very suppressed
uh you’re going to feel pretty bad
pretty quickly on this compound unless
you have a test base or your research
subject has a test base
so please keep that in mind along
although
along those same lines something that’s
extremely suppressive to your natural
hormone production
is paramount that you do a pct a proper
pct
especially with this compound it’s not
let me try this and see if i need a pct
you are going to need a pct this is
highly suppressive
do not overlook that do not cheap out on
your research
this is your natural hormone production
is way more important for the rest of
your life
than whatever you do with s23 you know
getting those natural hormone levels
back to normal
is the number one priority one thing to
note about s23
is people that research with it do
report a
pretty significant increase in strength
uh you know
not as much muscle per se and just raw
bulking but lots of strength uh you know
drier gains
you’re not going to retain a lot of
water like some people do on lgd
uh so it’s it’s similar to it’s most
similar to rad 140
in my opinion however i think rad 140
has a lot more information behind it a
lot lower research
so i feel that it is a less dangerous
compound than s23
keep in mind that these are all research
chemicals and can all be dangerous and
there’s no long-term data on them
some people do use s23 as like contest
prep like i said it gives you those dry
hard 3d looking
muscles mine are not so dry in 3d
because i’m a little heavier
but that’s a different video so it’s
like i said it’s very similar to rad
140.
you know rad140 uh when i researched
with it it dried out my rat
to the point where i needed to give him
lots of gatorade zero
because his joints were hurting because
they were just dried out it’s a very dry
compound
and from anecdotally from what i’ve
heard from the ped community
s23 is very similar which is why it
would make sense in a contest prep
situation
an interesting effect of s23
at least in animals in a pre-clinical
trial
is that it did show to help with fat
loss in a dose-dependent manner
now can we extrapolate that and say that
well it
helped animals lose weight and lose fat
so that
definitely works on humans absolutely
not
i’m not on paper at least but
anecdotally
some people do report that they feel
metabolism speeds up
and they do feel like they lose fat
while taking s23
so that is a little different you know
lgd is not known for helping lose weight
rad is not known for that at all so
it is a little bit of a different
compound like i said most comparable to
rad
but anecdotally it supposedly can help
with fat loss
a lot of people do use s23 when eating
in a deficit
obviously they’re eating in a deficit
they’re trying to cut and lose weight so
they’d add s23 on
but they would also probably be using at
least some form of test base at that
time
as i said earlier it does have a drying
effect
some people compare it to winstrol or
masteron
in that it gives you that dry hard you
know
peeled look you know striations it’s not
going to put water weight on you in fact
it may take some water weight off you
who knows everyone’s different so now
we’ll get on to some of the side effects
of s23 and these are not to be taken
lightly
i’ll reiterate once again s23 is highly
suppressive
you need to do a pct no if ands or buts
another nasty side effect and it’s
pretty much in the whole sarms world
is that it is going to hurt your
cholesterol it is going to lower your
hdl which is the good cholesterol
it’s going to raise your ldl which is
the bad cholesterol
that’s pretty much across the board on
all actual real sarms
it has been shown to be slightly to
medium liver toxic
a lot of storms fall into this category
so
you need to keep that in mind avoid
alcohol while
researching with s23 or pretty much any
sarm
so if you have liver toxicity you throw
in alcohol you double that toxicity
it’s bad for your liver a couple things
that you can do to help mitigate this
liver damage
is nac tudka milk thistle
so look those up do the research on
those
if i were going to research with any of
these compounds i would be taking at
least one of those
to help protect my liver throughout the
research
so here’s something pretty interesting
about s23
on paper it should not have any
androgenic effects
side effects should not have any of them
on paper it doesn’t make sense
but a lot of people notice acne hair
shedding
aggression dehydration night sweats
so on paper it doesn’t make sense why
this happens to people
but like i said it’s a research chemical
and they haven’t done a lot of research
on it
so just because it’s marketed in a
bottle doesn’t mean anyone’s done
research
people know why this stuff is happening
so please keep that in mind
you may get hair loss acne aggression
and any other androgen
androgenetic side effects so it’s pretty
crazy
like i said on paper it makes absolutely
no sense why this would have androgenic
effects
side effects but acne hair loss
aggression night sweats dehydration
it’s all possible it’s a research
chemical that doesn’t have a lot of
research on it just because it’s
marketed in a bottle
doesn’t mean there’s any research so
please keep that in mind
so the half-life i’ve already mentioned
is roughly about 12 hours
that’s not a solid number because that
was only done in animals
uh the average dosage that the ped
community
kind of sees as the general range is 10
to 30 milligrams a day
personally if i was going to do research
with something that had a 12-hour
half-life
i would probably take it split it up and
take it morning at night just so i had
more solid levels in my blood you know
you don’t want to go up and down up and
down you want to be as smooth as
possible
most people will not run s23 more than
eight weeks some people run it as short
as four weeks
like i said a lot of people use it for
contest prep i would definitely
personally
not go past eight weeks and i’m gonna
say it once again
a pct is mandatory mandatory
don’t skimp out on that guys so overall
s23 is an extremely interesting compound
in that it
was developed as a you know birth
control for men
and it has shown to build muscle build
strength
and anecdotally burn a little bit of fat
however compared to something like
rad140 which has
so much more clinical research and also
anecdotal research from the ped
community
i would if given the choice and if you
go to any
website that sells research chemicals
you’ll have the same choice
i would take rad140 all day over s23
same thing with lgd lgd does give me
personally nausea
so i don’t take lgd but if i was given
the opportunity between
the choice between these three compounds
lgd and rad
all day long over s23 it’s just
it’s not better in really any category
than either of those
except for maybe that you lose a little
bit of fat but it just doesn’t have the
research behind it
stuff like that kind of scares me i’m
looking at
long-term health and taking something
that has
zero research compared to something that
has a good amount of research
just makes sense to me so guys that’s
about it
s23 very cool compound no research
i would not recommend going with this
personally but
hey you can do whatever you want it’s
america but thanks for watching guys

More Plates Less Delts? Less Gear, Less Shoulder Workouts, More Life?

Derek from More Plates More Dates recently commented on some changes that he has made in his life and I think it is extremely important for some of the younger guy to hear why. As you get older you look at life in a different way. Being jacked and juicy is less important as you grow older and living longer becomes more important.

i’m not ripping on derek in any way
shape or form he has a better physique
than me
all of my immediate family and probably
about 99
of the world all i’m saying is that
maybe he’s hitting delts
six days a week instead of seven but
this video is not even about derek’s
doubts guys this is derek
from more plates more dates what’s up
guys this is derek
from moreplatesmoredays.com what’s up
guys derek mooreplatesmoredates.com
what’s up guys derek for placements.com
i wonder if derek’s medical disclaimer
is more super physiological than mine
and that’s why his videos don’t get
demonetized as much
so first off i’m totally making this
video to chase some clout
but before you hit that dislike button i
made this video to make you laugh
hopefully make derek laugh and to teach
some of you
younger guys guys that are really
focused on prs and
lots of gear a little bit of perspective
on life and longevity
derek actually discussed this uh in his
video with dana white
you know like i would argue opposite to
that the fact that he is
the owner of this massive league and
he’s probably working all the time he’s
probably doing the bare minimum to
maintain
um to get as good as he can and um
like typically entrepreneurs especially
very successful ones they start to
prioritize the gym
you know less and less and kind of do
the bare minimum to get away with
maintaining what they feel is a
satisfactory physique
at least that’s what i do and what a lot
of you know my friends that are trying
to become
successful do as well it’s just kind of
the route you end up taking your
priorities start to shift
from trying to be as peeled and [ _ ] huge as possible to be like you know prioritizing finances um entrepreneurship endeavors rather than just you know trying to get to your next pr on the [ _ ] bench press derek started
youtube about five years ago
and his first video was how to bulk
without getting fat
i probably need to go back and re-watch
that one my guess was at this time he
had a normal job
he was like hey maybe i’ll try youtube a
little bit uh
you know he had extra time to go to the
gym and hit shoulders that seventh day
normal job all that good stuff pretty
sure it was military press monday
rear delts tuesday front delts on
wednesday
repeat over and over derrick you can
correct me if i’m wrong
on that i’m also assuming he didn’t have
a morning two-hour supplement routine
what does derek’s day look like my
normal supplement routine
oh it’s military press monday obtain and
deploy 10 kilograms of tergesterone
no problem check for clout chasers on
youtube
record five to ten scientifically
perfect youtube videos that’s easy
up regulate and deploy youtube videos

i’m also assuming it wasn’t putting out

moreplatesmoredates.com instagram

tick tock [ _ ] more platesmoredates.com instagram facebook bit shoot twitter snapchat [ _ ] shoot so while many people just
assume
that you know because derek got so busy
with you know his youtube and gorilla
mod and his trt
clinic and instagram and had to cut out
that
seventh shoulder workout in the week
others believe that
he upregulated some of his shoulder mass
into brain matter in order to increase
his intelligence
and be able to laser focus on the
fitness industry and performance
enhancing drugs
it’s well documented that a group of
gorillas in the derekine province in
northern africa
actually use the same process in order
to increase their intelligence
and eventually turned into humans around
the same time
derek lost 0.25 percent of his shoulder
mass
he released a product line called
gorilla mind
coincidence the fitness industry doesn’t
think so
and they’ve actually accused eric of
using beds or
brain enhancing drugs in order to
achieve this
i personally don’t think that derek used
beds to convert his shoulder muscle into
brain tissue
but i think it’s a combination of things
and this is where the life lesson comes
in
so for all you young whippersnappers
hitting pr’s on lgd and rad
and posting your sick videos onto tiktok
this is for you and this is even for
some guys in their 30s
20s sometimes even their 40s there’s
some things that you
kind of change the way you think of as
you get older and or more successful
you know the first thing is that derek
isn’t hitting gear like he used to
he’s outlined his trt protocol he’s
outlined his supplements
he wants to be alive on this planet as
long as possible
with a good quality of life so he’s not
hitting gear like he used to
he’s not as concerned about being swole
having massive shoulders being peeled
he’s more interested in being alive and
being successful
the other reason i think derek dropped
his seventh weekly
shoulder workout is that he’s more
focused on
being successful you know his in the
past few years
you know his youtube has exploded he has
a supplement line
he has a trt clinic he posts on all
different social media
he’s more focused on making money and
he’s probably looking toward
you know retirement he’s dealing with
you know mortgages
401ks iras stuff like that stuff that as
you get older
you know you start to think about more
you start to think okay i’m in my 30s
right now
i want to make it to my 90s so you know
maybe i shouldn’t you know blast a gram
of gear a week for 16 weeks
uh just to get swole and you know
as you get older you’re you know your
your mind changes and what you
what’s important to you changes but
if back in the day you did all this
stuff to your body
there’s a chance that there could be
something bad that happens to you
earlier
than you may expect it no one’s ever
laid on their deathbed
and regretted not hitting 405 for five
on the bench
but there’s lots of guys that have
regretted running a gram of gear for 16
weeks
and getting some type of heart condition
or something else some other negative
thing that you know could
end their life early that’s where when
you get older you think about that stuff
you think i want to be around for the
next 50 years
but you know on the flip side when
you’re younger if you did
you know run all this gear and all those
unhealthy compounds to try to get
[ _ ] jacked and juicy you know your future you looks back and say i wish i didn’t do that i didn’t even get too crazy with juice i did i think two cycles 500 milligrams because you know that’s the standard beginner protocol and i wish i hadn’t i may have never ended up on trt but unfortunately i can’t go back and tell past self you know don’t run 500 milligrams of the nanthate because you’re just going to blow up with 30 pounds of water weight gain some muscle do a crappy pct which was wind strolling clomid that’s how stupid i was back then and you lose all your muscle and now my boys don’t work imagine being like 40 years old you have a good job you got the wife the kids the house the picket fence everything’s going good good to see your doctor and boom he’s like wow your heart has an irregular heartbeat we need to go send you the cardiologist so you can get an ekg you’re like what the [ _ ] and they say
oh you’ve got some issue your left
ventricle
whatever it is and you’re like well [ _ ] i wish i didn’t run [ _ ] test trend
deca and dball for 16 weeks you know to
try to
press some hoochies that now have seven
kids no teeth and are all messed out
trust me guys i get it i get wanting to
be swole
i get wine to be jacked i totally
understand
but just kind of think toward the future
you know
do you i’m not i’m not trying to be like
doom and gloom because you know steroids
are often portrayed a lot worse than
they actually are
but there are lots of guys that are
running some hardcore stuff and
you know they’re not trying to be
bodybuilders get paid for bodybuilding
they do it just for the size you know
i’m hoping that derek can
can kind of cover this topic now that
you know he’s even starting to
he’s starting to think a little
differently more into the future you
know he’s not as worried about as much
about
being [ _ ] jacked and peeled he’s worried more about setting up his financial stuff so he can be financially independent you know getting a house being successful building his businesses and i just hope that you know he has a lot more reach than me obviously but you can get out to some of the younger guys and you know hey be careful what you do when you’re younger because it can catch up to you when you’re older and when you’re older you know you just want to have the best life possible and build up that life and you don’t want to have all that work and cut short because you wanted to hit 405 for five on the [ _ ] bench press
so shout out to derek if you’re like the
one subscriber that i may have that
isn’t already subscribed to
moreplatesmoredates.com
go check out his page and click on that
subscribe button and hit the bell
he’s got some crazy amount of content
that he puts out it’s insane
and the fact that he can go on and say
these you know crazy scientific words
back to back to back for like 30 seconds
without messing up is freaking amazing
cross detecting estrone and artificially
inflating your estradiol blood test
results because you’re getting
electrochem and luminescence radio
immunoassay blood test results instead
of high sensitivity testing but
a great guy great channel derek
appreciate what you do putting out solid
content
that’s about it guys as always you’re
awesome

Does TRT Cure / Lower Anxiety? How Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy effect Anxiety?

Does TRT Cure / Lower Anxiety? How Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy effect Anxiety? Does TRT help with Anxiety? Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy help with Anxiety? TRT Effects on Anxiety?

welcome to trt short answers today’s
question is does trt lower anxiety
now i’m going to preface this by it’s a
man-permanent basis
some men do find after a few months on
trt
that they do have less anxiety and they
feel more calm while some men
see absolutely zero difference in their
anxiety levels i personally
i have probably on a scale of one to ten
probably three to four
on the anxiety level could just be
normal life stress who knows
i saw zero difference in my anxiety
levels but that doesn’t mean
it won’t help yours so it definitely can
but it may not so i wouldn’t i wouldn’t
personally jump on trt if that’s the
only benefit you’re looking for
i would consult your doctor and see if
it’s right for you
but it may it may not there’s no
guarantees everyone’s different

Does TRT Make Your Balls Shrink? Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy Cause Your Balls to Shrink?

Does TRT Make Your Balls Shrink? Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy Cause Your Balls to Shrink? TRT Testicle Shrinkage. Does TRT Make your balls get smaller? Does Testosterone Replacement Therapy make your balls get smaller?

welcome to trt short answers today’s
question is does trt make your boys
shrink
in most men it does how much
it depends um but in most people
once you start trt and your natural
production of testosterone
shuts down your boys don’t really have a
whole lot to do
so you know same thing with muscles if
you don’t use them you lose them
you won’t lose them all the way but
there’s a chance they could shrink
20 to 60 percent now don’t get all
scared
there’s a medicine called hcg that is
used to help keep them
as plump as possible and also help with
uh the finale if you will the amount of
the finale
so if that’s something that you’re
interested in or you’re worried about it
or worried about fertility
talk to your doctor about that so that’s
it for this video if you liked it or
found it interesting
