what’s going on guys test your levels
today we are going to be doing a video
on some of the things that I feel you
should get out of blood test if you’re
thinking that you need to get on TRT I’m
going to cover how to get accurate
results on the blood test and I’m also
going to cover something that I’m
probably gonna need my good friend
medical disclaimer for so there’s a
whole list of things that you can get
tested for if you’re thinking about
going on TRT or thinking that you need
trt but these are just some of the ones
that I definitely think you need there
are some other cases where you have to
get other tests done but this is my list
of things that you definitely need to
get done first one is testosterone and
free testosterone these are very
important free testosterone is actually
more important because that’s the
testosterone that your body can use in
everyday life the next one is estrogen
estrogen and testosterone have a
symbiotic type relationship and you
definitely need to know what your
estrogen level is the best test to get
is sensitive eetu that’s the most
accurate for men shbg is a very
important one at sexual hormone binding
globulin that is something that grabs
onto your testosterone and that’s why
you’ll have total testosterone and free
testosterone free testosterone is
basically the testosterone in your body
that’s not bound up by
shbg vitamin D is another one if you’re
deficient in vitamin D taking a vitamin
D supplement can actually help raise
your testosterone levels so that’s
definitely a good one to get just to see
if maybe you’re deficient in that or
even zinc which is pretty standard on a
blood test FSH and LH they’re kind of
indicators as to how your testicles are
producing testosterone so if those are a
little lower that might indicate the
cause of having low testosterone so
that’s those two are good ones to get as
well three is I’m making this videos
there’s a lot of doctors and aren’t very
well versed in TRT so like my doctor
actually when I asked him for a
testosterone test the only thing he
actually tested me for was total
testosterone
I was unknowledgeable at the time I
didn’t know any better but hopefully
this video will help you be a little bit
more knowledgeable so you can go in and
get
all these tests that I’ve listed and
you’ll have a lot better picture of a if
you need TR T and B why you need T RT so
the next section of this video is going
to be how to get accurate results of
your real testosterone levels and this
is very important too because you don’t
want to skew your numbers too well or
too high and you also don’t want to skew
them too low you’re looking to see
exactly what your testosterone levels
are so the timing of your test if you’re
not on TR t the timing of your tests
matters later on the day your
testosterone is lower than you and you
woke up so I would recommend in most
doctors and insurances actually require
that you get a blood test product to
10:00 a.m. in order to get prescribed
testosterone so they don’t want you
starting at 800 and then 10 o’clock at
night goes by and you hit the lab and
you’re sitting out 200 and now they’re
paying for your testosterone which is
relatively cheap anyway but I digress if
you’re on CRT you want to get a blood
test the day of your injection but
before you inject so if you were to
inject every week let’s say you inject
on Monday you’re gonna want to take a
test on Monday morning before you inject
that’s gonna show that your doctor the
lowest level or your trough level of
your testosterone dosage you don’t want
to go the day that you take a shot or
the day after and walk in your doctor’s
office like at 1300 he’s like whoa whoa
we need to we need to pull you off this
I did 200 milligrams and I got to 1384
so you want to get the day of your
injection in the morning before an
injection most doctors and labs will
tell you that you need to fast for 12
hours so that’s their measured glucose
level a bunch of other stuff they don’t
want you eating you can drink water you
can take medicine but you don’t want to
eat something or drink something 12
hours before your blood test this will
give you those accurate results another
one it’s very important is stay hydrated
a if you’re dehydrating you give blood
there’s possibility you could pass out
or you feel bad for the rest of the day
the other one is if your doctor is
looking at your hematocrit levels and
your red
cell count if you’re dehydrated your
blood is going to be more concentrated
and those values that are going to be
elevated which may cause concern for
your doctor so drink your water
I also recommend bringing a sugary drink
like orange juice or apple juice
something that’s gonna get a lot of
sugar into your blood quickly after you
donate because you don’t want to feel
weak or woozy or passed out at the drive
home get a good night’s sleep we should
all be getting a good night’s sleep
anyway but make sure you get a good
seven eight hours eight hours is
preferable before your blood test just
so you have accurate results on a good
night’s sleep don’t consume alcohol the
night before you are going to get a
blood test it will lower your
testosterone level and it can skew your
blood tests so stay away from alcohol
the night before you think of blood test
don’t eat a crazy unhealthy meal
something that has a crazy amount of
sodium or crazy amount of fat or crazy
amount of sugar before you get a blood
test even though you are still fasting
do you want your most accurate results
so you want to eat just a normal healthy
meal before you go to sleep another one
exercise and working out is thought to
you know change some of your blood
levels you know your heart rate
hydration all that good stuff so if you
can I would recommend getting the blood
test first first thing in the morning
and then going about your day working
out and exercising and whatever else you
need to do so this next part of the
video I’m gonna have to call my friend
medical disclaimer once again
[Music]
this is not medical advice medical
disclaimer get off the screen disclaimer
this is in no way medical advice I am
NOT a doctor I do not recommend doing
this I’m not your dad I’m just a guy on
YouTube so some men run into the issue
where they are very close to being
clinically low testosterone aka for
LabCorp their level was to 64 so if you
were like I was at 288 even though my
doctor was a complete idiot there’s some
doctors that while you’re in range so
suck it up buddy
so this portion of the – of the video is
things that can skew your testosterone
levels lower so you can get a lower
testosterone score and hopefully get on
TRT if you need it some insurance
companies actually require two sets of
blood tests showing the lower than 264
before they’ll even prescribe you over
approve your treatment of trt so like I
said I’m not advocating this but these
are some things that you can do the
artificially lower your testosterone
levels a little bit for that day so you
can get a blood test so you can actually
get the treatment that you need so you
remember just a minute ago I was telling
you all the stuff to get an accurate
blood test basically do the opposite of
that do unhealthy stuff eat a bad meal
get don’t get a whole lot of sleep drink
caffeine I’m advocating drinking alcohol
but if you already drink alcohol you can
have a little bit of alcohol tonight
probably one of the biggest ones is
don’t get a lot of sleep you know people
don’t realize how important sleep is for
your body overall and your hormone
levels if you don’t get a lot of sleep
it can skew your testosterone levels
slower and help you get the treatment
that you need I mean it’s pretty much
just do the opposite of being healthy
you know and that’s why I think actually
a lot of people are on TRT is because
they have unhealthy lifestyles I was the
same way I was there and yeah and I just
wanted to you know I’m not doing this
video to try to teach you how to cheat
this system you know it’s
the idea of doing this video is that
there’s men that struggle with the
medical system so much and the doctors
think oh he’s just wants to just wants
to juice and get being strong and you
know I read that it can cause this and
cause that they’re just not well
educated and neither of your insurance
companies you know the insurance
companies their jobs are taking money
and payout as least as possible legally
that they can so if you have someone
let’s say you’re 267 and then you pull
throat to 70/30 you’re eight points
above you know you’re you’re super low
on testosterone but because LabCorp has
their little set ranges you’re not
getting TRT and you’re gonna probably
off the jump from doctor doctor and
you’ll probably end up in a men’s clinic
so that’s the only reason I made this
it’s not to cheat the system but it’s to
work around the system a little bit I
don’t recommend doing it but hey you
know what you got to do what you got to
do if you had cancer and your insurance
company wasn’t gonna cover it or your
doctor didn’t want to give you a
treatment that just proven to work you
know
and you could make some changes for a
day and get them the test results that
they want to see so you can get the
medicine and save your life would you do
it I would
thanks for watching guys I really
appreciate it I hope some of you guys
find this helpful
I’m gonna leave some videos up here if
you liked the video I’d really
appreciate a like it helps out my small
little channel grow help spread some
good knowledge hopefully and if you want
to see some more stuff I’ve got videos

this video and you want to learn some

thanks for watching guys you guys are
awesome
love to see you back as always get your

What to know before Starting Testosterone Replacement Therapy / TRT
what’s going on guys test levels here
coming at you with the top ten things
you need to know about trt or consider
about trt before starting this is not
medical advice and the medical
disclaimer murder now so the number one
thing that you need to do before even
thinking about trt is get an extensive
blood test you need to get your free
testosterone your total testosterone
your shbg your estrogen your hematocrit
and also your cholesterol panels so you
can get this through your doctor if your
doctor doesn’t want to do that it’s
probably a good sign that you need a new
doctor because they obviously do not
know what they’re talking about if
they’re not going to even let you get a
TR TR a testosterone test so number two
I did a video on how being overweight
lowers your testosterone levels and I’ll
put that right up here the long and
short of it is is testosterone gets
aromatized into estrogen in your fat
cells and the visceral fat which is a
closest to your organs is also really
good at doing this so the heavier you
are the more of your testosterone is
being changed into estrogen estrogen
helps you gain weight as well so it’s a
double-edged negative sword there before
you even start TRT even if you have a
low testosterone level on your blood
test you need to do everything in your
power to lose as much weight as possible
not to be anorexic but to get into a
healthy body range and then most likely
retest and see if that helped raise your
testosterone levels the third thing you
need to know is that being deficient in
certain vitamins and minerals such as
vitamin D zinc can also lower your
testosterone levels so you may want to
look into some supplements like vitamin
d3 zinc daily multivitamin and do your
research on the others I have links in
the description to a lot of the popular
vitamins that matter deficient in which
causes lower testosterone so if you want
to do sort of do your own research but
if you decide to take one click on the
link it helps out the channel I
appreciate it
number four getting eight hours of sleep
is very important for your testosterone
levels your brain pretty
everything so before starting trt you
really need to look at your sleep
schedule and to ask yourself are you
really getting eight hours you know it’s
five hours six hours your body doesn’t
like that it’s not good for any aspect
of your life so you need to get some
more sleep number five are you willing
to put in the time to research
everything about trt I’m not saying get
a PhD or a master’s agreement but you
need to know a lot of stuff you need a
bit of a testosterone free testosterone
shbg estrogen levels you know certain
protocols you know I get on reddit get
on the Facebook group I believe leave
links in the description to those read
through it do your research because
you’re gonna find that your doctor does
not really most likely nobody’s talking
about so you need to take control of
your life as a man do your research know
what you’re putting in your body know
what the effects are and you just need
to be very knowledgeable because there’s
not a lot of knowledgeable people in the
world on this number six are you willing
to go through a lot of bad doctors
probably get a lot of blood tests to be
turned away be told you’re fine be told
to suck it up most doctors are trained
in medicines not in hormones and your
doctor most likely thinks that
testosterone is a hormone which it is
but they don’t view it as medicine
because it doesn’t come from a big
pharmaceutical company that takes it out
to Panera so on so there’s a lot of
horror stories on the reddit and the
Facebook group of men that have even
below range testosterone they have
symptoms of low testosterone and the
doctors just don’t care just so you know
it’s not just going to your doctor
getting a testosterone text if you’re on
the lower end they’re just going to
write you a script and you’re good to go
doesn’t work like that it’s not how the
medical system works so be prepared
number seven are you willing to start
TRT knowing that it could impact your
current and future fertility so if
you’re trying to have kids
TRT can make that sometimes not the
possibility that’s not 100% but if
you’re trying to have kids and you’re on
TRT your body is not producing its own
testosterone your testicles shrink and
you have less sperner you can
combat this by taking HCG as well but
there is no 100% guarantee so do some
research on that and see if that’s the
right decision for you number eight are
you willing to accept that if your
doctor or the doctors that you’ve seen
and after the multiple blood tests that
you’ve taken will not give you trt that
you may have to go to a men’s clinic and
a 150 200 250 dollars a month you may
have to drive there once or twice a week
hopefully it’s once if they’re a good
clinic and get an injection buy them a
lot of these clinics they don’t allow
you to inject on your own they want you
coming in you’re kind of more dependent
on them
you’re not leaving if you don’t if
they’re your ones giving you the
medicine and you don’t have it that’s
just another thing to consider before
jumping on TR today the medicines
themselves are not very expensive but
when you have to go through a clinic
because your doctor or many doctors will
not give it to you that’s your only
option or one of them number nine are
you willing to accept that you may
experience negative side effects on TR T
it may increase your hair loss if you’re
already losing your hair you may get
acne your cholesterol your good
cholesterol may go down your hematocrit
and red blood cell count may go up
there’s lots of different side effects
that can happen it’s not just ice inject
testosterone now I’m a superhuman and I
feel awesome all the time things happen
your estrogen levels can get out of
whack there’s lots of different things
that’s why I said earlier you have to
put in the research without the research
you’re just going blind and it’s not
something you want to do with your
hormones they’re very important they’re
very serious and you don’t want to mess
with them and there are some side
effects that can happen number ten are
you willing to accept that TRT and
testosterone is not medical duct tape
just by injecting a little oil into your
quad or your belly fat it’s not going to
fix everything in your life if you’re
lazy you’re probably still gonna be lazy
if you can’t stick to a diet and you
can’t lose weight you’re probably gonna
do the exact same thing if you’re
getting five hours of sleep injecting
testosterone is locked in and make you
sleep the extra thirty basically what
I’m saying is you have to take
responsibility for your
testosterone is not something that
you’re just going to take and your
life’s going to become ten times better
now it can but if you have to do it on
your own
you can’t just think that this little
hormone that you’re injecting yourself
is going to fix your life you have to
take responsibility for your life you
need to eat healthy you need to go to
the gym you need to get eight hours of
sleep you need to do what everyone knows
it’s healthy stuff to do and if you’re
not willing to do that then you’re
probably wasting your time and money
I’ve got a little bonus one here because
top eleven doesn’t sound cool and that
is that you will possibly need to be on
TRT for the rest of your life not
something that you just take for a
couple months and come back off some
people can come back off and restart
their body’s natural production of
testosterone but some can that’s why
most body builders are gonna be a taking
testosterone for the rest of their life
so this isn’t just something that you’re
gonna take and try something you may do
for a few months to get in better shape
it doesn’t work like that it’s a lot
more serious
it’s more of a lifelong treatment it’s
not something to hop on hop off so take
that in consideration as well and before
you start it like I said it eat healthy
or lose weight get better sleep take
vitamins if you’re deficient and you
just really need to do the healthy stuff
and get your body into the best shape
that it can and see if being overweight
not sleeping eating like garbage not
exercising it was really the cause of
your low testosterone and your symptoms
so that’s probably the most important
long it’s a little bonus one I’m gonna
leave some videos up here if you guys

How to Improve Cholesterol Levels on TRT! Lower LDL, Lower Triglycerides, Raise HDL!
welcome to the tattoo elves Channel
today we’re going to talk about TR t and
cholesterol levels and I’ve got a little
bonus a little tip that I got from my
doctor at the end of the video so stick
around if you want hear about that
scientific research done a little
contradictory on the effects of outside
testosterone and the different
cholesterol levels but the general
consensus for men on TR T or steroids is
that it’s going to raise your LDL which
is the bad cholesterol and it’s going to
lower the HDL which is the good
cholesterol now we could go real deep
into cholesterol levels but I’m going to
cover the basics of LDL HDL and
triglycerides so LDL which is the bad
cholesterol is a fat like substance
that’s in your bloodstream and we need
it for normal healthy function but when
we have too much LDL it builds up plaque
in our arteries this can we destroy it
and heart attacks which we obviously
don’t want so while we need LDL we don’t
want to have too much of it
so HDL which is the good cholesterol
basically what it does it goes and
cleans up the LDL cholesterol and brings
it to your liver so your body can
process it so without the proper amount
of HDL to clean up the LDL you’re gonna
have a buildup of lvo and your arteries
and we don’t want that so triglycerides
when you eat your body turns excess
calories that it doesn’t need right then
into triglycerides and those are stored
in your fat cells later hormones help
release the triglycerides energy so that
your body can use the energy now if you
regularly eat more calories than you
burn especially carbohydrates you’re
gonna have a higher triglyceride level
so ideally on trt we want to lower the
LDL and triglycerides and raise the HDL
and we have to worry about this a little
bit more than normal everyday people
because we have that outside
testosterone so in order to do this it’s
kind of a two-pronged approach we have
to modify our diet and also our
lifestyle LDL and triglycerides are more
affected by our diet whereas HDL is more
affected by our body weight and our
exercise levels lowering LDL and
triglycerides is basically eating
healthy I’m not gonna go into super
detail about eating healthy what I’m
gonna do instead is I’m going to show
you some foods that are generally known
to lower LDL and triglyceride levels so
you’re gonna see a theme with these
foods they’re minimally processed and
they come from nature which is most
likely what we were designed to eat
we’ve just strayed from that
processed foods and lots of sugary stuff
and soda and all that good stuff
actually bad stuff so olive oil olive
oil can actually lower the inflammatory
impact of LDL it’s great for cooking
with it’s great on salads people will do
is in the Mediterranean diet have been
using olive oil for a long time it’s
obviously pretty good for us beans and
legumes they both contain soluble fiber
which is known to lower LDL levels so
whole grains like cereal wild rice bran
and brown rice are known to lower LDL
cholesterol as well but don’t go
overboard on that and thinking that
honey nut cheerios is a whole grain well
it has some of it it’s a lot of other
stuff and sugar as well so we’re talking
about the real whole grains fruits with
a lot of fiber like apples prunes and
pears it can actually lower your LDL and
help raise your HDL so omega-3 fatty
acids have been known to help with your
cholesterol on numerous ways these come
from fatty fish like salmon mackerel you
can also take a fish oil or a krill oil
supplement nuts Brazil nuts hazelnuts
pistachios almonds cashews they all have
very good heart-healthy fats they’re
also high in fiber and contain what are
called plant sterols plant sterols can
help block cholesterol from being
absorbed by your body and finally
avocados which are filled with folate
and monounsaturated fats if you’re
getting the general idea here we’re
eating natural unprocessed foods like
olive oil nuts fatty fish avocado whole
greens real whole grains all this stuff
comes from the earth and we’re designed
to eat that stuff so if you can throw a
little bit extra of that into your diet
every day it may help lower your
cholesterol and raise your good
cholesterol as we learned earlier
triglycerides
it’s basically your body turns excess
calories into triglycerides if you’re
stored in your fat and the best way to
help lower triglycerides is to lower
your carbohydrate intake a lot of people
do keto and paleo and hatkins
I’m not recommending either one of those
but pretty much all the research shows
that when we lower our
carbohydrate intake it’s better for our
body in general and it helps lower
triglycerides now like I said earlier
with HDL the best way to raise HDL is
pretty much exercise and lose body fat
it’s pretty much as simple as that I
can’t sugarcoat it there’s no magic
formula for it
now by doing the things that we
mentioned for lowering LDL and
triglycerides which is basically eating
healthier and eating less carbs we
shouldn’t turn loose some weight losing
weight helps with a lot of other stuff
when you throw in some exercise and some
weight lifting and you’re losing weight
at the same time you’re doing a
two-pronged approach you’re helping your
body lower your LDL and triglycerides by
eating healthier and you’re helping
raise your HDL by exercising and in turn
both of those help you lose weight which
help with pretty much all of your
hormones and help lower your bad
cholesterol and raise your good
cholesterol
you know this same approach this isn’t
novel this isn’t you know some crazy
thing that I figured out overall you
know eating healthier eating less carbs
exercising and losing weight helped with
almost every part of your body and your
hormone levels your blood levels how you
feel your energy
so I can’t sugarcoat it guys there’s no
magic thing that’s gonna help you with
all this stuff but eat healthier and you
improve your sleep and you go to the gym
and you’ll lose weight you’ll be better
off now let’s get to that bonus so I was
talking my doctor about you know raising
HDL and he made a recommendation to me
which I was kind of surprised about you
said you could try taking a red yeast
rice supplement and I said no no Reggie
sighs and I really heard of that he said
well most of the blood pressure and
cholesterol statin type drugs are
actually derived from red yeast rice so
Reggie’s rice has been used in Chinese
medicine for a very long time and some
of the pharmaceutical companies picked
up on this and they started researching
this and now a lot of the statin type
drugs that are used for cholesterol and
blood pressure are actually derivatives
that they’ve somehow formulated directly
from yet Reggie strikes red yeast rice
not yet we’ll get it so the thought
process is
instead of taking these derived ones why
don’t you just give your body that the
actual thing and let it get into your
system and do what it does you know you
can get a derivative of it and it may be
a little bit better I don’t know but
it’s going to it cost a lot more and
there’s probably be side effects or you
could take a natural substance that’s
created from a type of fermented mold
give it to your body let your body do
what it does body does some pretty
amazing things the actual compound is
called monocle and Kay and it’s actually
in the medicine called you and have to
look lovastatin
not familiar with it but it’s a statin
type drug so I’m not going to tell you
to stop taking any of the medicines that
your doctor prescribed to you that’s not
what I’m recommending so as interesting
one study reviewed another 21 studies
and they basically the overall
conclusion is that red yeast rice when
taken with these statin drugs helps them
work even better so that’s a pretty good
sign to me that it’s doing something one
study of 25 people which is a pretty
small study but it’s shown by taking 600
milligrams of yet red but it showed by
taking 600 milligrams of red yeast rice
a day these people lowered their total
cholesterol by 15% and their LDL
cholesterol which is a bad one by 21% so
I found that pretty interesting even
though it’s a very small study another
eight-week study of 79 people took the
same 600 milligrams of red yeast rice a
day and they didn’t give numbers but
they showed a significant decrease in
bad cholesterol or LDL so that’s another
good sign I’m not telling you that you
need to read yeast rice if you’re on trt
I just thought I would pass along a
recommendation about my doctor that was
backed by some of the research that I
did I actually have two bottles it’s
relatively cheap I figured why not it
doesn’t give me any side effects so when
I get my next blood test we’ll see if
it’s helped at all hopefully it did so
we’ll see but just thought I’d throw
them out there to you guys so wrap up
you know overall the general things that
you need to be doing to lower your bad
cholesterol and raise your good
cholesterol eat more like eat less
processed foods eat healthier foods eat
less carbohydrates exercise and lose
weight
I mean it’s really a no-brainer but I
just wanted to bring that to you give
you guys some foods that have been kind
of shown to lower LDL and and then also
the red yeast rice supposedly helps
lower the LDL as well and it does a good
stuff for blood pressure as well so
thank you guys for watching I know this
isn’t a revolutionary video but I know a
lot of people worry about the
cholesterol so I thought I’d make a
video and look do some research and show
you guys kind of what you need to do and
how you need to improve your lifestyle
on your diet to help your cholesterol so
thanks for watching guys as always I’m
gonna leave some videos up here for you
to watch I’m gonna leave a subscribe

Does Being Overweight Lower Testosterone levels? How Much Does Obesity Lower Testosterone Levels?
what’s going on guys welcome to the test
your levels Channel today we’re going to
talk about correlation of obesity and
testosterone levels and I’m in the same
boat as you
I’m not some 5% body fat guys ripped and
Jack telling you that you need to lose
weight but I’m a fellow chubby guy
telling you you need to lose weight
let’s jump into it
so to prove
one of you guys which you can obviously
see I actually had a burger with pimento
cheese and pickled jalapenos last night
at a friend’s birthday I had the fries
too
but that was my one cheese note for the
week so anyway moving on so being
overweight causes testosterone levels to
drop for a number of reasons
so testosterone is converted into
estrogen in fat cells and when there’s
more fat cells more of your testosterone
aromatized us into estrogen which gives
your body lower level of testosterone
obesity is also thought by the medical
community to inhibit testicular function
so testosterone is a fat soluble hormone
and being that stored in the fat if you
have too much fat then too much of that
testosterone can be stored in your fat
and not going through your body doing
what it needs to do therefore giving you
lower testosterone numbers when you get
a blood test and more importantly less
testosterone in your body for your body
to use for all the things that it uses
testosterone for so as I just said being
overweight causes your testicles not to
produce as much testosterone and it also
causes more of your testosterone to be
converted to estrogen and some of these
studies they noted that obese men
usually have a combination of these two
things and we have low testosterone and
high estrogen normally most people will
gain weight in that situation so it’s
kind of a double-edged sword
you’re already overweight and now your
hormones are making you so that it’s
easier to gain weight and also when you
have low testosterone you have less
motivation and so you’re less motivation
to get exercise and do manly stuff so
it’s really just a lot of stuff working
against you once you’re overweight and
have less low testosterone so when I
studied about 900 men the scientists had
half of them do 150 minutes of exercise
a week and eat less calories and then
they had a placebo a group that did
nothing different and at the beginning
of this study one in four men had low
testosterone levels of 300 or lower so
the group that did the lifestyle
modification they went from being about
25% low testosterone and after a year it
went
to 11% so that’s a pretty big jump so
men in this lifestyle modification group
lost about 17 pounds over that year so
in the study about 1,700 men the study
pretty much concluded that for every one
point of body mass index or BMI that you
go up you decrease your testosterone by
two percent so if you went from a 28 BMI
to a 30 BMI on average drop your tests
officer at about 4% so another study of
about 1,900 men showed that waist
circumference was actually a better
indicator of lower testosterone levels
than the actual BMI was so they showed
that a four-inch addition of body fat on
the waist increased your risk of having
low testosterone by 75%
in for comparison aging 10 years being
10 years older was only 36% so that’s a
pretty stunning number right there you
know just adding 4 inches to your waist
line increases your risk of having low
testosterone at 75% and going from today
to 10 years from now is only 36% another
study that compared men of normal weight
to obese men showed that the obese men
were eight times more likely to have low
testosterone they also went on to say
that obesity was the most effective
predictor of low testosterone as I said
earlier scientists have discovered that
fat cells are basically tasks they do
other stuff but their task from turning
testosterone and estrogen and when you
have more fat more of your testosterone
is going to be converted into estrogen
and they also found that abdominal fat
and us men and we carry most of our fat
and our abdomen is even better at this
it’s called visceral fat and it’s kind
of the fat layer that’s closest to your
organs not necessarily outside by the
skin so there’s also evidence that too
much estrogen can signal your brain to
stop telling your testicles to produce
more testosterone so like I said this is
you know a really vicious cycle here and
you’re already overweight so you don’t
have the motivation
the energy then you get lower
testosterone so you’re not gonna be able
to build muscle as fast now you’re gonna
have higher estrogen levels and higher
estrogen levels can actually tell your
brain to tell your testicles to stop
producing testosterone so I mean if
you’re here I mean don’t you get pretty
obese I mean you’re on a pretty slippery
slope down to low testosterone so high
estrogen can actually suppress the brain
from releasing gonadotropin-releasing
hormone lack of grh leads to lower
luteinizing hormone levels which in turn
tells your body not to produce as much
testosterone in the testicles so some of
these studies showed that weight lifting
was the best exercise for men to do to
help increase their testosterone levels
but that you had to do it for six months
to really start seeing results not only
you know muscle wise but testosterone
was so you can’t just do it for a month
and think you’re gonna be good
so another studies showed that men who
lost 15% of their body weight who were
overweight and to begin with had
significant improvements with erectile
dysfunction so just a random statistic
overweight men have about thirty percent
less testosterone than men of normal
weight generally speaking so if you’re
overweight you’re watching this you know
there’s a pretty good chance you have
lower testosterone than your buddy you
go to the gym and each correctly and as
a normal weight so more than 70% of
morbidly obese men have hypogonadism
that is where your testicles do not
produce testosterone for whatever reason
so also said that male hypogonadism can
be reversed with fat loss if the weight
gain was the cause of the hypogonadism
so just losing weight isn’t gonna fix it
if there’s something going on for two
eteri gland but if you gain weight and
you lowered your testosterone and
develop type of gonad ism then by losing
weight there’s a good chance that you
could reverse that many took trt and
testosterone supplements for five years
lost on average about 36 pounds and they
also took three and a half inches off
their waist and in my personal opinion
you know when your testosterone levels
are low and your estrogen
ha hard to gain muscle and muscle burns
a lot of calories so the more muscle you
have more calories you burn in the day
therefore losing weights a little easier
now I’m not telling you if you’re
overweight to just jump on trt and
you’re just gonna start losing weight it
doesn’t work like that first off you go
to doctor and get a blood test my
channel is called test levels for a
reason I want every man to go out there
whether they feel good or not and when
they’re getting their normal routine
blood tests
ask the doctor hey can I get tested for
free testosterone total testosterone
estrogen and SHBG and also you’re not
normally gonna do a cholesterol panel so
you know where you’re at
I’m not making this video make you feel
bad or you know I’m overweight to so
many people here in America overweight
and across the world just we have so
much high-calorie food that is nutrient
poor and it’s everywhere everywhere you
walk into you know you try to walk into
a 7-eleven and try to find something
healthy there it’s there’s a couple
items but it’s generally garbage now I’m
making this video to let you know that
there is a strong strong correlation
with being overweight and having lower
testosterone levels so if you are
someone that is severely overweight and
you’re thinking about jumping on TRT I’m
not saying don’t do it you know that’s
between you and your doctor but I’m
saying you need to change your diet and
you need to go to the gym you need to
lift weights and you need to exercise
this is not rocket science I’m not the
first person to ever say this but just
knowing that there is that strong
correlation between excess weight and
low testosterone which in turn goes to
higher estrogen levels which also has
bad side effects like erectile
dysfunction anyway I’ve got videos on
all that stuff you could actually just
click the subscribe button and you’ll
see all my new videos and then you can
go through and check out all my other
videos on this stuff and if you learn
something you click on the like button
as well but moving along losing weight
is just common sense and if you’re
overweight your body doesn’t like it bad
things happen we know this but now you
can watch this video you know that if
you are overweight you most likely have
a lower testosterone that means it’s
gonna be harder for you
build muscle you’re gonna have less
energy you’re just not going to feel as
good as you could so I plead you go to
the gym go to the glorious house of
games do some workouts you know I know
some people were beat up and have tough
joints find exercises that don’t hurt
you do light weights just go to the gym
and I promise once you’re done in the
gym like four times in a week the next
week you’re gonna want to go back and
it’s just a cycle so if you just
watching this video just make it a point
to say I’m going to start the gym at a
certain point whether it’s next week or
next month or tomorrow even better make
it a point to go to the gym you know
look up some other videos on YouTube
about how to meal prep where you cook
meals for the entire week and you freeze
most of them and so you don’t have to
think about what you’re gonna eat and
you always have food available that is
healthy so you don’t have to order that
pizza or go to the McDonald’s you know I
mean I can sit here and talk all day but
you have to actually do it you have to
say to yourself you know what I am
overweight
I feel like garbage I need to get my ass
in the gym and I need to start taking
control of my life and what I eat so
that I can have a better healthier body
and there’s lots of other great side
effects when you get stronger and lose
weight the ladies look at you a little
bit more it’s just a fact so guys thanks
for watching I’m gonna put some videos
up here I’m gonna put a subscribe button
right here I would love if you subscribe
take this journey with me got lots of
new stuff planned but just a bag of you
look yourself in the mirror can you be
doing better can you have a better diet
can you exercise more of course you can
we all can make it a point hit the gym
get exercise and eat healthy do it for
yourself not for me not for anyone else
do it for yourself
thanks for watching get your levels

Does TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy Cause Heart Attacks, Strokes or Prostate Cancer?
When to Take All of Your TRT / Testosterone Replacement Medicines! Testosterone, Arimidex and HCG
welcome to the test your levels channel
got mice medium shirt on today we’re
going to cover when to take the
different medicines most people use in
TRT now I’m gonna cover testosterone a
remedy X and HCG I’m not gonna cover
dosages because I’m not your doctor and
everyone’s different
so for this video I’m just going to
assume that we’re doing a twice a week
protocol on everything and if you don’t
take a rivet X then you can just ignore
that part but this general concept and
the timing of certain medicines work for
different protocols you just have to
adjust it a little bit and I would love
to hear your comments down below on what
your protocol is maybe why you do it
maybe what some of your levels are just
so anyone else watching this video
starting now can kind of get a general
idea and just get some information just
to you know just to get their feet wet
and then to go out and do some more
research so I take my testosterone on
Mondays and Thursdays I’m gonna kind of
base this protocol around that once
again you could switch it up if your
protocol differs in mine so we’ll start
with HCG HCG has a half-life of 24 to 36
hours and this shorter half-life is why
a lot of men take it two or even three
times a week so a lot of men they take
HCG the day before they take
testosterone and the thought process
behind this is that the day before you
take your testosterone you know your
level probably a little bit lower than
it is when you after you took your last
shot so since HCG does help raise
testosterone levels a little bit
the idea is you do the HCG before your
testosterone shot so you get yourself a
little kick up and then boom the next
day you’re doing your testosterone shot
so the idea is to keep it as stable as
possible I personally take my HCG on the
same day as I take my testosterone I
don’t notice the peaks and valleys as
much as maybe some people do I may feel
a little more sluggish or a little bit
less libido on the day that I take my
shot but its simplicity to do them both
on the same day at the same time some
men swear by taking HCG the day before
other men could care less ideally on
paper for the most stable testosterone
levels it doesn’t make sense to take HCG
the day before whether you want to do
that and just add something else to
remember it is up to you I’m just
presenting the information so that you
can make an informed decision so the
next medicine I’m going to cover
limit X or anastrozole now our rivet X
has about 50 our half-life and so the
idea of Arimidex is to have the most of
it in your bloodstream when the
testosterone is that its highest and is
more likely to aromatize into estrogen
so on paper taking Arimidex today after
that you inject is ideal so the idea is
is that when your testosterone Peaks
which is about 72 hours after you inject
it
the Arimidex is going to be at its
highest level and in the ARIMA Dex being
at that higher level when the
testosterone is peaking is going to
block more of the testosterone from
aromatize in its estrogen this is turn
on paper should give you lower estrogen
levels than if you took it the same day
or the day before you injected
testosterone it’s all about timing here
now this was actually a recent change
that I made to my protocol and if you
watched my other videos I don’t really
have high estrogen side-effects I do
have high estrogen I just don’t have
many of the side effects like libido
feeling sluggish being tired all the
time
the only real side effect could I get is
acne and I get it on my shoulders a
little bit on my chest and a little bit
on my back and everyone saw on my face
but outside of just trying to control
the acne a little bit I just thought it
made sense on paper and I did the
research on this and a lot of other men
have to confirm this so I switched that
to my protocol my acne has definitely
gone down a little bit it’s not 100%
with acne usually you’ll see the results
of something you did two or three weeks
ago in my experience so I just started
this switch and I have noticed some
results but I’m hoping to see some more
results moving forward so once again to
recap take a remand X the day after you
inject testosterone or take this officer
however you take it idea Arimidex as
high as possible when your testosterone
is the highest level as well I’m gonna
block a lot of the tests officer from
Rivet izing give you lower estrogen
levels so you’re probably looking at
your phone or your computer screen and
you’re saying yourself what am i doing
watching a guy
smedium American Eagle shirt and not
only that the little Eagle is neon green
but I’ve got some good information for
you and the next thing you’re probably
asking yourself is so this guy on
YouTube wants me to remember to take HCG
on Sunday tests on Monday Arimidex on
Tuesday HCG on Wednesday tests on
Thursday and remedy X on Saturday I can
barely remember to take my testosterone
I’m supposed to how am I gonna remember
all this now first off so let’s say you
take testosterone HCG and Arimidex and
you’re worried about remembering all
three of them on different days in my
personal opinion if I was gonna have
trouble remembering all three of them
and I could just remember – I would go
with doing the Arimidex after the
testosterone all day long the HCG the
day before can give you a little bit of
bump in testosterone on the days where
you’re gonna be a little bit lower
before your next injection but the
Arimidex taking a day after testosterone
so that both of them peak at the same
time and you have as much Arimidex to
block the testosterone I think that’s
way more important so if you have to
choose between the two I would
definitely go with your REM attacks
after your testosterone injection
controlling estrogen and estrogen
side-effects is way more important than
having a day where you’re not really
looking at the old lady like you would
on a normal day or you’re feeling a
little tired so definitely worried about
the estrogen ruin in my Vidia moving on
so if you’re worried about remembering
all the stuff there’s actually a device
that they’ve created specifically to
remind you to take medicines it’s small
it’s lightweight and it fits in your
pocket and it will tell you every day
that she need to take medicine so on
Sunday you’ll be walking around with
this device and it will beep and will
give you some type of sound letting you
know that you need to do something and
you’re gonna take it out of your pocket
and you’re going to look at it and it’s
going to say something like I need to
take my HCG today now this device is
pretty handy it comes in lots of
different sizes and form factors you can
find them at lots of different stores
and you can actually use them for other
things as well but they’re mainly
designed to remind you to take medicines
so I would highly recommend you get one
of these there are some smaller
companies like Google and Samsung that
make these and you can get them at Best
Buy Walmart Target all that stuff so
I recommend getting something like this
this is called a smartphone pretty cool
lots of good stuff and you can look at
girls on yeah so thanks for watching
guys I’d love to see like I said earlier
in the comments I’d love to see what
your protocol is and what numbers it
gives you what days you take your stuff
just so we can get as much information
as possible for some of the people that
are just starting out they can see what
you’re doing what effect it’s had and
we’re all here just to learn so leave
some comments would love it so I’m going
to leave a couple videos up here I’m
gonna leave a subscribe button I have a
small channel try and get as much
information as possible if you click on
the subscribe button I really greatly
appreciate it if you liked the video you
learn something click on that like
button as always guys thanks for
watching get your levels tested
DHT / Dihydrotestosterone Side Effects, Hair Loss and How To Naturally Lower DHT!
today we’re going to cover a hormone
called DHT and if you’re familiar with
it you probably don’t like it
so DHT or dihydrotestosterone is an
androgen hormone and it’s a little bit
more powerful than testosterone in a
certain way we’ll get to that so up to
10 percent of your body’s testosterone
is converted to DHT so when I said DHT
was more powerful than testosterone DHT
binds to the same receptors as
testosterone but it’s a stronger bond
and remains there longer
DHT also has a very nasty side to it it
attaches to the receptors and your hair
follicles so if you’re losing your hair
you’ve lost your hair it’s because of
genetics and DHT so high uses of
testosterone means you’re gonna have
more DHT in your body and makes it more
readily available to attach to your
little follicles and kill them so while
DHT is pretty nasty in that it makes men
involved and that sucks
but it does have lots of good
characteristics and you do need it in
your body DHT is really what defines men
as men outside of high testosterone
levels DHT is what gives you a lot of
your male features such as your guy your
boys you know facial hair all that good
stuff that makes you a man DHT plays a
vital role in that so libido
everyone thinks libido is just about
testosterone DHT also plays a large role
in that so if you’re on trt and your
testosterone numbers are good but you
still don’t have the libido like you
think you should it could be worth
looking at your DHT numbers and also
your estrogen numbers DHT also helps
keep your prostate healthy which is very
good in the day and age of so many
cancers that we have DHT helps with
prostate health DHT also contributes to
cognitive function or just feeling
pretty good and being alert and mentally
there so some of the symptoms of low
testosterone such as brain fog can also
be attributed to lower levels of DHT so
in theory when you inject more
testosterone you’re gonna have more DHT
and that’s gonna help feel a little bit
better a little less brain fog DHT also
plays a role in blood sugar manage
so normal DHT levels can help keep you
from getting diabetes now some of that’s
genetic but in the body it helps with
the blood sugar management and with your
insulin so it also helps with
cardiovascular disease they’ve done some
studies that people have lower DHT in
their system and they’re not any hot at
a risk for coronary issues like heart
attacks and stuff like that so while it
makes you bawl and that sucks it does a
lot of other good stuff to help you so
shave that head put on a hat dhts
kind of two-sided so some other things
that DHT can help with that normal
levels are depression anti aging and
bone and skeletal health so like I said
two-sided thing so as I already
mentioned the biggest downside of DHT is
baldness like I said it attaches to the
hair follicles other receptors in your
hair follicles got turns them off kills
them it sucks it’s just the way it is
it’s like throwing a nitrous on your car
makes it faster for a while but at the
end of the day it’s bad for it
it’s a horrible analogy that doesn’t
make sense moving forward so while I
said DHT helps with prostate health and
it does but at very high levels it can
contribute to prostate cancer high DHT
levels can also trigger acne flares
so with DHT you need it in your body but
super high or super low are not good
just pretty much with all of our
hormones low estrogens bad high estrogen
bad in the Middle’s good test same thing
DHEA prolactin all of these they all
work hand in hand and from doing the
research on this pretty much low or high
is usually bad usually right in the
middle is the best place to be
finasteride or propecia is a medicine
you may have heard of and it’s supposed
to help with all their it has lots of
side effects just like everything else
but basically what finasteride does is
it binds to the same receptors and your
hair follicles and it blocks the DHT
from
to them but the downside of that is that
when that DHT has nowhere to go it
builds up in your body and you have
higher levels so while it might sprout a
few little hairs on your head it can do
other things that we’ve talked about
better negative with high levels of DHT
so I did some research on some natural
ways that you can lower DHT if your
levels are too high and they’re
confirmed by a blood test then this is
some stuff that you could try to lower
it naturally so lycopene is a natural
DHT blocker you can find it in lots of
fruits and vegetables like tomatoes
mangos watermelons so two other
compounds that can help lower DHT levels
are l-lysine and zinc and you can find
those and a couple different foods but
the highest concentrations seem to be in
nuts so you could go and get yourself a
tub of mixed nuts unsalted it or lightly
salted if you’re trying to be a little
healthy but hey I’ve got salted tastes
delicious but that’s something you give
a try and it tastes good and they also
have good unsaturated fats that are good
for your heart in your body so just
don’t eat too much because they a lot of
fat so green tea and some other teas
they’ve got some antioxidants in there
and there also are known to lower DHT
levels a little bit and lower the
conversion from testosterone into DHT a
not a lot of science backing this up but
there are some indicators that this may
work now caffeine intake this one’s kind
of interesting so caffeine can actually
help lower your DHT production a little
bit but too much of it can actually
increase the production so if you’re
drinking 3/4 cups of coffee or 3 or 4
monster energy drinks or you just jam
the Red Bulls like it’s going out of
style that could actually be detrimental
and could increase your DHT levels while
maybe 1 or 2 cups in moderation could
help lower it so some research shows
that saw palmetto supplement can
actually help inhibit the production of
DHT this particular article I was
reading recommended 320 milligrams per
day I’m not saying to do that do your
own research that was just one
recommendation but do your research so
that’s going to pretty much cover it
guys DHT it’s necessary for you to be a
man it does a lot of good stuff for you
but it also does make
ball and too much of it can contribute
to prostate cancer or acne and of course
going bald
which sucks if you’re going bald I’m
sorry to hear that it’s a lot of its
genetic some of its DHT that’s kind of
what causes it but genetics it’s the way
it is sorry to hear it but what are you
gonna do alright guys thanks for
watching the video today I hope you
found it informative I’ve got a really
small Channel I’m looking to grow if you
like the video please click on the like
button it helps a lot helps more people
see this stuff and if you want to see
some more awesome stuff click on that
subscribe button you’ll feel so much
better once you do I promise so I’m
gonna leave some videos I Peter I’m
gonna leave another subscribe button
just in case you missed that big red one
down at the bottom and thanks for
watching guys learn as much as you can
do your research get your levels tested
How Does DHEA Effect Testosterone Levels, DHEA Supplements, DHEA Benefits
going on guys welcome to the test your
levels channel if you watched my last
video you can obviously see that I’m
still wearing this medium shirt and
today we’re going to cover DHEA which is
a natural hormone in your body you can
even buy it on Amazon but I wouldn’t
recommend it just yet
so DHT is something that normally pops
up on your blood test when you get them
it’s pretty normal test but doctors
wrong and it’s produced in the adrenal
gland and basically the simplest form of
what DHA is is it’s kind of a helper to
produce other hormones so it would make
logical sense that if you were deficient
in DHA it would be harder for your body
to produce other hormones like
testosterone and estrogen DHEA is a weak
androgen and your body converts most of
it to andros team beyond if you remember
back in the day I was actually in high
school they sold and roasting beyond and
Mark McGwire took and Racine Dion and
interestingly Allen did work for me but
if it messed me up and now I’m on trt
and I have a YouTube channel on t RT who
knows but I took it I got bigger at work
so dhaa doesn’t stop just being
converted into Andres TV on Andres TV on
is a precursor for other hormones like
testosterone so as we’ve covered with
some other stuff you know the body is a
very complicated system and hormones are
very complicated and one thing can
ladder down to the other things so in
theory if you were low on th yay you’d
be lower on hand or CV on be lower on
testosterone so if you’re watching these
videos you know that as you get older in
general if the body produces less and
less testosterone now DJ also does get
produced less as you get older but not
as much as testosterone so the bottom
would be testosterone and without bdh
yet DHEA they’ve done some studies on it
on older people and it didn’t really
produce any increases in muscle in older
people and that could be that their
bodies just don’t want to produce all
the other stuff that DHEA helps produce
so another study that I looked at showed
that DHEA helped a little bit with
depression but it was too small of a
research study it wasn’t really super
conclusive so he had depression I
wouldn’t choose to try DHEA that’s all
the plenty of other ways you can go
about that so just a little backstory I
watched a video called growing young and
it’s about hormones and it’s really good
if you want to watch it I’m not sure
exactly where it’s available but I saw
and there’s a doctor there is the
hormone doctor
HD he’s like 65 years old and he’s
pretty jacked and he was telling his
protocol he does I think 125 milligrams
of test and he takes like 50 milligrams
of DHA every day so me being the
brilliant person that I did before doing
all this research and learning all this
stuff I bought some DHEA off Amazon and
when I got my first blood test for a
clinic my DHEA was crazy high
and they told me to stop taking it so
DHEA synthetic version is available on
Amazon however it’s really not gonna do
anything for you unless you are truly
deficient in it
so with DHEA it’s a number to take a
look at on your blood test if you are
lower DHEA then taking a supplement may
be something you could consider but
always consult your doctor but if your
DHEA is normal taking more DHEA is
really going to do nothing so it’s waste
of money wouldn’t recommend it so
overall DHEA is a hormone in your body
which converts to other hormones which
convert to testosterone and while it
does play an integral part in creating
testosterone in your body it seems
through lots of research that more is
not better with DHEA having a normal
level is sufficient so don’t go out
there thinking oh I’m gonna drop 15
bucks on a supplement Amazon and it’s
gonna boost my testosterone just doesn’t
seem to work like that certain things
work in the body a certain way and
that’s how it is and take as much DEA as
possible but it’s probably not going to
do anything unless you’re truly
deficient in it so that’s about all I
have on DHEA I’d really appreciate it if
you guys learn something if you could
click on the like button I’m a small
channel I’m trying to grow if you could
click on that subscribe button and I’d
really appreciate it trying to get this
knowledge out to as many people as
possible I’m gonna leave some videos up
here I’m gonna leave subscribe button
right here you’re gonna feel so much
better when you click it promise but
anyway guys that’s the video today I
hope you learned something as always get
your levels tested
Guide to Cabergoline / Caber / Dostinex for Treating High Prolactin Levels in Men
it’s called kaeruko lean or dawson acts
but most of the time it’s good called
caber
so k Burgoyne is a medicine that is used
to help lower the prolactin levels in
men and women and it’s sometimes used to
treat fertility issues in women and men
so keeper works by stopping the body
from producing prolactin in the
pituitary gland and it also can help
shrink prolactin ouma’s which are small
non cancerous tumors that press on the
pituitary gland and make it go crazy and
produce a bunch of prolactin so caver is
a medicine that changes your brain
chemistry and when that happens there’s
lots of side effects which will cover it
later on in the video but I want to
stress if you have high prolactin and
you’re dealing with caver
this is something that you need to do
under strict medical supervision it’s a
serious medicine it does have side
effects and when you’re dealing with
your brain and your two eteri gland and
non cancerous tumors this is something
that you need to work with a doctor on a
very good doctor hopefully so I just
wanted to stress that this isn’t
something you self diagnose and go willy
nilly about this is pretty serious so
work with a doctor so caver is usually
used in six-week treatments and
hopefully within six weeks
it’s either shrunken down that prolactin
OMA or it’s gotten your body to stop
producing as much prolactin and now your
levels are normal but it can be extended
if need be once again work with your
doctor so it does have some drug
interactions this is probably not all of
them but this is the main ones that I
found when I was doing research the
first one is so pride the second one is
have a pet at all and the third one is
metoclopramide so any medicines that
make you sleepy or drowsy like opioid
sleeping pills muscle relaxers you need
to watch that one on caver you also need
to talk to your doctor about any
medications you take for anxiety or
seizures as these can have interactions
as well so dosing for caver and this is
completely between you and your doctors
I’m just giving you a baseline as to
what I found
I’m not telling me this is what you’re
supposed to take but it’s point two five
milligrams twice a week so as you can
see it’s a pretty potent medicine I mean
you’re taking half a mil
a week and that’s the recommended dosage
once again work with your doctor you may
be more you may need less I don’t know
I’m not your doctor not your dad get you
a little tested the typical cost for
caver is about $40 for four milligrams
and that’s all the good rx app probably
more expensive on your insurance so
download the good rx app it’s free you
can save a lot of money on medications
but that’s basically a two month supply
at the normal dosage that I saw while
doing research that would be about two
months worth so it’s about twenty bucks
a month so now we’re gonna go over some
of the side effects of caber billion so
we can mess with your stomach can make
you constipated
bloated gassy dizziness drowsiness
feeling full headaches and lack or loss
of strength those are the most common
ones now here’s some of the less common
but more serious side effects of caver
like I said before this is a serious
medicine this isn’t something you just
willy-nilly take this is something you
work really doctor on shortness of
breath even while lying down
coughing dry cough chest pain feeling
light-headed like you’re gonna pass out
pain in your side or your lower back
almost no urine or trouble urinating and
swelling of your ankles and feet so
there was a paragraph in one of the
research studies that I was looking at
and it was kind of a disclaimer about
caber and I’m gonna read it to you you
may have increased sexual urges unusual
urges to gamble or other intense urges
while taking this medicine talk with
your doctor if this occurs so from that
paragraph it’s kind of reiterating that
point that caber is changing some stuff
in your brain and when you change
certain things that can change certain
behaviors so keep a close eye on that
like I said work with your talk here on
this one this is not something to mess
around with please do not do this on
your own you don’t want to end up
touching yourself with a blackjack table
trust me so some other conditions where
you should not take caver is if you have
really high blood pressure heart valve
issues if you have fibrosis or if you’re
allergic to
the Peugeot medicines ERG ot I’m not
sure exactly renounce it but that’s how
you spell it so I hope if you can take
anything away from this video is that
it’s very serious medicine you don’t
want to do it on your own I’ve said it
like four times but I want you guys to
be safe out there
so while this is an approved medicine
for trying to lower prolactin and also
shrink the prolactin ouma’s little
tumors in your pituitary gland they’re
making it go crazy it does have lots of
side effects so work with your doctor
I’m cleaning out with this stuff well
that’s gonna do it for the video guys I
hope you enjoyed it I have a pretty
small youtube channel but I do want to
get this information to as much people
as possible
so if you could leave me a like I would
really appreciate it if you want to see
some more videos I got a lot of stuff
planned click on the subscribe button so
let me know in the comment section if
you’ve ever dealt with caver you’ve any
experience with caber or high prolactin
if you do your comment or your
information may be helpful for someone
else that watches this video later on
and I’m all about spreading knowledge
and helping people learn so that they
can you know get themselves better and
live a better life so thanks for
watching guys
I’m gonna leave some videos here I’m
gonna leave the subscribe button here I
really appreciate your watching have a
good one get your levels tested
High Prolactin Issues / side effects in Men / Low Testosterone / Testosterone Replacement Therapy
what’s going on guys welcome to the test
real well this channel today we’re going
to talk about something called prolactin
and a lot of men have issues with high
prolactin which gives them lower
testosterone and also has a bunch of
other side effects so let’s jump in
so prolactin is created in the pituitary
gland of the brain men with high
prolactin and issues with high prolactin
almost always have secondary
hypogonadism secondary hypogonadism is
basically where the brain is having an
issue relaying the signal to other parts
of the body to produce testosterone so
the normal levels of prolactin and man
are around 10 to 12 usually under 17 so
if you get a blood test and you have
something higher than that or a higher
outside of the normal range for whatever
lab to go to this is definitely
something you want to talk to your
doctor about because this is your
pituitary gland and your brain
this isn’t testicles isn’t anything else
so you would need to work with a really
good doctor or an intelligent
endocrinologist to really dial in the
hormones to figure out why you have high
prolactin some of the side effects for
high prolactin are low sex drive
troubles getting erections tenderness in
the breast tissue and sometimes
gynecomastia and another nasty side
effect high prolactin is you have a
longer refractory period after sex and
what that basically means is it takes
you a lot longer to where you can go
again some people believe that by
keeping your estrogen in check you can
also keep prolactin in check but if
you’re having an issue in your to Terry
gland
estrogen it may or may not help but for
most men this is a brain issue a
pituitary issue and estrogens really not
going to make a huge difference not
saying not to have it in good ranges but
it’s not a cure-all high prolactin can
sometimes be caused by prolactin Oma’s
and what these are non-cancerous tumors
that press on the pituitary gland and
cause it to release a ridiculous amount
of prolactin now normally this can be
treated with medicine the medicine helps
slow the production of prolactin down
which in turn shrinks the the edema
that’s pressing on your pituitary gland
but sometimes other treatments are
necessary such as surgery chemotherapy
this is why if you have high prolactin
you definitely need to work with your
doctor this is not something you just
diagnosed on your own try the medicines
is something you need to do under
supervised medical care so like I said
earlier
high prolactin is almost always
associated with secondary hypogonadism
so if you have that or you have high
prolactin you probably want to do a
thyroid panel you probably want to
really do almost all the hormones that
you can test so you and your doctor have
a better idea of what’s going on in your
body and a decision for the best
treatment can be made so an interesting
thing about prolactin is that it can
actually lower your s hbg which in turn
would give your body more free
testosterone so there’s probably some
men out there that have had issues with
their doctors because the doctors say
well you’re free testosterone is good
you’re SHBG is low and your prolactin
high so we’re not gonna deal with
testosterone replacement therapy and I
agree with that
until you handle why you’re having such
high prolactin levels so some newer
studies and there’s not a huge amount of
studies on this are saying that higher
prolactin can actually help with sexual
side-effects and cause more libido I
haven’t seen anyone online say this and
they all say that it has a super
negative effect so just take that with a
grain of salt I don’t personally believe
it but I just wanted to present it to
you guys because that’s something that I
found while doing research for this
video so some medications can actually
cause a rise in prolactin levels in your
blood some of these are opiates
antidepressants medicines used to treat
hypertension
some medications that treat acid reflux
as well as marijuana use so there are
two main medicines that are used to
treat high prolactin and the prolactin
Oma’s the first one is bromocriptine and
it’s been used for a long time to treat
high prolactin levels but because it has
a lot of side effects it’s really not
used as much anymore and the first
choice is something called K Burgoyne
also known as Kaymer
now I’m gonna do a whole video on Kyra
go lean but just for the video if you’re
watching this because you have high
prolactin basically it’s taken twice a
week and it’s usually taken for about
six weeks that’s usually the timeframe
it takes tell me either shrink the
prolactin OMA or to get your prolactin
levels in check now this is a very
serious medicine so this is not
something that you do on your own this
is something that you work with your
doctor
I cannot stress this enough now cambree
choline also has lots of side effects
it’s changing the chemistry of your
brain it’s doing a lot of stuff up here
and when you do stuff up here you can
have lots of side effects so that’s
pretty much the video on prolactin
basically it can lower your testosterone
levels to where you think you might need
trt and if you don’t check your
prolactin levels you may not know the
real cause of why you have low
testosterone in the first place it’s
almost always associated with secondary
hypogonadism if you have high prolactin
levels I cannot stress this enough work
with a doctor this is not something that
you self diagnosed or self medicate this
is something that you do under medical
supervision cannot stress that enough
guys so I hope you enjoyed the video if
you have high prolactin or any
experience treating it or have gone
through the treatment for it I would
love to see your comments in the comment
section so that anyone else that watches
this video maybe you can pass along some
knowledge to them that could help them
get this problem sorted out but I’m
going to leave a few videos right here
I’m gonna leave a subscribe button right
here I have a really small Channel but I
really want to get this knowledge out to
a lot more people so if you enjoyed the
video if you could click a like’ if you
want to see some more videos and learn
something with me click on that
subscribe button right there and we’ll
be covering a bunch of topics so thank
you guys for watching I really
appreciate it and I’ll see you next time
get your levels tested
