why i was on trt why i shouldn’t be on
trt
and if i ever really needed trt and we
have to do quick medical disclaimer
because we may use some big scary
medical words
it’s all about humanity

so the timeline about two years ago
i had a horrible lifestyle i was 247
pounds
34 pounds heavier than i am now and i
wasn’t even going to the gym
and i definitely added a solid amount of
muscle since i started going to the gym
for two years
on test but i was 247
i was drinking all the time i ate
garbage
i’d eat mcdonald’s for breakfast i would
go out to like
tijuana flats for lunch and then i would
go to wing night and eat 20 fried wings
with freaking
you know five pints of beer and i put on
a ridiculous amount of weight it was 247
for the most part i’ve been like 215 220
was usually my heaviest but i got to
247.
you know my job was stressful i would
stay up way too late
i mean i was basically doing everything
that you could possibly do
to lower your testosterone levels like i
said
drinking eating a bunch of fatty foods a
bunch of processed foods
not getting enough sleep getting very
little exercise
and having a high stress lifestyle which
sometimes can’t change
but i started to feel like trash i
started to feel bad
i was tired all the time i was lazy
i mean it was i still did my job i
always do my job no matter what i always
give 100 in my job because
that’s what makes me money and that’s
what puts food on the table
that’s what keeps this roof over my
house
but could i have done my job a little
better probably
but you know you fall into that trap
where
you know you’re not cooking food for
yourself you don’t have food in the
fridge so you gotta get delivery so you
get dominoes
and it’s just uh it’s a slow progression
you don’t realize how fat you are until
you get your driver’s license picture
taken
i’ll put my driver’s license picture on
here and once you see it you’re gonna be
like oh
why did this guy even put this
online that’s crazy
i was actually just at walmart just just
about two hours ago
and i was buying some uh some white
claws for my wife
there ain’t no laws when you’re on the
claws remember that no laws
but she was looking at my id and she’s
like wow you lost a lot of weight and i
was like yeah i look like a fat
raccoon right there
and i did and i do and i’ll put it up
there right now it’s crazy
but uh i’m so glad i changed but anyway
getting back to why i shouldn’t be on
trt
so being like a lot of other guys i’m
feeling like trash i’m thinking oh maybe
my testosterone level’s a little
not thinking well maybe i should cut out
drinking a lot maybe i should
eat some chicken and rice instead of a
freaking domino’s pizza
maybe i should get eight hours of sleep
and maybe i should go to the gym
instead of doing that i was like well
let me check my testosterone levels
and i did check my testosterone levels i
asked my doctor he was hesitant at first
he only ordered total testosterone i
didn’t know any better at the time
came back a whopping 288 and so i told
my doctor i said well it’s 288
and the range looks like 266.
uh what what do we do you know i didn’t
know anything about trt
i knew about testosterone i’d taken
testosterone before maybe another reason
i was low
that’s a different video i’m sure many
of you have heard this before but he
said
well you’re in range you’re 22 points
from the bottom
you know you’re 36 years old and you’re
20 points from the bottom
nothing to do here he literally told me
for me to write you androgel you would
need to have
bone loss muscle loss and basically
complete ed
not like it happens every once in a
while like
your dick don’t work and i was just like
okay well this is crazy i do have some
common sense and you realize that
on the bottom of the scale i probably
want to be more toward the top of the
scale being 36 years old
and it’s the last time i ever saw my
doctor
so being the intelligent person that i
am i did absolutely nothing to fix my
testosterone levels except for
doing some stupid hit classes like twice
a week still eating like trash
still drinking still not sleeping right
and still stressing out all kinds of
stuff
i did absolutely nothing and i watched a
documentary called growing young it’s
pretty cool documentary
basically tells you that doctors aren’t
taught hormones they’re taught
prescriptions
and it’s very true and i saw this guy
he’s like
70 years old he’s freaking jacked and he
was saying i take 140 milligrams of
testosterone and i take 25 milligrams of
dhea
every single day so what did i do i went
out and bought
dhea off amazon and i got
a certain amount of bottles of
scipionate from a completely
legal source so don’t worry about that
totally legal
yeah i started injecting myself 100
milligrams twice a week
exact same protocol as i have now i was
thinking to myself you know maybe what
if this legal source runs out and
i’d have to get it from somewhere else
i’d have to figure out where to get it
so i called up a trt clinic and i was
completely honest with them i told them
got tested had low tests i’m on test
right now i feel fantastic
but i’d like to be under some medical
supervision so i went and did their labs
came back i think it was 10 69 was my
test level
and they were cool with that so they got
me hooked up with
test hcg and ai of course
and i started doing that protocol so the
trt clinic they prescribed me the normal
normal dosage for trt clinics which is
200 milligrams of scipione per week
a thousand ius of hcg and .375
milligrams of remedex
that’s split into three different gel
cap pills that are like a dollar eighty
a piece
uh where i can get one milligram of
ribbon x pills for like 85 cents a piece
at the pharmacy
but that’s another story trt clinics do
have to make money that’s how they keep
the lights on
so the trt clinic they were good no
issues with them
and uh but i found a concierge doctor
and i did a video on this no one watched
it
but they’re doctors that you pay a
monthly fee to they don’t take insurance
and they’re usually a lot better at what
they do because if they’re not
they don’t have customers aka patients
so i found a local doctor
and he’s 60 bucks a month and i did a
little online questionnaire i told him
all the stuff that i was taking
and he was like okay no problem we’ll
get you scripts for uh
recipient uh we can’t get you hcg so i
had to get that from another
legal source and uh he never really
prescribed arimidex to anyone
but so he had to order it he gave me
like 24 1 milligram pills which i don’t
take anymore they’re just sitting in the
cabinet but
that’s what it is but since i was able
to transition from a trt clinic to a
concierge doctor i significantly lowered
the cost of my treatment
so i’ll give you my current protocol and
then i’ll let you know
why i might possibly should never even
started on trt
my current protocol 100 milligrams
recipient
twice a week sub q i only do 500 iu’s of
hcg
split up into two shots i don’t take any
ai
i take either calcium to glucorate or
dam
so let’s jump into why maybe you should
have never started trt
on this channel i’ve preached a lot you
need to get your
lifestyle in order before you jump on
trt
i obviously didn’t do any of that i was
still to almost 250 pounds
250 pounds i was a fat bastard so i’m
sure my estrogen was crazy high my
testosterone was low because of that
i was eating garbage i was not getting
vitamins i wasn’t even taking a
multivitamin at the time
i mean i’ve taken multivitamins
throughout my life but at this time i
wasn’t i just didn’t even think about it
or care
so i wasn’t getting enough vitamins
eating garbage
drinking not sleeping enough and not
exercising
and my decision was well it let’s
get on testosterone i’ve taken it before
i like how it feels
and it’s it’s interesting because trt
has
completely changed my mindset about my
lifestyle
and you know i get perfect amount of
sleep now i go to the gym
five days a week i’m eating freaking
chicken and broccoli and i’m drinking
you know
super food smoothies another video i
made that no one watched
but it’s a great recipe but maybe make
another video on that
maybe i don’t know if it’s worth my time
but
it’s interesting to me because trt
basically allowed me to do what i should
have done in the first place
i should have gotten all of that stuff
ironed out
dropped weight you know better diet
sleep no alcohol
all that stuff and then i should have
retested and seen what my testosterone
levels would have been
now i don’t know if i would have been
able to get them to where
i need them to be because as i’ve done
on this video i’ve run cycles of
anathate before
um i messed around with steroids when i
was like 18. not like
a scheduled cycle like i would go to my
buddy’s house and he would like hit me
up with a milliliter
milliliter yeah and uh but it wasn’t
like you know we met every week it was
like
every 10 days every five days it was
random as hell and it was
stupid so i probably screwed up my
hormones pretty bad doing that
pct i didn’t know what pct was first
time i knew about pct you know what i
ran
i ran winstrol and clomid and my thought
process at that point in time because i
was such a brilliant kid
was that well the last cycle i did i
lost all my gains after i stopped
so if i run an oral winstrol it’ll kind
of keep me hard i’ll keep more of those
gains while i’m doing
the real pct with clomid stupid stupid
so i probably messed myself up oh i also
took androstene when i was in high
school
because uh the internet told me that
anderstein was good and i bought my
mom’s credit card
it was perfectly legal at the time but
now it’s banned
so do i think i could have gotten my
testosterone levels to
6 7 800 just by doing the diet and
taking the vitamins
i don’t know but i’ll never know because
i’m never going to stop taking trt
because i freaking love
it my testosterone is great my blood
work works fantastic
getting gains in the gym i have energy
libido all that good stuff
so i don’t know do i wish i
do i wish do i wish that i had never
hopped on trt
no i’m really glad that i hopped on trt
because it allowed me to change my life
changed my perspective what was
interesting is
when i used to when i was taking cycles
i had to go to the gym because if i
didn’t go to the gym i was wasting it i
was wasting that
precious testosterone and that’s still
ingrained in my brain
so since i’m on trt for the past two
years straight
go to the gym for the past two years
straight otherwise i’m wasting it
so if you’re watching this i would
definitely recommend
get your lifestyle in order first then
test
i mean if you’re still if you lose
weight your diet everything’s on point
you got your supplements your vitamins
all that good stuff
and you’re still low yeah hop on trt if
you know obviously if your medical
professional
tells you that you know you should but
if you’re if you’re drinking eating
pizza hut
staying up late you know
and you have low testosterone get your
lifestyle
don’t be like me get your lifestyle in
order first
do that i promise you because there may
be
you may not have to ever be on trt it
could just be that you’re fat
it could be that you’re super stressed
out all the time could be that you’re
drunk every night and you’re not getting
enough sleep
it could be that you don’t have enough
exercise you don’t have enough vitamin d
you’re not taking a multivitamin so
explore all those avenues get your
lifestyle in order get your correct
then do a comprehensive blood test and
see if you need trt
anyway guys that’s gonna wrap it up i
was a mess
and uh now i’m less of a mess thanks to
trt
but did i actually need it the world may
never know

Gynecomastia Causes and Treatments on Testosterone Replacement Therapy or Not!

In this video I go over what actually causes Gynecomastia and what treatments you can speak with your doctor about to try and get rid of it. Gynecomastia is very common in men and especially guys who are on TRT or high levels of testosterone.

today we’re going to talk about
a kind of nasty side effect that can
happen on trt and a couple other
situations
it’s called gyno and uh i’m gonna do a
quick medical disclaimer
we’ll get into it it’s all about
humanity
[Music]
both males and females have tissue in
their upper chest
i can’t say the exact word of what type
of tissue it is because
i’ll probably get my video demonetized
but anyway
men and women both have this tissue but
in men it’s usually
never activated or never really shows
itself
in females you can obviously tell that
it definitely does and it’s something
that
us as guys are very grateful for but
when it happens to us
it’s called gynoclemastia and it can be
also called moobs
and it’s not fun and a lot of guys get
it and are very self-conscious about it
and in the worst case scenario it can
cost you about five six thousand dollars
to have
that gland and that tissue removed from
yeah so i’m going to go over kind of how
gyno happens some other things that can
trigger it and
what medicines and treatments you can
talk to your doctor about to try to take
care of it without having surgery
gyno is usually caused by an imbalance
of testosterone estrogen
this can happen when your testosterone
drops and your estrogen
stays the same it can happen when you
start taking trt
and both your testosterone and estrogen
go higher
there’s also other causes of it but
what’s pretty interesting is that
it’s actually pretty common in teenage
boys when they’re going through their
change but it usually goes away on its
own
and then what’s also interesting is that
once you hit 50
you’re at a higher risk of getting gyno
as well
because your natural testosterone levels
are falling actually one in four men
over 50 have some form of some level of
gyno
so it’s pretty prevalent nothing to be
embarrassed about but
i totally get it if you have a bad case
of it and you’re going to the beach with
your buddies
not the coolest thing i actually think i
may have some of it i don’t really care
but
mass may have a little bit being obese
or overweight can actually trigger
getting gynecomastia if you’re prone to
it
just because the more fat that you have
the more of your testosterone
rheumatizes in estrogen
which can cause an imbalance or a spike
in estrogen
and uh can cause your gyno to flare up
so it’s always good to hit the gym
and eat better and try to lose some
weight and i need to do that myself
so there are some medicines that can
contribute to gyno even if you’ve never
had it before
and i’m going to read through this list
anti-androgens used to treat enlarged
prostate prostate cancer and other
conditions
examples include flutamide finasteride
and spironolactone
testosterone is also another one because
it aromatizes into estrogen and if you
just start taking testosterone or
if you’re someone who’s into
bodybuilding this is your first time
doing
you know a cycle you may find out real
quick that you’re prone to gynecomastia
anti-anxiety medicine such as diazepam
tricyclic antidepressants certain
antibiotics
ulcer medications such as over counter
the drug
tagaman hb some cancer treatments
obviously if you’re using cancer
treatments gyno is the last thing you
need to worry about
heart medications such as digoxin
calcium channel blockers
stomach emptying medications such as
metoclopramide
so those are just some medicines that if
you’re taking and you’re getting dyno
it could be from them it could be from
trt um
there’s also some other stuff and we’ll
jump into that and this next list is
some stuff that if you use it or you
take it on a regular basis
it could be causing your gyno alcohol
amphetamines
uh the wacky tobaccy uh
hard h and the same medicine that’s used
to come off the heart h
i wish i could say these and not youtube
stupid and they’ll demonetize my video
for saying those words so
you know what i’m saying sorry we have
to play games like this but it’s just
the way it is
so this next section these are medicines
that are
pretty good at getting rid of gyno
now if you’ve had gyno for a long time
or you have severe gyno
there’s no guarantee that these will
work so
i mean you definitely have to work with
a doctor on this if you have severe gyno
if it’s you just started trt and you’re
starting to see the
symptoms you’re starting to feel a
little puffy maybe a little tingly maybe
they’re irritated
you have to talk to your doctor about
this don’t put it off it’s not going to
get any better
definitely talk to your doctor about
some of these medicines now the first
one is clomid
and i can’t give you any recommendations
on milligrams or how much you should
take
but clomid has been shown to help with
gyno
it’s not as good as the other two that
i’m going to mention but it is one that
can be used
some people see good results with it but
it’s more on the milder side
for gynecomastia these next two
i think are much better and the science
shows that these ones are much better
the first one is tamoxifen also known as
novadex and this is a classic one that
bodybuilders and men have used for
years to help control and treat
gynecomastia
but you do need a prescription for it so
you do need to talk to your doctor about
it
tamoxifen slash novadex is an estrogen
antagonist
is effective for recent onset and tender
gynecomastia when used in doses of
10 to 20 milligrams twice daily talk to
your doctor
this is just information i pulled from
the internet so talk to your doctor
up to 80 percent of patients report
partial to complete resolution
tamoxifen is typically used for three
months before referral to a surgeon
nausea and epigastric discomfort are the
main adverse effects
so what they’re saying there’s roughly
four out of five guys who use tamoxifen
you know based on the dosage the doctor
gives them have uh
it pretty much just goes away and that’s
fantastic and that’s
pretty darn cool and that’s awesome for
us but
if you caught the end of that if after
three months
tamoxifen hasn’t worked they will
usually refer you to a surgeon
and the unfortunate part is because it’s
a cosmetic thing i mean
gynecomastia is not going to kill you
it’s not going to hurt you it’s not
going to cause any
health issues per se there’s a really
good chance that your insurance
the one that you pay a whole bunch of
money for every month isn’t going to
cover it
so that’s unfortunate it’s a bad spot
some guys do end up in that spot
sorry if you’re in that boat but that’s
just the kind of way
that life goes sometimes so the next one
is called reloxephene
and i was reading a study and it was
showing that
loxophene seems to be a little bit
better than tamoxifen
although it’s not a super popular
or well-known medicine so your doctor
may not know about it
and he may just default to tamoxifen
which is still very very good it’s been
used for years it’s been used by
bodybuilders for decades so
don’t think if you can’t get riloxifen
that tamoxifen is like subpar
and you know it’s not a good medicine
tamoxifen is very good but i’ll read you
this excerpt from the study
that i found online and uh you can at
least maybe talk to your doctor about it
if you’re having this issue
after treatment with tamoxifen and
raloxophen
some improvement was seen in 86 percent
of patients receiving tamoxifen
and 91 percent receiving relaxifeme
but a greater proportion had a
significant decrease
greater than 50 percent with
thrilloxafin
86 then tamoxifen at only 41
no side effects were seen in any
patients so what that means
is that both these medicines worked
about the same percentage-wise on the
amount of people that took it
and you got 85 or 80 something and 91 so
a high percentage of patients that took
this medicine had
relief of certain percentage of gyno
but it says that 86 of
the patients that took this for dyno 86
of them had over a 50 decrease in their
gyno
whereas only 41 percent on tamoxifen
so seems that while they both work it
seems that if it does work for you
a reluctant seems to work better to get
rid of more of that gyno
so if i had to personally make a
decision and my doctor offered me both
i would go over for the loxiphene but if
all you can get is nova
or tamoxifen then i’d say go for that
and see how well that works for you
so i guess in conclusion to this video
if you’re jumping on trt
and you start noticing anything going on
with your nipples
call your doctor asap because it’s not
something you want to deal with
and it could save you five thousand
dollars don’t put it off don’t think uh
it’s just a little bit
make the call to your doctor get a blood
test see what your doctor says
this is something that you want to nip
in the butt as soon as possible
and if you already have some gyno from
when you were going through the change
as a little
tyke you may want to talk to your doctor
about
one of these three medicines clomid
tamoxifen or roloxephene
and see if you can get rid of it just by
taking these pills
because surgery is not fun and it’s not
cheap and it’s probably not covered with
all your insurance so guys i hope this

gyno is not fun no one likes it but it
happens
it seems to be a genetic thing some
people are just more prone or their
their you know tissue here is just more
receptive to estrogen and the
testosterone
imbalances or spikes so
sometimes you just get dealt a bad hand
and
a lot of guys do but don’t stress out
about it if you do
talk with your doctor see if you can get
it taken care of

insulin syringes
these are the ones i use these are the
ones i recommend
it’s easy to draw easy to inject and
pretty painless so if you’re in the
market for some insulin syringes
i would definitely give these a try just
my personal favorite
[ _ ] next we have a bottle of olive oil this is not testosterone in any way it does not have four esters in it it’s just olive oil so don’t worry youtube we’re safe next we have a bottle of water this is just bacteriostatic water it’s definitely not anything to help out with your boys or your volume or anything else like that just purely water and we have two alcohol prep pads which is all i use for both injections i just need two so pretty easy pretty simple so with my first alcohol prep pad i’m gonna prep the top of these bottles like so i really like to get in there keep my finger on the rubber stopper just to make sure that super clean and i kind of fold them over the edges and clean the sides probably overkill but that’s just what i do and move on to the olive oil same process twist it around make sure you’re getting all that all that sanitation and then i just let them hang out i’ll save this alcohol prep pad for later it’s uh get some syringes going on here so we’ll start with start with the water you’re going to see how easy this water draws in here i mean pretty much with any size but i’m going to take a half an ml of air and pump that in just to keep the pressure i know my camera’s not going to focus on this but i’m gonna try to make it we really just not [ _ ] focus
ah there we go all right so we’re gonna
draw up
half an ml got very little air in there
so we’re just going to leave that alone
and then we’re going to cap this off
these aren’t real syringes these are
movie prop syringes so
don’t worry
now i do want to show you is i do want
to show you how the
testosterone flows we’re going to do the
same process
i’m going to push air into it keep the
pressure level
and let’s see how we’re gonna focus all
right so there we go
so we’re gonna start pulling here
and you’re gonna see i’m gonna pull a
little bit further back
and we’re going to watch this olive oil
fill up
so any of you guys that think you need
like 25
23 any of that stuff to draw
testosterone because it’s too thick
i mean you can see this is i’ll just hit
some air
we’re kind of near the end of this
bottle of olive oil here
and get some air back in there
let me see this is pretty quick process
so you’ll just start to fill up
what i want to do is i’ll pull to six
and i’ll just let it fill up
get to the top there
pretty close and then i’m going to pull
and let me see if there’s an air bubble
in there get that air bubble loose
get it to the center a little bit
little guy left this is a lot easier
when i just do it on my own
come on guys that’s good enough just a
little bubble
and now we’re back at point five of
olive oil of course
so next time you see me we’ll be
injecting olive oil and water into my
butt fat
all right so i’m going to try to do this
the least offensively as possible
so we do full alcohol swab
i just like to you know cover everywhere
just to make sure it’s as sanitary as
possible
and get the other side too while we’re
at it
because i do like to let the alcohol dry
i find that if it’s still wet on the
skin
that uh usually the needle burns when
it’s coming in
so i like to let it dry and the area
we’re going for
here we’re going for is right around
here you know wherever you feel
you can see the fat sometimes you gotta
stretch it out a little bit but we’re
going right around here
in this area
i actually had a nurse comment on one of
my videos and what they said they do in
the hospital for sub-q
shots is they actually pull the skin
apart and i guess the idea is when it’s
stretched out and you put the needle in
when you take it out
and the skin is normally like this that
it kind of tightens onto it
or it closes up so there’s less bleeding
i still bleed from time to time
it’s pretty normal so i’ll show you what
i do here
this is obviously a fake needle so just
pull the skin
straight in and with hcg
you can go faster than with testosterone
but if you feel any
tightness or if it feels kind of a
little bit of a sharp pain
just slow down but uh the hcg or his
water is in this case it’s pretty easy
and if you need to go slower go slower
no
no point in rushing so right now i’m
starting to feel a little bit of the
tightness
a little bit so i’m just going to hold
off for maybe four or five seconds
let everything distribute and
and what i do is i kind of hold it like
this and i let it sit for 10 seconds
and it’s just to allow everything to
absorb
i feel like it helps it not bleed as
much but sometimes it bleeds
and sometimes it doesn’t it’s just kind
of random but then we pull straight out
and we’ll cap this obviously to be safe
and let’s see are we bleeding a little
bit
nothing crazy but i’ll uh
usually sit this and rub this over here
a couple times until it stops
but i won’t bore with you that so we’ll
switch to the other side and do
testosterone
aka olive oil so we’re pretty much doing
the same process on this side
nothing different we’re going for around
this area we don’t want to get too close
to the hip or too close to the glute
just kind of right there in the middle
wherever you have fat it’s pretty simple
and i find it a lot more a lot better
than
going into my thighs but
same idea same concept we’re just going
to pull pull the skin a little bit
straight in and maybe i’ll turn a little
bit so you can see
not the best angle but we’re just going
to go slowly in so here’s a better angle
for you
it feels tight any time we’re just going
to pause the reason to rush this
and i have not gotten any little nodules
or bumps when doing this
um i just kind of did it as kind of an
experiment for youtube
and uh it works i’ve done it ever since
i’ve tried scipione
on now i’ve tried olive oil
but uh yeah just go nice and slow
and we’re all good and like i said i
hold it for 10 seconds
i feel like it helps with the bleeding a
little bit but
sometimes it bleeds sometimes it doesn’t
just is what it is
perfectly normal perfectly healthy 10
seconds we go straight out
and we do have a little bit of blood
it’s random sometimes i’ll i’ll you know
put these ones in
and uh don’t feel anything you know you
don’t even feel it go in and i pull it
out and it bleeds like crazy
and then sometimes you know i push it in
and i kind of feel pain or the burn from
the alcohol
and uh pull it out and there’s nothing
but uh
yeah that one looks pretty easy no
issues there
i even had to shimmy around with the
camera with a fake needle in my
in my butt fat give you guys a better
angle but
yeah there it is really easy sub q and
buff that i love it personally my
favorite method
not saying give it a try not saying
don’t just showing you what i did
for entertainment purposes only so
that’s my sub q routine using 27 gauge
half inch syringes uh we got water on
one side
olive oil on the other i find it’s a
really easy method
it’s a pretty easy spot usually i mean
even if you’re pretty lean you still do
have some butt fat
you know the belly spot perfectly fine
love handle is perfectly fine
if that’s working for you perfect i just
want to show you there is another spot
you know even if you’re pretty lean you
still probably have a little bit of butt
fat
so it’s an extra option and like i said
i’m not really getting any nodules or
pip
i think i may have had one and i just
kind of felt it but it never
it never brews or anything like that so
pretty easy method guys
just uh wanted to share it with you for
entertainment purposes only
if you do it a little differently or you

Gynecomastia Causes and Treatments on Testosterone Replacement Therapy or Not!

In this video I go over what actually causes Gynecomastia and what treatments you can speak with your doctor about to try and get rid of it. Gynecomastia is very common in men and especially guys who are on TRT or high levels of testosterone.

today we’re going to talk about
a kind of nasty side effect that can
happen on trt and a couple other
situations
it’s called gyno and uh i’m gonna do a
quick medical disclaimer
we’ll get into it it’s all about
humanity

both males and females have tissue in
their upper chest
i can’t say the exact word of what type
of tissue it is because
i’ll probably get my video demonetized
but anyway
men and women both have this tissue but
in men it’s usually
never activated or never really shows
itself
in females you can obviously tell that
it definitely does and it’s something
that
us as guys are very grateful for but
when it happens to us
it’s called gynoclemastia and it can be
also called moobs
and it’s not fun and a lot of guys get
it and are very self-conscious about it
and in the worst case scenario it can
cost you about five six thousand dollars
to have
that gland and that tissue removed from
yeah so i’m going to go over kind of how
gyno happens some other things that can
trigger it and
what medicines and treatments you can
talk to your doctor about to try to take
care of it without having surgery
gyno is usually caused by an imbalance
of testosterone estrogen
this can happen when your testosterone
drops and your estrogen
stays the same it can happen when you
start taking trt
and both your testosterone and estrogen
go higher
there’s also other causes of it but
what’s pretty interesting is that
it’s actually pretty common in teenage
boys when they’re going through their
change but it usually goes away on its
own
and then what’s also interesting is that
once you hit 50
you’re at a higher risk of getting gyno
as well
because your natural testosterone levels
are falling actually one in four men
over 50 have some form of some level of
gyno
so it’s pretty prevalent nothing to be
embarrassed about but
i totally get it if you have a bad case
of it and you’re going to the beach with
your buddies
not the coolest thing i actually think i
may have some of it i don’t really care
but
mass may have a little bit being obese
or overweight can actually trigger
getting gynecomastia if you’re prone to
it
just because the more fat that you have
the more of your testosterone
rheumatizes in estrogen
which can cause an imbalance or a spike
in estrogen
and uh can cause your gyno to flare up
so it’s always good to hit the gym
and eat better and try to lose some
weight and i need to do that myself
so there are some medicines that can
contribute to gyno even if you’ve never
had it before
and i’m going to read through this list
anti-androgens used to treat enlarged
prostate prostate cancer and other
conditions
examples include flutamide finasteride
and spironolactone
testosterone is also another one because
it aromatizes into estrogen and if you
just start taking testosterone or
if you’re someone who’s into
bodybuilding this is your first time
doing
you know a cycle you may find out real
quick that you’re prone to gynecomastia
anti-anxiety medicine such as diazepam
tricyclic antidepressants certain
antibiotics
ulcer medications such as over counter
the drug
tagaman hb some cancer treatments
obviously if you’re using cancer
treatments gyno is the last thing you
need to worry about
heart medications such as digoxin
calcium channel blockers
stomach emptying medications such as
metoclopramide
so those are just some medicines that if
you’re taking and you’re getting dyno
it could be from them it could be from
trt um
there’s also some other stuff and we’ll
jump into that and this next list is
some stuff that if you use it or you
take it on a regular basis
it could be causing your gyno alcohol
amphetamines
uh the wacky tobaccy uh
hard h and the same medicine that’s used
to come off the heart h
i wish i could say these and not youtube
stupid and they’ll demonetize my video
for saying those words so
you know what i’m saying sorry we have
to play games like this but it’s just
the way it is
so this next section these are medicines
that are
pretty good at getting rid of gyno
now if you’ve had gyno for a long time
or you have severe gyno
there’s no guarantee that these will
work so
i mean you definitely have to work with
a doctor on this if you have severe gyno
if it’s you just started trt and you’re
starting to see the
symptoms you’re starting to feel a
little puffy maybe a little tingly maybe
they’re irritated
you have to talk to your doctor about
this don’t put it off it’s not going to
get any better
definitely talk to your doctor about
some of these medicines now the first
one is clomid
and i can’t give you any recommendations
on milligrams or how much you should
take
but clomid has been shown to help with
gyno
it’s not as good as the other two that
i’m going to mention but it is one that
can be used
some people see good results with it but
it’s more on the milder side
for gynecomastia these next two
i think are much better and the science
shows that these ones are much better
the first one is tamoxifen also known as
novadex and this is a classic one that
bodybuilders and men have used for
years to help control and treat
gynecomastia
but you do need a prescription for it so
you do need to talk to your doctor about
it
tamoxifen slash novadex is an estrogen
antagonist
is effective for recent onset and tender
gynecomastia when used in doses of
10 to 20 milligrams twice daily talk to
your doctor
this is just information i pulled from
the internet so talk to your doctor
up to 80 percent of patients report
partial to complete resolution
tamoxifen is typically used for three
months before referral to a surgeon
nausea and epigastric discomfort are the
main adverse effects
so what they’re saying there’s roughly
four out of five guys who use tamoxifen
you know based on the dosage the doctor
gives them have uh
it pretty much just goes away and that’s
fantastic and that’s
pretty darn cool and that’s awesome for
us but
if you caught the end of that if after
three months
tamoxifen hasn’t worked they will
usually refer you to a surgeon
and the unfortunate part is because it’s
a cosmetic thing i mean
gynecomastia is not going to kill you
it’s not going to hurt you it’s not
going to cause any
health issues per se there’s a really
good chance that your insurance
the one that you pay a whole bunch of
money for every month isn’t going to
cover it
so that’s unfortunate it’s a bad spot
some guys do end up in that spot
sorry if you’re in that boat but that’s
just the kind of way
that life goes sometimes so the next one
is called reloxephene
and i was reading a study and it was
showing that
loxophene seems to be a little bit
better than tamoxifen
although it’s not a super popular
or well-known medicine so your doctor
may not know about it
and he may just default to tamoxifen
which is still very very good it’s been
used for years it’s been used by
bodybuilders for decades so
don’t think if you can’t get riloxifen
that tamoxifen is like subpar
and you know it’s not a good medicine
tamoxifen is very good but i’ll read you
this excerpt from the study
that i found online and uh you can at
least maybe talk to your doctor about it
if you’re having this issue
after treatment with tamoxifen and
raloxophen
some improvement was seen in 86 percent
of patients receiving tamoxifen
and 91 percent receiving relaxifeme
but a greater proportion had a
significant decrease
greater than 50 percent with
thrilloxafin
86 then tamoxifen at only 41
no side effects were seen in any
patients so what that means
is that both these medicines worked
about the same percentage-wise on the
amount of people that took it
and you got 85 or 80 something and 91 so
a high percentage of patients that took
this medicine had
relief of certain percentage of gyno
but it says that 86 of
the patients that took this for dyno 86
of them had over a 50 decrease in their
gyno
whereas only 41 percent on tamoxifen
so seems that while they both work it
seems that if it does work for you
a reluctant seems to work better to get
rid of more of that gyno
so if i had to personally make a
decision and my doctor offered me both
i would go over for the loxiphene but if
all you can get is nova
or tamoxifen then i’d say go for that
and see how well that works for you
so i guess in conclusion to this video
if you’re jumping on trt
and you start noticing anything going on
with your nipples
call your doctor asap because it’s not
something you want to deal with
and it could save you five thousand
dollars don’t put it off don’t think uh
it’s just a little bit
make the call to your doctor get a blood
test see what your doctor says
this is something that you want to nip
in the butt as soon as possible
and if you already have some gyno from
when you were going through the change
as a little
tyke you may want to talk to your doctor
about
one of these three medicines clomid
tamoxifen or roloxephene
and see if you can get rid of it just by
taking these pills
because surgery is not fun and it’s not
cheap and it’s probably not covered with
all your insurance so guys i hope this

gyno is not fun no one likes it but it
happens
it seems to be a genetic thing some
people are just more prone or their
their you know tissue here is just more
receptive to estrogen and the
testosterone
imbalances or spikes so
sometimes you just get dealt a bad hand
and
a lot of guys do but don’t stress out
about it if you do
talk with your doctor see if you can get
it taken care of

I Shouldn’t Have Started TRT!!! I Didn’t Practice What I Preach :(

today where i’m pretty much going to
come clean to you guys about
why i was on trt why i shouldn’t be on
trt
and if i ever really needed trt and we
have to do quick medical disclaimer
because we may use some big scary
medical words
it’s all about humanity

so the timeline about two years ago
i had a horrible lifestyle i was 247
pounds
34 pounds heavier than i am now and i
wasn’t even going to the gym
and i definitely added a solid amount of
muscle since i started going to the gym
for two years
on test but i was 247
i was drinking all the time i ate
garbage
i’d eat mcdonald’s for breakfast i would
go out to like
tijuana flats for lunch and then i would
go to wing night and eat 20 fried wings
with freaking
you know five pints of beer and i put on
a ridiculous amount of weight it was 247
for the most part i’ve been like 215 220
was usually my heaviest but i got to
247.
you know my job was stressful i would
stay up way too late
i mean i was basically doing everything
that you could possibly do
to lower your testosterone levels like i
said
drinking eating a bunch of fatty foods a
bunch of processed foods
not getting enough sleep getting very
little exercise
and having a high stress lifestyle which
sometimes can’t change
but i started to feel like trash i
started to feel bad
i was tired all the time i was lazy
i mean it was i still did my job i
always do my job no matter what i always
give 100 in my job because
that’s what makes me money and that’s
what puts food on the table
that’s what keeps this roof over my
house
but could i have done my job a little
better probably
but you know you fall into that trap
where
you know you’re not cooking food for
yourself you don’t have food in the
fridge so you gotta get delivery so you
get dominoes
and it’s just uh it’s a slow progression
you don’t realize how fat you are until
you get your driver’s license picture
taken
i’ll put my driver’s license picture on
here and once you see it you’re gonna be
like oh
why did this guy even put this
online that’s crazy
i was actually just at walmart just just
about two hours ago
and i was buying some uh some white
claws for my wife
there ain’t no laws when you’re on the
claws remember that no laws
but she was looking at my id and she’s
like wow you lost a lot of weight and i
was like yeah i look like a fat
raccoon right there
and i did and i do and i’ll put it up
there right now it’s crazy
but uh i’m so glad i changed but anyway
getting back to why i shouldn’t be on
trt
so being like a lot of other guys i’m
feeling like trash i’m thinking oh maybe
my testosterone level’s a little
not thinking well maybe i should cut out
drinking a lot maybe i should
eat some chicken and rice instead of a
freaking domino’s pizza
maybe i should get eight hours of sleep
and maybe i should go to the gym
instead of doing that i was like well
let me check my testosterone levels
and i did check my testosterone levels i
asked my doctor he was hesitant at first
he only ordered total testosterone i
didn’t know any better at the time
came back a whopping 288 and so i told
my doctor i said well it’s 288
and the range looks like 266.
uh what what do we do you know i didn’t
know anything about trt
i knew about testosterone i’d taken
testosterone before maybe another reason
i was low
that’s a different video i’m sure many
of you have heard this before but he
said
well you’re in range you’re 22 points
from the bottom
you know you’re 36 years old and you’re
20 points from the bottom
nothing to do here he literally told me
for me to write you androgel you would
need to have
bone loss muscle loss and basically
complete ed
not like it happens every once in a
while like
your dick don’t work and i was just like
okay well this is crazy i do have some
common sense and you realize that
on the bottom of the scale i probably
want to be more toward the top of the
scale being 36 years old
and it’s the last time i ever saw my
doctor
so being the intelligent person that i
am i did absolutely nothing to fix my
testosterone levels except for
doing some stupid hit classes like twice
a week still eating like trash
still drinking still not sleeping right
and still stressing out all kinds of
stuff
i did absolutely nothing and i watched a
documentary called growing young it’s
pretty cool documentary
basically tells you that doctors aren’t
taught hormones they’re taught
prescriptions
and it’s very true and i saw this guy
he’s like
70 years old he’s freaking jacked and he
was saying i take 140 milligrams of
testosterone and i take 25 milligrams of
dhea
every single day so what did i do i went
out and bought
dhea off amazon and i got
a certain amount of bottles of
scipionate from a completely
legal source so don’t worry about that
totally legal
yeah i started injecting myself 100
milligrams twice a week
exact same protocol as i have now i was
thinking to myself you know maybe what
if this legal source runs out and
i’d have to get it from somewhere else
i’d have to figure out where to get it
so i called up a trt clinic and i was
completely honest with them i told them
got tested had low tests i’m on test
right now i feel fantastic
but i’d like to be under some medical
supervision so i went and did their labs
came back i think it was 10 69 was my
test level
and they were cool with that so they got
me hooked up with
test hcg and ai of course
and i started doing that protocol so the
trt clinic they prescribed me the normal
normal dosage for trt clinics which is
200 milligrams of scipione per week
a thousand ius of hcg and .375
milligrams of remedex
that’s split into three different gel
cap pills that are like a dollar eighty
a piece
uh where i can get one milligram of
ribbon x pills for like 85 cents a piece
at the pharmacy
but that’s another story trt clinics do
have to make money that’s how they keep
the lights on
so the trt clinic they were good no
issues with them
and uh but i found a concierge doctor
and i did a video on this no one watched
it
but they’re doctors that you pay a
monthly fee to they don’t take insurance
and they’re usually a lot better at what
they do because if they’re not
they don’t have customers aka patients
so i found a local doctor
and he’s 60 bucks a month and i did a
little online questionnaire i told him
all the stuff that i was taking
and he was like okay no problem we’ll
get you scripts for uh
recipient uh we can’t get you hcg so i
had to get that from another
legal source and uh he never really
prescribed arimidex to anyone
but so he had to order it he gave me
like 24 1 milligram pills which i don’t
take anymore they’re just sitting in the
cabinet but
that’s what it is but since i was able
to transition from a trt clinic to a
concierge doctor i significantly lowered
the cost of my treatment
so i’ll give you my current protocol and
then i’ll let you know
why i might possibly should never even
started on trt
my current protocol 100 milligrams
recipient
twice a week sub q i only do 500 iu’s of
hcg
split up into two shots i don’t take any
ai
i take either calcium to glucorate or
dam
so let’s jump into why maybe you should
have never started trt
on this channel i’ve preached a lot you
need to get your
lifestyle in order before you jump on
trt
i obviously didn’t do any of that i was
still to almost 250 pounds
250 pounds i was a fat bastard so i’m
sure my estrogen was crazy high my
testosterone was low because of that
i was eating garbage i was not getting
vitamins i wasn’t even taking a
multivitamin at the time
i mean i’ve taken multivitamins
throughout my life but at this time i
wasn’t i just didn’t even think about it
or care
so i wasn’t getting enough vitamins
eating garbage
drinking not sleeping enough and not
exercising
and my decision was well it let’s
get on testosterone i’ve taken it before
i like how it feels
and it’s it’s interesting because trt
has
completely changed my mindset about my
lifestyle
and you know i get perfect amount of
sleep now i go to the gym
five days a week i’m eating freaking
chicken and broccoli and i’m drinking
you know
super food smoothies another video i
made that no one watched
but it’s a great recipe but maybe make
another video on that
maybe i don’t know if it’s worth my time
but
it’s interesting to me because trt
basically allowed me to do what i should
have done in the first place
i should have gotten all of that stuff
ironed out
dropped weight you know better diet
sleep no alcohol
all that stuff and then i should have
retested and seen what my testosterone
levels would have been
now i don’t know if i would have been
able to get them to where
i need them to be because as i’ve done
on this video i’ve run cycles of
anathate before
um i messed around with steroids when i
was like 18. not like
a scheduled cycle like i would go to my
buddy’s house and he would like hit me
up with a milliliter
milliliter yeah and uh but it wasn’t
like you know we met every week it was
like
every 10 days every five days it was
random as hell and it was
stupid so i probably screwed up my
hormones pretty bad doing that
pct i didn’t know what pct was first
time i knew about pct you know what i
ran
i ran winstrol and clomid and my thought
process at that point in time because i
was such a brilliant kid
was that well the last cycle i did i
lost all my gains after i stopped
so if i run an oral winstrol it’ll kind
of keep me hard i’ll keep more of those
gains while i’m doing
the real pct with clomid stupid stupid
so i probably messed myself up oh i also
took androstene when i was in high
school
because uh the internet told me that
anderstein was good and i bought my
mom’s credit card
it was perfectly legal at the time but
now it’s banned
so do i think i could have gotten my
testosterone levels to
6 7 800 just by doing the diet and
taking the vitamins
i don’t know but i’ll never know because
i’m never going to stop taking trt
because i freaking love
it my testosterone is great my blood
work works fantastic
getting gains in the gym i have energy
libido all that good stuff
so i don’t know do i wish i
do i wish do i wish that i had never
hopped on trt
no i’m really glad that i hopped on trt
because it allowed me to change my life
changed my perspective what was
interesting is
when i used to when i was taking cycles
i had to go to the gym because if i
didn’t go to the gym i was wasting it i
was wasting that
precious testosterone and that’s still
ingrained in my brain
so since i’m on trt for the past two
years straight
go to the gym for the past two years
straight otherwise i’m wasting it
so if you’re watching this i would
definitely recommend
get your lifestyle in order first then
test
i mean if you’re still if you lose
weight your diet everything’s on point
you got your supplements your vitamins
all that good stuff
and you’re still low yeah hop on trt if
you know obviously if your medical
professional
tells you that you know you should but
if you’re if you’re drinking eating
pizza hut
staying up late you know
and you have low testosterone get your
lifestyle
don’t be like me get your lifestyle in
order first
do that i promise you because there may
be
you may not have to ever be on trt it
could just be that you’re fat
it could be that you’re super stressed
out all the time could be that you’re
drunk every night and you’re not getting
enough sleep
it could be that you don’t have enough
exercise you don’t have enough vitamin d
you’re not taking a multivitamin so
explore all those avenues get your
lifestyle in order get your correct
then do a comprehensive blood test and
see if you need trt
anyway guys that’s gonna wrap it up i
was a mess
and uh now i’m less of a mess thanks to
trt
but did i actually need it the world may
never know

today we’re going to talk about
trying to reduce balding while on trt
uh baldi is an unfortunate thing that
has plagued men for
centuries probably even longer than that
and it’s not fun
so i’m gonna put out some stuff that i
found online
uh that may help you out may help keep
some of your hair
but uh if you wanna do some real deep
diving into
uh how to prevent baldness more plates
more dates his youtube channel
he has a lot of videos on it so i’ll
definitely check him out as well
but let’s get started it’s all about
humanity

a 2018 study showed that
eating raw vegetables and herbs very
similar to what the mediterranean diet
was pretty effective at helping reduce
uh male pattern baldness
so if you can throw in some raw
vegetables and some extra solid herbs
maybe some fresh herbs into your diet
may keep some of your hair a couple
vitamins that if you’re deficient in
can help speed up balding are a
b c and d zinc
selenium and iron this is why i always
recommend
every person every male every woman to
take a daily multivitamin
so at minimum you at least get a good
majority of your vitamins from the day
from your multivitamin
and hopefully you can fill out the rest
with your daily diet but a lot of us
here in america
and other parts of the world have diets
that really don’t have a lot of vitamins
all that fast food all the processed
food all the sugary drinks all that
stuff
don’t have a lot of vitamins so you may
be deficient in one of these vitamins
you could definitely throw in a
multivitamin and fun fact vitamin d
is really good at helping bring back
your testosterone levels we get that
from the sun
and we sit inside too much so we don’t
get enough vitamin d
another 2018 study noted that vitamin d
is associated with non-scarring
alopecia treating deficiencies may help
with regrowth
speak with your doctor about taking 800
to 1000 ius daily
i personally take 5000 ius daily just as
vitamin d is really good vitamin c is
really good so definitely talk to your
doctor about getting a vitamin d
supplement discuss the amount of ius per
day
but vitamin d is really good for you and
we need it it does a lot of other good
stuff so
that’s a good place to start as well
biotin vitamin h or vitamin b7 is
involved in fatty acid synthesis in the
body
this process is essential to the hair
life cycle and you may experience hair
loss if you have a deficiency
speak to your doctor about taking three
to five milligrams daily
so just another vitamin that if we’re
deficient in can cause more hair loss so
vitamins are super important to our body
so definitely
definitely look into that multivitamin
and possibly some other supplements here
saw palmetto derived from the fruit of
the american dwarf pine trees this herb
may help
men maintain levels of testosterone one
2004 journal article revealed that some
60
of participants taking saw palmetto
experience improved hair growth
the dosage in that study was 200
milligrams daily
saw palmetto does a lot of other good
stuff for us and it may help uh
slow down or help regrow some hair in
this particular study 60 percent showed
you know at least some improvement so
another good supplement another little
gift from nature that we can utilize to
to grow our hair back another one
ginseng contains some phytochemicals
that can also help with hair growth
ginseng is also another really good herb
so may want to throw that into your diet
lauric acid found in coconut oil helps
bind protein in hair
protecting it from breakage at the root
and strand massaging coconut oil into
the scalp may promote better blood flow
and help with regrowth another gift from
nature coconut oil
don’t know if i’d be rubbing coconut oil
on my head but hey if i was really
worried about losing my hair
what do you have to lose you know rub it
in leave it in there for 20 30 minutes
and then hop in the shower
may help there’s also another treatment
called red light treatment
and they’re like low powered lasers
you’ve probably seen some of these
things
some people say they work pretty well
other people say that
they don’t work that well this would be
probably one of the last resorts that i
would try if nothing else was working
and we’ll talk about some other
treatments that are actually
prescription medicines
you could try before the red light laser
but i definitely look into it
if you’re really interested in you know
trying to save your hair um
they’re a little expensive two to six
hundred bucks but uh
hey if it worked for me i’d pay 600
bucks to keep my hair
another interesting treatment is called
prp
and they actually use this for a lot of
different things mainly for healing
joints
what they do is they draw your own blood
they throw it in a centrifuge
they separate the platelets and then
they inject the platelets either into
a joint uh elbow and some doctors
actually will inject a little bit
all throughout your scalp and the idea
is that
it the platelets go there and your body
is like okay we need to do stuff we need
to heal stuff we need to regrow some
hair
fortunately the treatments cost between
500 and a thousand dollars each time
in one 2017 study eleven participants
saw thirty percent more hair
growth in thinning areas after four
sessions like i said
they cost five hundred to a thousand
dollars each and they’re not going to be
covered by insurance
that’s also a really small study group
but
hey guys will do a lot of stuff to keep
their hair
so this is another option for you to try
these last two
one of them is prescription the other
one is not the first one is finasteride
also known as propecia
and it’s a dht kind of blocker it kind
of
it gets into your dht receptors in your
scalp and in your hair
and it blocks the dht from hitting those
receptors and
triggering more hair loss but you need
to talk to your doctor about finasteride
there are a good amount of side effects
but a lot of people do take this and
have good success with it
so it’s definitely something to think
about if you’re just really worried
about keeping your hair which i know a
lot of you
are the next one is mindoxidil which is
rogaine which you can get at the walmart
you can get a grocery store you can get
you know most places
and for the most part it does seem to
work for a certain amount of people
like some people just don’t respond to
it at all some people respond to it and
it does
take a while to regrow that hair but
it’s worth giving it a try
if you’re losing your hair you probably
already know about rogaine either you’ve
tried it or you haven’t
but it’s another option i just wanted to
make this video to put out some stuff
that i haven’t really seen
other places talk about when you know
trying to regrow hair and slow the
balding process
i listed a lot of vitamins that if
you’re deficient in can help speed it up
and that’s pretty easy fix multivitamin
maybe some salt palmetto or a ginseng
supplement
give that a shot see how that works for
you it’s also the prp treatments
those are expensive but you know i’d
like you to know that they’re out there
a lot of people do have success with it
but that was a pretty small sample size
and then the mediterranean diet just
eating more raw vegetables and throwing
in some fresh herbs i mean
it’s not going to cost you anything
extra just change up your diet a little
bit and it

these videos these are my favorite
videos to make
and not just because they get the most
views on my channel
but i actually like these videos because
it really shows that
something simple like fixing a hormone
imbalance
can completely change your life it’s
amazing and
i really hope more people go out and get
tested and see if this is their issue
but this is the story of a normal guy
hard-working guy has a good job was
cruising through life
had some kids and he started feeling bad
so let’s do a quick medical disclaimer
and we’ll jump right in
it’s all about humanity

told me goes to the gym pretty regularly
was in very good
shape i didn’t have any issues until his
late 30s
he had a couple of small kids and he
said it started to decline a little bit
but not enough to go get tested and
wasn’t really too concerned about it
kind of felt like it was just
you know kind of part of the aging
process around his early 40s
he went and got tested and he tested out
300
and his doctor made him wait a month and
he tested again at 250.
now luckily his doctor was somewhat
proficient in trt
some of them if they pull a 300 and
they’ll be like well you’re in range so
we’re not going to do anything i came
back and tested it at 250
which is basically low on almost every
lab’s
ranges except for quest which is like
which is 250
which is crazy to me but his doctor
prescribed him gels
and that was just what his doctor gave
him right off the bat he said he didn’t
like the gels he said it was a waste of
time
it was annoying expensive didn’t like it
so he talked to his doctor about
being able to do injections at home and
luckily his doctor was cool and informed
and
he prescribed him 200 milligrams of
scipione and he does that
twice a week so 100 milligrams 100
milligrams
does it sub-q just like me pretty much
my exact protocol
so outside of low energy uh one of
the biggest symptoms of low testosterone
was
low libido he said almost no libido
he was telling me that he was doing an
intense cardio workout on one of the
machines
and he was streaming some show and in
this show
this girl started taking her top off and
he said he
felt repulsed for like five seconds and
he was like
what was this like his low testosterone
made him
not find a woman taking her shirt off
attractive for like five seconds
and it was like a wake-up call for him
like wow what is going on with my libido
i’m seeing a beautiful girl here on
netflix or whatever
she’s taking her shirt off and i don’t
even feel like looking at it and that’s
not normal he said that’s not me
another symptom that had like i said
earlier
i went to the gym very regularly he was
in good shape but as he hit his late 30s
early 40s
he was doing the same workouts same diet
but he was gaining weight and he
couldn’t gain any muscle
and that’s a pretty big symptom you have
low testosterone you’re not able to
build as much muscle
don’t have as much muscle you’re not
burning as many calories in the day
not burning as many calories you get
more fat on you you get more fat on you
your estrogen goes up
and then it’s a vicious cycle because
you have higher estrogen lower
testosterone more body fat
so you can’t burn the fat that’s on you
you can’t build the muscle to get your
metabolism going again and burn more
calories
it’s a horrible cycle and he found
himself in this cycle
so probably the biggest symptom that he
got from having low testosterone outside
of libido
was anxiety you know he said that he
always had
a little bit of anxiety but it helped
him with a job because he you know
worried about stuff and he was always
you know checking on stuff and thinking
about stuff and what he needed to do
and that was good but he got to the
point where he had severe anxiety
like he was telling me he didn’t want to
go to parties he quit
coaching his son’s baseball team because
he didn’t like being around people
he was just an anxious wreck he just had
high anxiety
and he had never had that before and i’m
kind of in a similar boat
i have you know normal anxiety
um i wouldn’t say it’s elevated i
wouldn’t say i’m the most calm person
but i think i’m right there in the
middle of the anxiety level and when i
have lower testosterone
i looking back now i did have more
anxiety i’m a lot more calm now i don’t
stress
about stuff and when i think about stuff
i’m like can i change that
no there’s no way i can change that so
why think about it
also in his job his anxiety got so bad
that he couldn’t make decisions because
he worried so much about making the
wrong decision that he froze
and in life not making a decision is
making a decision
it’s just not the best one most of the
time so his anxiety was just
out of control he didn’t want to go to
parties he didn’t want to go to
lunch with his co-workers and he quit
his son’s baseball team he quit coaching
it because he had such bad anxiety
so he was in a bad spot before he found
this doctor and started to
taking testosterone to you know raise
and put a hormone level that’s super
important for men
in the right spot so how did you feel
after starting trt
well he told me that his libido bounced
back in days
just a few days he said his libido was
back not 100
but he noticed it like right off the bat
and if you’re starting trt
don’t think that’s the normal that’s
usually it takes four
to possibly eight weeks to get the full
libido back don’t think that
after your first uh treatment whatever
you want to call it
that you’re gonna be like boom you know
i’m ready to go
give it time he said within a couple of
weeks he was on the cardio machine
and he was like looking down at the
resistance because it felt like it was
nothing to him
i guess it’s improved his cardiovascular
system for whatever reason
probably because it’s a super important
hormone for men he was on the cardio
machine he’s like
am i really a seven it feels like a
three
because he just didn’t have the energy
before and his body was just run down
and it’s just amazing to me it’s such a
simple hormone just such a simple thing
a little bit of hormone mixed in a
bottle of oil
can completely change your life but it
makes sense
when women’s estrogen or progesterone is
all out of whack
they don’t feel right when men’s
testosterone is super low
we don’t feel right and with weights he
said with you know every
week he was going up you know five ten
pounds five ten pounds
this wasn’t a guy that didn’t work out
he continued to work out throughout this
whole timeline that i’m telling you
it’s just that as soon as he got his
hormone levels his testosterone levels
back where they needed to be
he started building muscle and he
started being able to actually gain
you know gain weight on his lifts
and uh yeah i mean yeah i mean no shit
when you take testosterone your muscles
are gonna grow
but this is a guy that wasn’t getting
newbie gains he didn’t you know quit for
two years and then
jump back in the gym gave himself a
little sub q shot and just started you
know getting huge
he had been working out this whole time
but he was working out the same
and his muscles in his body want to
decline now when he got his hormone
levels back
they’re going back up like they should
have been the whole time
and myself if i had known this before
too
i mean i used to work out in the gym
worked out with two buddies
eric and kyle all about the same size
i worked out for these guys for like two
years we worked out hard and these guys
they got way bigger way stronger than me
and i could never figure out what it was
i’m doing the same workout as these guys
i’m doing the same workout i just can’t
do as much weight
and i’m not gaining any i’m not gaining
any strength and these guys
they were turns out i just had low
testosterone pretty wild
told me best of all i got my anxiety
under control
i’m now able to hang out with people
started coaching his son’s baseball team
again
and he’s able to make decisions at work
he was telling me you know
everyone’s got their thing everyone gets
down it just happens
but he said you know in his opinion
when you have low testosterone whatever
it is that you have
anxiety nervousness depression it gets
worse
that’s his opinion but i tend to agree
with him you know if
if you’re going to be depressed and then
on top of it you’ve got low testosterone
and your body is just not operating the
way it needs to be
well it would make sense that if you get
your hormones back to where they need to
be
there’s a good chance you’d be less
depressed less less anxious
less tired and have more libido it just
makes sense you know if your car is
designed to run on 93 octane and you
give it 87
what’s gonna happen still gonna run just
not gonna run as good
engine is gonna get fouled up quicker
and you’re gonna have more emissions
i also said he thinks that doctors
should run hormone panels on pretty much
anyone over 35 40. and i agree with them
why are you going to check my
cholesterol levels why are you going to
check my you know how thick my blood is
all my different vitamins all that good
stuff why are you going to check all
that
but not check hormones which controls so
many things in the body
100 agree with that you know going back
to the car reference like
we did your oil change your tires look
good
but that’s all we checked you know we
didn’t check the computer we didn’t
check all the sensors
the oil is good and your tires are good
so
you’re within range so i had john email
me a little more details about his
protocol
so he does a hundred milligrams of
cypinate once a week and that’s it
no ai no calcium to glucorate uh but
he’s getting his level tested
if his estrogen is a bit high he does
best in the 20 to 40 range
he might try calcium to glucorate after
seeing my video
he tried dim and i3c before and did
nothing for him
i thinks it works okay for women to help
smooth out estrogen fluctuations but
didn’t do much for him
uh he mentioned that he tried a lot of
things 100 milligram a week keeps his
test about 650
750 initially he feels better at 850 to
950
but it doesn’t last long because his
estrogen creeps up and he feels worse
than at 650 to 750.
tried a higher dose 140 plus an ai but
he’s a serious overresponder to ai’s
even at a low dose knocked down his
estrogen to undetectable that’s a
sensitive
that’s why he experimented with
boldinone and proviron he wasn’t doing a
bodybuilding dose just a low dose of
tests plus a low dose of something
similar it doesn’t aromatize
but he found it didn’t work any better
than simply just taking one easy shot of
100 milligrams of scipionate
he also tried splitting it up 50
milligrams twice a week and every other
day
but didn’t see any benefits over once a
week he didn’t have some advice and i do
agree with this
he said don’t try to chase that high you
get for the first month or two when you
start trt
when you start trt you know like going
back to the car thing
if you got your car and it was running
on 87 and you felt how it ran on 87 pump
gas
and then you know your tank’s empty and
you pull pump some 93
in there and you start driving your car
and you’re like wow this is driving
great
this is this engine feels much more
perky i got a lot more horsepower i got
a lot more torque i’m feeling great
but we’re not cars and so when you do
those first two months most people will
get you know a little bit
more of a rush a little bit more
euphoria a little more effect
but then it does taper off because your
body equalizes everything
and you may not feel that euphoria that
you got
uh the first two months but the advice
is
don’t try to chase that because you keep
jumping up your dose jumping up your
dose
now your estrogen can get a little high
now you’re taking an ai
now you know you’re dealing with trying
to dial in again and all that
you know like said trt is not going to
make you a superhero
it’s going to make you feel good it’s
going to make you feel like you should
but it’s not going to make you a
superhero and just feel 100
i wake up tired sometimes i drag ass
sometimes
it’s human that’s human that’s just the
way we are just because i put a little
test in my
my butt fat or in my belly fat or
wherever else
i don’t wake out of bed and i’m like
yeah hell yeah this is going to be an
awesome day i feel 110
today i’m going to take over the world
now some days you don’t feel good
some days i have anxiety some days i
drag ass
but that’s life so i’m going to show you
guys some pictures
after guy’s in fantastic shape he just
he didn’t even let himself go that’s the
thing that’s why i love these
transformations he didn’t let himself go
he didn’t write me and say well i
stopped working out for three years and
i was eating mcdonald’s every day and i
gained 75 pounds
and then i got trt and now i look
fantastic no this guy was working out
the whole time and eating good the whole
time
it’s just that his body his body with a
low testosterone just
wasn’t building muscle and it was giving
his body the ability to gain more fat
and so he gained weight and then he got
on trt
continue doing the same thing and he’s
in fantastic shape again
amazing so that’s it guys uh

to
make sure that you are in good shape
you’ve done everything to try to raise

TRT Myths Debunked! Testosterone Replacement Therapy Myths!

In this video I explain and debunk the top TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy myths that people have been spreading for years!

today we’re going to cover some of the
top myths in trt i see these questions
asked all the time and bunch of
different groups
so i figured i’d make a quick video and
let’s debunk these myths
it’s all about humanity
[Music]
so the first one trt is for life
and in general it is if you’ve done
everything that you can do
to naturally raise your testosterone
levels like
eating better losing weight getting more
sleep getting sun getting all the
vitamins and nutrients you need
then if you hop on trt you’re most
likely going to be on it for life
because coming off trt you’ve already
tried to do all the stuff to naturally
raise your testosterone levels
they’re not going to get any better and
if you’ve been on trt for a while and
you come off
they’re probably going to be either
close to where they were before or
lower than before so while most people
will end up being on trt for life
you can jump off trt bodybuilders
sometimes run
16 week cycles with you know a thousand
milligrams of test
and they come off using pct like clomid
hcg tamoxifen reloxafin
all that good stuff and they can get
their natural production going again
so if you were to hop off trt if you did
a really solid pct
in theory you should be able to get your
levels back to where they were before
myth number two you will be totally
infertile on trt
there is no way that you can get anyone
pregnant while you’re on trt
now while your chances of conceiving on
trt
are significantly diminished when you’re
on trt
sometimes nature finds a way there’s
lots of bodybuilders wrestlers
athletes that have used testosterone for
years
and have conceived while on said
testosterone
so you know don’t pretend like you’re
just shooting blanks
when you’re on trt uh it’s not true at
all
although your chances are very much
diminished but
when you’re adding something like hcg
you can remain pretty much as fertile as
you were before
obviously this varies from person to
person but you can definitely conceive
while on trt
myth number three sub q gives you lower
test levels than intramuscular
some men just don’t respond to sub q as
well as
others from what i’ve seen most people
respond very well to sub q
me personally my blood tests are exactly
the same sub q
or i am i’ve done both i get the exact
same blood levels
and uh i like sub q a lot better so
don’t be scared of sub q i mean
definitely give it a try
you know give it a try for a little bit
get a blood test and see where your
levels are at
most likely they’re going to be exactly
the same as i am unless you’re a poor
responder
in that case you can do a little
shoulders or any other im and you’re
good to go
but if you respond well to sub q i
highly recommend trying it it’s my
personal
favorite way to do trt there’s another
one i see a lot
guys think that because testosterone is
thicker than most other medicines
you got to use harpoons seen guys using
like 21
23 25 gauge 25 is not that bad but
you know 23 and you know they think well
testosterone is so thick because you got
to have this massive harpoon just to
draw and inject
that’s not true i personally use 27
gauge
and it draws really easy not this like
you know it doesn’t just flow right in
there you have to pull a little bit
further and let it drip
in but it takes me maybe 20 seconds to
load up half of
half a milliliter so you don’t have to
use these massive needles
you don’t have to use 25 23 gauge some
guys even use 29 to 31
granted it does take a little longer to
draw but it’s pretty negligible
so stop harpooning yourself guys get
yourself a 27 gauge which is my personal
favorite
half inch you can do a lot of different
spots with that give it a shot
this one’s popped up a lot recently as a
lot of trt clinics
that are unable to get hcg are switching
it out for clomid
and they for some reason these doctors
think that clomid is going to do the
same thing as hcg while you’re on trt
the problem with that is when you’re
taking outside testosterone
shuts down the little signals that go
from your brain to your boys
and clomid’s simply not strong enough to
override that
clomid goes in and attaches to estrogen
receptors
makes your brain think that it doesn’t
have enough estrogen so what it does is
it tells the boys to produce more
testosterone which will then convert to
estrogen
but that whole process is turned off by
testosterone and clomid just can’t turn
it on
i also don’t like clement from a lot of
the side effects the main one being
visual side effects floaters
permanent vision issues so i do not
recommend taking clomid as a replacement
for hcg
nor do i like it as a monotherapy but
that’s for a different video
estrogen levels estrogen levels once
again estrogen levels
probably one of the most controversial
things in trt and you’ll see a lot of
people say that
you have to keep your estrogen in the
30s you know 30s is the sweet spot
that’s where everyone feels good
and you’ve got some other people that
say i just let estrogen get as high as
it wants to
it doesn’t matter you’ll have no side
effects it’s neuroprotective it’s good
estrogen is not a bad hormone but just
like anything else like
dht prolactin all that good stuff it
gets too high
not good you get symptoms it gets too
low you get symptoms
but what i’m trying to say with this is
that there is no set number
a range of estrogen where you’re going
to feel good or bad
it varies from person to person remember
on this channel
medicine is gray it’s not black and
white everyone’s different
so some guys personally myself i run in
the 60s and 70s
i feel fine some guys they feel good in
the 20s some guys do feel good in the
30s and 40s
so it’s not about hitting a particular
number it’s about
getting your estrogen however way you’re
doing this whether it’s ai
lower your dose dim calcium deglucorate
it’s getting that estrogen to the level
that makes you
you as a man feel good not some guy on a
reddit forum not some guy in a facebook
group who’s preaching to you about what
the best estrogen level is for everyone
it’s a personal thing everyone responds
differently so that’s part of getting
dialed in is getting your estrogen
levels
to whatever level makes you feel good
and that’s the only thing that matters
the number is completely irrelevant only
has to do with how good you feel
this is a myth that’s popped up in the
past year or so
and revolves around testosterone going
bad after 20 days after you use the
bottle for the first time
this is something that has never been an
issue for the past
40 years for the past 40 years
everyone was on trt and who bought stuff
from wherever to do
whatever with testosterone got 10 ml
bottles
and they last for more than 28 days
think about the guys that are running
cycles they’re running 500 a week
so they’re using what they’re using a
bottle in six weeks
and somehow it still works for them
testosterone can last for a very long
time
it’s a very stable solution it’s
testosterone suspended in oil with
preservatives preservatives and
antibacterial stuff that keep it sterile
so 28 days your test is still good
now why have they suddenly started
saying this well conveniently
they sell little 1ml bottles that are
roughly twice the cost for the exact
same amount of medicine
huh it’s weird that for the past 40
years
testosterone seems to last for a very
long time
but now they’ve come out with these
little 1ml bottles which
i think are a pain to use and also are
twice as expensive
why would that happen that’s so crazy
such a coincidence
huh anyway come to your own conclusion
but for real call your doctor make sure
he writes
110ml bottle find a pharmacy that has
110ml bottle and when you call in your
prescription or bring it to them tell
them that you want
one 10 ml bottle walmart still screws
around with me
i mean this is like the third time where
i i walk up to the pharmacy
and they get it ready and there they go
and they hand me my bag and it’s like a
big bag it’s like this big and i’m like
here we go again and i’m like so just
let me guess that’s 10 1ml bottles for
80 bucks and they’re like
yeah i’m like well my doctor wrote it
for 110 ml bottle which is about 40
bucks
so how about you fill the prescription
like my doctor wrote it
not like you guys wanted to write it so
whatever if you’re happy with the 1ml
bottles
that’s cool i hate them i like the 10ml
bottles
that’s the way tess has always been done
that’s the way i like to keep it the
last myth
in this video revolves around hematocrit
and red blood cell count
now you’ll see on your blood test that
most labs
pin the high marker of hematocrit about
54
and guys will get up there 51 52 and
they’re freaking out and
you know they go and donate blood twice
in a month and their ferritin levels
drop
and you know they’re super freaked out
because you know high hematocrit equals
stroke
uh equals heart attack makes your blood
super thick you get strokes
all that stuff well it’s not necessarily
a myth
high hematocrit and high red blood cell
count can cause some of those issues
but it’s normally when someone who’s not
on trt
has those same elevated hematocrit and
red blood cells
due to lifestyle or whatever else what
newer research has found
is that higher hematocrit and red blood
cell count from trt
is not on the same danger level as
someone who just
has high hematocrit from lifestyle or
from whatever else
it seems that when your hematocrit and
red blood cell count goes up
just because you’re taking outside
testosterone it’s not as bad
as if it was from lifestyle people who
live at high altitudes have higher
hermatocrits
i mean some of these people they’re in
like the 60s 65s
and they don’t have any issues because
the reason they’re inadequate and red
blood cells are high is because they
live in a higher elevation
and their body adjusts because there’s
less oxygen in the air
the body needs more red blood cells in
order to move oxygen throughout the body
and to get more oxygen from the air
it seems that when your red blood cell
count and hematocrit goes up
because of just testosterone it’s way
less bad than if it was from lifestyle
or
genetics or anything like that now i’m
not saying just let your hematocrit just
you know go up
wherever i’m just saying that don’t
freak out about it as much
talk with your doctor about it monitor
it donate blood
if you need to i personally donate blood
about every four or five months
not necessarily because my hematocrit’s
high i do it just because hey it’s a
good thing to do
and b it makes it so i don’t have to
worry about it and
i just know that my hematocrit’s at a
pretty good level and my blood tests
show that
so guys thanks for watching just wanted

so cyanocobalamin is a man-made version
of b12
and b12 does a lot of stuff in our body
it’s important for growth
cell reproduction blood formation
protein and tissue synthesis
keeps nerves and blood cells healthy and
helps make dna and cells all throughout
the body
so obviously those are some very
important things plant-based foods
offer no b12 so vegans are
very susceptible of getting b12
deficiencies which can cause a lot of
issues
pretty much anything that comes from an
animal has b12 in it
meat dairy eggs all that good stuff
one of the issues that affect possibly
one to fifteen percent of the population
is they have a hard time absorbing b12
in their stomach
so even if they were eating all kinds of
meats and dairy and eggs
and they still may have a vitamin b12
deficiency
even if they were to take a supplement
their body just can’t absorb enough of
it in their stomach
to get enough for their daily needs this

this is a prescription
so i actually went that route and
this bottle was the first bottle that i
got i’m sure my camera’s not gonna focus
but uh it has particles in it you’re not
gonna be able to see them but it has
particles in it
so that one was a no-go so i reached out
to the company
and they sent me another bottle and uh
it’s not gonna focus but
this expired in august so i don’t know
how long this has been on the shelf
and if you compare both bottles you can

maybe you can’t freaking camera that

no-go for me
so got my money back and i was like you
know what this is a waste of time this
stuff is probably bootleg
so talked to my doctor and he wrote me a
prescription for three of these which is

it’s just something that i like

is a little bit different than what this
is but it’s the same concept load up on

drinks have lots of b12 in them
for example uh five hour energy is 500
micrograms which is over 8 000
of your daily value red bull has 2
micrograms
at 83 percent monster has 200 percent of
the daily value and a 16 ounce can

they do sell them in supplements that
you can take orally that’s over the
counter
my doctor told me that those will work
for the majority of people
but for some people it just doesn’t work
their body just doesn’t absorb enough
so if you have a b12 deficiency the oral
supplement is really not going to do
anything for you
so i definitely talk to your doctor
about possibly getting the injections
super cheap like i said under three
bucks a month for me
it gives me a crazy amount of energy um
it’s like i’m not up all the time you

i’m not saying it’s gonna make you
superman i have down days i have days
where i’m tired but
overall it gives me more energy and just
a feeling of more motivation
so that’s why i take it i’m not
deficient in it but
it seems to help me get more stuff done
throughout the day
