What I Feel is the Best Starting Protocol for Testosterone Replacement Therapy / TRT

alright guys welcome back to the tattooelves Channel they were to cover a topicthat gets asked a lot what’s a goodstarting protocol or what’s the bestprotocol I see it asked all the time onFacebook and reddit leave links to mytwo favorite groups on both of thoseplatforms in the description right belowso people were starting out on TR tathere’s so much different misinformationand everyone’s protocols different sothey asked what’s a good startingprotocol and it’s really tough to saybecause everyone’s body reactsdifferently there’s so many differenthormones and different levels at playthat it’s super hard for anyone to giveyou a straight answer but I’m going toand that answer is there’s no rightanswer so what I’m going to do in thisvideo is give you a general idea of whatI’ve seen a lot of doctors and clinicsare patients on up and what I think youshould do you mind I don’t have a labcoat on I don’t have a cool pen andprescription pad I’m not a doctor thisisn’t medical advice and I’m gonna haveto put up a little disclaimerand we’re back so not medical advice I’mnot your dad do your own research doctordoctor a lot of clinics will usuallystart men between 100 and 200 milligramsof testosterone sybian 8 per week theywill usually pair this with ECG andArimidex now some doctors don’t like HCGsome men don’t want HCG so whether youwant to incorporate HCG into yourprotocol depends on two things are youworried about fertility do you want tokeep your boys the same size are youwilling to deal with possible extra sideeffects and possibly higher estrogen soif you’re not familiar with HCGbasically it tells your body to tellyour testicles to continue to producetestosterone which keeps them somewhatthe same size not really but they don’tit doesn’t let them atrophy so they staymedium so but HCG also can raise yourestrogen which can make dialing and yourprotocol a little tougher so whether youtake HCG or not with the protocol isreally up to you and your doctor so I’mnot going to cover that too much theranges can be from 250 I use a week to1500 I use a week and your doctor mayalso want to do HCG by itself to see ifyou can kick-start your body’s naturalproductionnow we’re gonna dex is controversialsome people say it’s really bad for yousome people say it’s perfectly good andit’s actually better for you because itkeeps your estrogen levels good I’m notgonna here to talk about that today Ihave a video on a rim attacks rightthere so from what I’ve seen a lot ofclinics will dose or remedy X 0.125milligrams three times a week it seemsto be a kind of a stapleso the normal cookie cutter protocolthat I normally see clinic star men onis 100 to 200 milligrams of sibian 80.125 milligrams of remedy X 3 times aweek and 500 to a thousand I use of HCGand that’s just a normal that I see alot of men this does work but for somemen who have certain situations andwe act a certain way there’s a couplethings that they could change so what Istarted off as a protocol if I wasstarting out and granted I didn’t dothis because I didn’t do any researchand I was doing it on my own which wasstupid and it is what it is but I’velearned now what I would start out on ifI was starting out TRT today I wouldstart out at a hundred milliamps oftestosterone sipping a split into twoshots so fifty milligrams 50 milligramsand I would probably not start takingArimidex but I would make sure that Ihad it on hand if you injecttestosterone and your body your estrogenlevel just cranks up and you have towait a week two weeks three weeks to seeyour doctor before you can get somethingto lower it back down you can run intosome issues you know gynecomastiaedie lethargy feeling like garbage highestrogen and low estrogen can make youfeel really bad so like I said I wouldstart off with the 100 milligrams perweek I would have her index on hand justin case so if you started to getsymptoms of high estrogen then you canat least take a red X to lower theestrogen levels a little bit and thenyou can kind of reassess yourtestosterone and you don’t have to justdeal with it you know you have somethingto take care of it quickly so you don’tget gynecomastia or anything like thatso that’s probably what I would start atand I would probably run that for amonth to two months and you know barringfeeling horrible or some bad sideeffects I would probably do that forabout two months and then I would get ablood test and that blood test is gonnagive me a good idea where I’m at solet’s say I was at 300 or 400 and now Itest and I’m at 700 that’s pretty goodthat’s pretty dialed in and then nowthat I know that I’m dialed in at ahundred then I can see what my estrogenlevel looks like and if my su is alittle high I could add a little bit ofa rim at X or if my Astra goes higher Icould add a little bitor REM attacks so let’s say you startedat 300 and after two months you test it500 for testosterone then you may needto jump up that dose a little bit and Iwouldn’t jump it up like crazy but maybeyou could jump that up to 120 or 140 andsee where you’re atthere is no standard protocol for TRT ifthere was then it would be fantastic butthere’s just not so what you have to dois you kind of have to get yourselfdialed in it can take a little while sodon’t give up on it don’t freak outbecause it’s taking a while you have tobe consistent with protocol get yourtests adjust as necessary test yourprotocol again adjust as necessary andthat’s pretty much the best way to do itnow let’s say another extreme case let’ssay you’re at 300 and you’re only a 400now now you have to start looking at whyis testosterone not raising mytestosterone level now you could look atSHBG it’s basically something in yourbody that binds to testosterone anddoesn’t allow your body to use thattestosterone and that’s what your numberfor free testosterone is so you’ve gotthe testosterone that’s in your body andthe free testosterone is thetestosterone your body can useso when shb is high it’s grabbing a lotmore of that testosterone and your bodyhas less to use that’s one scenariowhere you may need more testosterone toget to normal levels and feel betterbecause that’s the SHBG is just grabbingall that testosterone so there are someways to lowershbg i have a video on that I would alsorecommend doing some research if that’syour case so that’s pretty much it guysyou know I want to make this video toolong I just want to let you guys knowthat there’s no set protocol everyone’sdifferent some men take 80 milligramsand feel fantastic some men have to take250 to get to normal levels everyone’sdifferent so when you’re starting outyou definitely want to get blood testson and work with a doctor very closelybecause you want to get to that idealprotocol as soon as possiblenow I’m not saying within a week or twoweeks I’m just saying and the grandscheme of thingslike to get it done sooner than laterand when your protocol is not dialed inyou can feel bad and I’ve seen a lot ofpeople say I’ve been on t RT for a monthI don’t feel any betterbut they don’t have blood tests to showif their testosterone level was raisedenough their estrogens to Hana theydon’t have the blood work so it’s aprocess and it’s a tough process andlots of men go through it andunfortunately a lot of men go through itwith doctors that don’t really know awhole lot and they suffer a lot morethan they need to just because thatdoctor doesn’t really do the researchthere is no perfect protocol to start onbut the key is starting at a certainlevel being consistent with that levelgetting tested making changes gettingtested adjusting until you can find thatgood equilibrium to where you feel goodwhich is the number one indicatornumbers are good and they’re good to seeon blood tests so you get a better ideaof what’s going on in your body but atthe end of the day it’s how you feelyou’re not on TR t to hit a certainnumber in your blood test you’re on TR Tto feel good so once again guysconsistency blood test consistency bloodtest that’s about it guysbut thanks for watching if you likedthis video and you found it helpful youcould please leave a like I have a smalllittle channel it helps a lot I’m tryingto How Does Your Body Produce Testosterone? And What Causes It Not To Produce Testosterone

what’s going on guys welcome to theTesla’s YouTube channel today we’regoing to go through the process in whichyour body produces testosterone it’s alot of science jargon so I’m just goingto read it off the piece of paper if I’mgonna put up some random pictures frommy life for you guys to enjoy while youlearn how the body produces testosteroneso let’s get started so basically thecerebral cortex signals the hypothalamusto stimulate the production oftestosterone to do this the hypothalamusreleases the gonadotropin-releasinghormone in a pulsatile fashion whichstimulates the pituitary gland which isthe portion of the brain responsible forhormones involved in the regulation ofgrowth thyroid function blood pressureand other essential body functions oncestimulated by the gonadotropin-releasinghormone the pituitary gland producesfollicle stimulating hormone andluteinizing hormone once these arereleased into the bloodstream theluteinizing hormone triggers activity inthe leading cells in the testes in theleading cells cholesterol is convertedto testosterone when testosterone levelsare sufficient the Tutera gland slowsthe release of luteinizing hormone via anegative feedback mechanism therebyslowing testosterone production withsuch a complex process many potentialproblems can lead to low testosteronelevels any changes in the testicleshypothalamus or pituitary gland canresult in hypogonadism such changes canbe congenital or acquired temporary orpermanent so basically the simpleprocess is is that your brain throw somegonadotropin at your pituitary gland thepituitary gland then releases FSH and LHinto the bloodstream that stimulates theleading cells in the testes to startproducing testosterone and it graftscholesterol and turns out intotestosterone so as you can see there’s alot of multiple steps that go into yourbody producing testosterone so I’m goingto touch on hypogonadism primary andsecondary in their own videos but justas a quick onebasically primary hypoyour brains trying to tell your testesto make testosterone but for whateverreason it is they’re not making enoughtestosterone and with secondaryhypogonadism something in the brain orto eteri gland for whatever reason it’snot sending the signal that it needstestosterone through that whole processso the testicles can producetestosterone so there’s a pretty shortvideo but I just wanted to give you anidea of all the different processes andsteps that your body goes through tomake testosterone you know it’s acomplicated process and there’s lots ofsteps so one of those steps is brokenthen that can lead to not having enoughtestosterone or hypogonadism this is whyI always tell everyone to get yourlevels tested so if you can see thatyou’re not producing testosteronegetting the blood tests can give you anindicator as to why whether you’re notgetting enough luteinizing hormone orFSH into your tetons your bloodstream sothat your testicles start producingtestosterone or there’s something goingon with fortuity gland or your thyroidor your hypothalamus that’s just notsending the signal to your body and toyour testicles to produce testosteroneas always get your levels tested speakwith your doctor about the results doresearch on your own and try to figureout this problem that a lot a lot of menare having and don’t be ashamed of ittrust me there are so many men that arehaving this issue right now you’re notalone there’s nothing to be ashamed ofso thanks for watching if you want tosee some more videos click on thatsubscribe button if you thought this wasa good video and you enjoyed some of therandom pictures that I posted up thereclick the like button and as always I’mgoing to leave some videos right hereand leave a subscribe button right thereyou know you want to click it thanks forwatching guys have a great day get yourelbows tested

How to Screen a Potential Men’s Clinic or TRT Doctor!

alright guys welcome to the test your
levels Channel today we’re gonna go over
some questions that you need to ask
either your doctor or a men’s clinic
that you’re going to to get an idea of
how that business or doctor operates now
choosing the right clinic can mean the
difference of having a good protocol
we’re having a really bad protocol and
having a bad time so let’s jump in
so the first one it’s not really a
little bit for clinics it’s more for
doctors but how many men did they treat
for hypogonadism this is going to give
you an idea of mainly doctors as to how
familiar they are with trt and how
experienced they are so those that mean
they’re good so doesn’t mean they’re
gonna do a great protocol but it’s a
really good indicator of if they
prescribe TRT regularly so does this
clinic or doctor take your insurance
most likely the clinic is not they’re
gonna be cash only that’s kind of the
way their business is set up but finding
out if your doctor takes your insurance
is huge because you’re gonna be paying
out of pocket for all this because the
costs are crazy because the medical
system is crazy as well next question is
does this doctor or clinic prescribe HCG
if you’re worried about fertility or
testicle atrophy HCG can be a very
important part of your protocol and if a
doctor or clinic is not familiar with it
or doesn’t like it or doesn’t use it you
may have a bad time the next one does is
doctor or clinic use Arimidex or some
other type of aromatase inhibitor now
there’s a big debate about AI and it’s
good for you if it’s absolutely horrible
for you but if your estrogen levels get
too high you can feel worse than you did
with low testosterone so just knowing
whether they are familiar with it and
they will prescribe that if you need it
is very important another one is will
they write you a prescription for
phlebotomy which is basically donating
blood if your hematocrit gets too high
and a lot of places you can still donate
at normal blood banks if you’re on trt
but in some places and some countries
you’re not allowed to so asking this
question is important if you’re nomadic
or it gets too hot and you can’t donate
blood then there are some other ways
that you can help lower your hematocrit
but you may have a bad time so do they
provide other therapies that can
complement TRT like erectile dysfunction
medicine or blood pressure it’s
basically saying do they do a wide array
of things or do they just do TRT and
that’s pretty much it because if you’re
a clinic that doesn’t do that then you
might have to be going to your doctor
and a men’s clinic
that can cost time and money so will
your doctor or clinic work with a
compounding pharmacy compounding
pharmacies can make special formulations
of medicines they can get specific
dosages which can be very important
specifically with HCG and Arimidex some
people just want to take a little bit of
Arimidex and most of the time when you
get it from a regular pharmacy they’re
in 1 milligram pills I get those and I
have to cut them into quarters and
they’re not big pill if they’re like
like this big so it’s really a pain it’s
not super accurate weight cheaper but so
it’s just good to know if they will use
a compounding pharmacy in case you need
something from any compounding pharmacy
does this doctor or clinic allow the
patient to self inject if that’s the
method of testosterone that they’re
prescribing now here’s why that’s super
important because if you’re on a
protocol and some men have to do
testosterone 3 times a week
some people inject five days a week some
people inject everyday kind of specific
cases for needing to do that but even
the optimal protocol is one week or
twice a week so if you’re going to a
men’s clinic or a doctor twice a week
it’s going to get real old real fast I
would say if you asked this question and
they say no you can only go to the
clinic or the doctor’s office to get an
injection I would skip that place
altogether because that’s super
inconvenient injecting testosterone is
super easy I’ll show you a subcutaneous
way and the next one I’ll put up there
is how to inject intramuscularly but
it’s really not hard if you do your
research I know it can be a little scary
but you’ll get into it you’ll get over
it you’ll be good to go
so they say no red flag next one is how
many times you actually have to see them
some clinics look their businesses so
when you come in for an office is it you
pay money so sometimes they’ll be a
little overzealous if you coming in
every two months for every three months
the average is probably six months but
if it’s every three
months take that into consideration
because that’s your time and that’s your
money so you don’t want to spend extra
money to put in the clinic’s pocket just
because they want to see you more often
does the doctor or clinic share your
blood results with you I’m pretty sure
most clinics and most doctors offices do
share them I know if you do feel like
LabCorp requests you can actually
request them or you can get them online
you know if they say no that’s kind of
weird
I would probably a little wary if they
say they don’t want to give you your
results because you can do your own
research as well and it’s it’s your
blood you pay for your blood tests so if
you’re not gonna give you that that’s a
really it’s kind of a weird sign I
probably stay away asking about all the
costs and they should be upfront with
them so is there a start-up fee how much
does it cost for the normal Bloods how
often you have to get the blood tests
what are the costs of the medicines you
know once going back to do they go
through a compounding pharmacy do they
allow you to get normal scripts filled
at a grocery store or a Walmart one of
the clinics that I was with they would
allow you to fill the scripts at a
normal phone receipt but they would
charge you $25 to call it in where you
can order it directly from them through
their compounding pharmacy so and after
you do all this everything seems good
everything’s on the up-and-up they do
all the stuff that you need them to do
they’re not too expensive they let you
inject at home they do everything that
they need to do the next thing that you
need to do is do research so if you walk
into a clinic or a doctor’s office blind
and they tell you something and it’s
wrong but you don’t know that it’s wrong
you’re going to take their word for it
so that’s why I created this YouTube
channel I have videos on almost
everything related to TRT and I’ll leave
you know my playlist up there or you can
just click on my videos look at any
subject you want do your research
some other really good places to get
research done is the TRT advice Facebook
page and that’s where I got this list
from they have a really good sticking
with tons of
and lots of very knowledgeable members
that are happy to help you the other one
is the testosterone subreddit on
reddit.com another big group great group
lots of information lots of
knowledgeable people there so don’t walk
into the doctor’s office blind it’s your
responsibility as a patient to learn
about TRT and to know to a certain level
what you are talking about lots of
doctors do not know about trt lots of
clinics don’t even know the most about
trt and it’s your job as a patient or as
a customer to know what the heck you’re
talking about so that you don’t get led
down the wrong path not that they were
trying to do that intentionally but lack
of knowledge on their part can lead
through a bad time on your part so do
your research as always get your levels
tested I’m gonna put some videos up here
I’m gonna put a subscription button
right here and I’m gonna leave links in
the description to both those groups
really knowledgeable do your research
alright thanks for watching guys

Can DIM / Diindolylmethane lower your estrogen levels on TRT / Testosterone Replacement Therapy

welcome to the test your levels Channel
today we’re going to be talking about
den de lisle methane or di M and fun
fact for the rest of the video we’re
going with dim I’m not even trying to
say that multiple times
DIMM is formed in the body when you eat
cruciferous vegetables like cabbage
spinach Brussels sprouts so in order to
get 20 milligrams of dim you would need
to eat two pounds broccoli so that’s
where it supplements come in so before I
even mention supplements dim is pretty
controversial it is not an aroma taste
inhibitor it does not block estrogen
lots of men think that it does
absolutely nothing I’ve also seen people
swear that it lowers their estrogen
levels by 10 points but there is not a
lot of research on this because it’s TRT
it’s not sexy they don’t do a lot of
studies on stuff like this so take that
with a grain of salt I’m not telling you
it’s going to lower your estrogen I’m
not telling you that it doesn’t work I’m
telling you to do your research and I’m
going to present you some facts about it
and let you make your own decision so
most of the studies on Dan are done on
women and what they found is that dim is
kind of like it speeds up your body’s
metabolism for helping to kind of get
rid of estrogen and it also has been
shown to lower a bad form of estrogen
and raise a good form of estrogen if you
mind this is in women is there not
studies done on men so take everything
in this video and all this studies with
a grain of salt I don’t want a bunch of
people thinking oh well I can just
replace my Arimidex or my aromasin with
damn I don’t want you to think that this
is just another tool that some people
use because they feel it lowers their
estrogen and I can’t argue with their
numbers but I just want to be very clear
about this I don’t want you to make a
bad decision based on just seeing this
video and thinking that this is a
natural way that you can lower your
estrogen so dim in theory helps your
body kind of get estrogen out of your
body through the kidneys like I said
earlier it’s kind of like speeds up the
metabolism of your body to be able to
get rid of estrogen how well this it
does this I don’t know I’ve never
personally taken it once again take it
with a grain of salt so another thing I
found one researcher
taking them led to liver cancer in trout
so once again take that other bit of
salt I’m not saying the dams gonna give
you cancer one researcher found this and
in fish so I’m not saying don’t take it
I’m not saying to take it just saying
that’s something I found when I was
doing research for the video so one
thing before I get into dosages so then
can affect the speed at which your liver
metabolizes medicines so any medicines
are metabolized by the liver if you’re
taking VI in as well you need to keep an
eye on how you feel and any symptoms
that change that could be from other
medicines that you’re taking being
metabolized faster so there’s no set
protocol on dosing dem there it’s just
basically bro science the rages that I
saw were 100 milligrams to 300
milligrams a day now I saw a lot of
reviews on products that had 300
milligrams per serving and a lot of
people said they would get nausea and
they would feel bad on this I would
probably stay away from any supplements
if you do choose to try them that are
300 milligrams per serving unless that’s
2 capsules but from what I’ve seen
online and a lot of reviews people say
to start off low on them maybe a hundred
milligrams or 150 milligrams and see how
you feel and then what I would probably
do is after taking that for a little
while but it’s not I felt ok on it I
would get a blood test and see if it
actually lowered my estrogen at all like
everything else in life and with every
medicine and supplement for some people
certain things work and for some people
certain things don’t so I would before I
jumped up on the dose of damn I would do
100 or 150 milligrams for a couple weeks
I’ll get a blood test see if and
actually lower my estrogen at all if it
did I’d probably stop using it if it did
but not enough maybe jump up the dose a
little bit once again I’m not
recommending them I’m not telling you
not to try it just presenting some
information on a medicine
some people use that they say those
estrogen levels so that’s pretty much
all I have on dim sum people say it
works some people think it’s garbage
some people think it’s just bro science
it doesn’t do anything some people say
it lowered restrooms and ten points
there’s no scientific studies on this
there’s no protocol for taking it some
people feel like garbage and get
headaches and knowledge when they take
it so just gonna leave you with that
guys as with everything do your own
research
you know don’t watch this video and say
oh well I heard they are bad at it this
is a natural supplement no natural
supplements can be very powerful so
don’t think that just because you don’t
want to take a remedy actually new lower
your estrogen that dam is your go-to
wait you said it supposedly works for
some people some people think it’s trash
so just wanted to leave you with that
guys so I’m not gonna leave a link in
the description to any DIMM products or
anything like that I want you to do your
own research I’m not promoting it I’m
not saying it’s bad I’m just putting up
information that some people say that it
helps naturally lower their estrogen
levels but with everything else think
some things work for some people some
things don’t work for other people so do
your own research before you even
consider trying this to lower your
estrogen it may work for you it may not
do your research and has always get your
levels tested I’m gonna put some videos
up here I’m gonna put a subscription
button right there you found this video
helpful you want to see some more click
on the like button click on the
subscribe host off this little channel
and it helps get some information i’m
trt to people who would normally see it
thanks guys thanks for watching

How to find doctors that prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy and how to screen them!

what’s going on guys welcome to the test
reel levels YouTube channel today we’re
gonna go over a topic that I see asked a
lot where can I find a doctor that will
prescribe you TR T if I actually need it
and I see people post hey is there a
good doctor in Dallas or a good doctor
here but this is actually a website that
can help you find doctors that treat low
testosterone now I’m not affiliated with
this website I’m not saying these
doctors are any good there’s good
doctors as bad doctors everywhere this
is just giving you a starting point in
your location to find doctors that treat
testosterone replacement therapy they
had an experience in it that doesn’t
mean they’re good at it so just a caveat
they’re just letting you know
so the website called amino calm and I’m
going to leave a link in the description
below so you just click on it you’re not
to type it in
but basically what amino is is it’s used
by employers so their employees can find
doctors that are in network but it’s
free for everyone to use so might as
well take advantage of it so I’m going
to show you two amino com we’re gonna
walk through the steps and I’m gonna
show you what to look for once we get
some doctors that are found so we’re
gonna type in low test low testosterone
low tea will pop up so click on that
then click on not urgent then click on
end for mail enter your age enter your
location and be as specific as it will
let you get because it’s gonna help you
get more accurate results
after health insurance provider if
applicable this is gonna help the
website find doctors that take your
insurance so can save you a lot of money
now letting me know find the doctors in
your area so now you’ll see doctors in
your area that treat low testosterone
and take your insurance it’s a win-win
so the website will show you what kind
of doctor they are as you can see the
top two matches are both neurologists
followed by an internal medicine doctor
note the purple top 5% that means that
they saw more patients with low
testosterone than 95 percent of other
doctors how they know this I have no
idea this should indicate that they were
more experienced it doesn’t mean they
are good I’m just saying they may
prescribe a lot of tests off replace
them but they may not be very good at it
so as always do your research so you can
also see if you scroll down you can see
what other conditions they treat
regularly you can even read reviews and
get the contact information to their
office right from the website pretty
neat so now on to what questions you
need to ask the receptionist before you
even set up an appointment there’s no
reason to set an appointment if the
doctor is horrible prescribing TRT and
they may not even be taking new patients
so that’s the number one question to ask
so this next list I’m gonna put on the
screen I gotta give credit to mark over
at er t advice it’s a Facebook group
it’s a very good Facebook group it’s
well-run has lots of information if you
read the stickies they have tons of
information on there
so shout out to mark so here are some
questions that you need to ask the
receptionist she may not know all of
them but if you asked all these
questions you’ll get a pretty good idea
of whether this doctor is decent at
prescribing TRT now the good doctor is
not a substitution for doing your own
research and coming knowledgeable on
this subject I see a lot of men that let
their doctors tell them misinformation
because they were too lazy to get on
Google or go to the TRT advice group or
the testosterone subreddit
ask questions do research and really
immerse yourself in this so that you
know what the heck you’re talking about
so let’s move on to the questions how
many men does he or she treat for
hypogonadism now this is pretty good
question so if they’ll only do a handful
then they may not be the best doctor for
you we already covered to do
your insurance Amino absolutely tells
you if they take your insurance or not
so you don’t need to worry about that
one does the doctor offer HCG therapy in
addition to testosterone for testicular
atrophy and fertility many doctors do
not know how to use HCG this is a pretty
good question this is kind of a
qualifying question so if a doctor
regularly prescribes TRT they should be
familiar with HCG if they’re not then
they probably don’t know as much as you
would like does he or she use Arimidex
or another aromatized inhibitor to lower
high estrogen will they provide orders
for blood donation of Amada me in case
you get high hematocrit do they provide
other therapies that can complement
testosterone placement like erectile
dysfunction medicine blood pressure etc
here’s a big one
does he or she allow patients to self
inject at home so if this doctor does
not allow you to do that that means
you’re gonna be going to the doctor’s
office once a week if they do it like
this it’s probably every two weeks which
isn’t a very good protocol so this one’s
kind of a red flag does the doctor work
with any compounding pharmacies to
access cheaper and customized hormone
products some doctors worry that
compound pharmacies have poor quality
control now this is kind of an
interesting one because HCG usually
comes from compounding pharmacies so if
they don’t and the receptionist tells
you absolutely not they probably don’t
person could out of HCG and it could be
an issue if you do want that or need it
how many times you have to see him or
her that’s basically asking how often do
they want you to come in for check-ups
it could be every three months could be
every six months six months is usually
the standard and do they share bloodwork
results with you most doctors do I mean
I know LabCorp you can get online and
you can look at your own lab results and
you know you can post them on to TRT
advice or the testosterone subreddit if
they’ve got some questions about it or
something looks a little out of whack
most doctors well so that’s not a big
one so the last thing I want to talk
about today is once you find a doctor
you’ve asked them these questions and
they pass through
and you’re gonna set up an appointment
now if you have not done this already
you need to start doing research
research testosterone protocols research
HCG research Arimidex research all the
different levels in blood tests like
shbg estrogen hematocrit LH LSH all the
stuff that comes with trt i’m going to
tell you why if you walk into a doctor’s
office let’s say you’re borderline TRT
you have done zero research doctor says
well you’re right at the border of
normal and you say okay because you
don’t know any better you’re probably
not getting TRT even if you really
really need it but if you could go into
the doctor’s office and he says we’re
right at the borderline and I don’t
think tea artis is good solution you can
save my LH and my FSH are low which
shows that my body is really not
producing enough testosterone so maybe
we could even try clomid or we can try
testosterone place in therapy but you
see you see the difference there of just
knowing just what LH and FSH and that
those are indicators of your bodies
naturally producing testosterone just
knowing that it’s gonna let the doctor
know you do research you’re not just
some guy just walking in you know he’s
gonna have to he’s gonna have to step up
his game a little bit to keep up with
you you know a lot of these doctors they
deal with so many different things they
can’t keep up on every little thing of
what they do so if you walk in there and
you tell them something that they don’t
know or just letting them know that you
know what you’re talking about it it can
change your doctor-patient relationship
dramatically so guys now you know amino
calm you can find a doctor we got
questions that you need to ask the
receptionist before you they’re making
appointment so you don’t waste time if
they’re not taking new patients or if
they don’t take your insurance or if
they just don’t really prescribe TRT
that much and then after that you need
to do your research if you’re gonna be
on PRT you have to do research I have
tons of videos that I’m going to leave
some here but click on my my channel and
I have tons of videos I have a trt

Aromisan / Exemestane Testosterone Replacement Therapy Guide TRT

alright guys welcome to the channel
today we’re going to go over
aromasin also known as eczema stain but
fun fact for this video we’re gonna go
with aromasin because i don’t feel like
saying eczema stain 20 times let’s get
started
so Rubis ends a little bit different
than some other AIS so it inhibits
aromatized enzymes in the body just like
the rest of them but it can also block
aromatization as well so this means that
it can prevent the formation of estrogen
completely instead of just suppressing
it aromasin can lower estrogen serum
levels by 85% which is actually 5%
higher than her index aroma singh was
approved by the fda for medical use in
the year 2000 so an interesting thing
about aromasin is that of all the AI
medicines used in CRT is the only one
that has been shown to raise igf-1 which
is insulin like growth hormone now it’s
interesting is that igf-1 actually plays
a pretty critical role in muscle growth
and muscle repair so here’s where it
kind of gets interesting so I really
actually know works and there’s nothing
wrong with the rim attacks and unless
you’re having really bad side effects or
it’s not working for you then you may
look into other ai’s but if you’re very
interesting in muscle growth as I am you
may not be but if you are aromasin on
paper sounds like it could help you get
a little bit more out of your workouts
because when it raises if it does raise
that igf-1 then there’s hanhan you could
build more muscle this doesn’t guarantee
they didn’t do super deep heavy Studies
on this because listen this is men’s TRT
you know these always a odd medicines
were made for breast cancer so they’re
not testing it on guys to see that he
can get jacked and juicy at the gym but
in some studies they did they did notice
you know the high GF one raising a
little bit just something to take into
consideration so rumors it does have
some side effects hot flashes headaches
hair loss joint and muscle pain and
overall tiredness so aromasin may have
actions with st. John’s wort seizure
medications barbiturates HIV medications
and medications that are used for
seizures so speak with your doctor let
them know everything that you’re taking
so there’s no interactions no surprises
as always work with your doctor I’m not
a doctor I’m just on YouTube just some
guy so if you are taking a remedy X and
you’re thinking about trying aromasin
the way you can kind of figure out the
general dosing is that 25 milligrams of
aromasin is equal to about one milligram
of Rimet X so if you take half a
milligram of remedy X then the general
conversion is 12.5 milligrams of
aromasin another thing about aromasin is
that should be taken with a meal most a
is those are we matter with a meal or on
an empty stomach
but with aromasin they say to eat take
it with a meal so does eat something and
then take it pretty simple so the last
thing Martin covers price so 725
milligram pills aromasin cost about $35
using the good rx app now if you were
taking half a milligram of Arimidex this
same protocol with aromasin would last
about 14 weeks so you’re looking at $35
for 14 weeks whereas Arimidex is about
nine dollars so Armisen is a little bit
more expensive but if you’re having
issues with Arimidex or if you’re
interested in an IG f1 and getting it
possibly it’s a little bit more games
out of your workouts and you’re willing
to pay the extra 25 bucks aromasin may
be a good choice for you may be a good
choice in general but overall remedy X
is the most popular with doctors
probably the easiest to get prescribed a
lot of them may have not heard of
aromasin but hey you can share the video
with them hook you really up with a like
and we’re gonna finish with that I’m
gonna put some videos up here and put
subscribe button right here I really
appreciate it if you like the video if
you click the like button helps me out a

Femara / Letrozole Testosterone Replacement Therapy Guide TRT

today we be covering an aromatase
inhibitor called letrozole commercially
known as for mana so femoral interferes
with the estrogen receptors instead of
actually stopping the production of
estrogen it inhibits the enzyme in the
adrenal glands that actually produces
the estrogen so something to keep in
mind if you’re taking letrozole or
pramana is that it can increase your
cholesterol so if you have issues with
cholesterol or you don’t if you’re
taking this as an AI you should
definitely get your Bloods taken
regularly to make sure that your
cholesterol levels are staying good
because you don’t want them to get too
high or too low so something else about
for Mara is that it can decrease bone
density and this is similar with lots of
aromatase inhibitors so definitely keep
that in mind if you have a history of
osteoporosis in your family it may you
may have to keep an eye on that and as
always work with your doctor when taking
any types of medications so a lot of
people compared tomorrow with Arimidex
or anastrozole
and there are some similar side effects
to both and there are some different
side effects that are specific to
Fermanagh
so some of the side effects that are
similar in both is nausea vomiting and
headaches so some of the side effects
that are specific to Fermanagh and not
really a REM attacks would be fatigue
muscle aches diarrhea constipation and
chest pain so Arimidex and Fermanagh
should not be taken with tamoxifen also
known as nova tax so nova decks can
actually lower the levels in the
therapeutic effects of letrozole or REM
attacks so if you’re taking either of
those and you’re also taking for mana
just know that those levels of either of
those medicines are going to be lower
and they’re gonna work not as well so
just keep that in mind when you’re
working with your doctor so a typical
letrozole dosage is gonna be half a
milligram to 0.75 milligrams two to
three times a week but as always consult
with your doctor about the
any medications so a typical one month
supply of Amara or letrozole is between
12 and $25 on the good rx app some
people say that letrozole is not as hard
on cholesterol levels as some other AIS
that are used in TR t but there’s a lot
of evidence to back that up so just take
that with a grain of salt so let’s draw
is pretty similar to a rim attacks and
cost and side effects but Arimidex is
way more popular with doctors it’s
usually a little bit cheaper but if
you’re having issues with the rim index
if the rim adepts isn’t working for you
where you have bad side effects on a rim
index
letrozole is definitely something that
you and your doctor could work together
and try to see if it works better for
you than Arimidex so that’s pretty much
what I have for you on letrozole
commercially known as for mana it’s very
similar to a remedy X and cost even
though it rim in X is a little a little
bit cheaper and the side effects are
somewhat similar but if a remedy X isn’t
working for you well or you’re having
side effects from it lecture hall is
something that you could definitely talk
to your doctor about trying
instead of Arimidex so that’s what I’ve
got for you today I’m going to leave
some videos right here I’m going to
leave a subscription button right here

Nolvadex / Tamoxifen Testosterone Replacement Therapy Guide TRT

hi guys welcome to the channel today
we’re gonna cover novella dex or
tamoxifen citrate so Noble X is a Sun
which stands for selective estrogen
receptor modulator so basically what it
does is it binds to estrogen receptors
in the breast tissue and also in the
pituitary gland know that X is similar
to clone it in how it works but it is a
little bit different
no vex works as an estrogen antagonist
in the pituitary part of the brain and
what it does is it stimulates the
luteinizing hormone and FSH FSH stands
for follicle stimulating hormone and the
idea behind novella decks and clomid as
well is to stimulate the body’s natural
production of testosterone in the testes
now clomid is much more popular with
doctors than no of X but if clomid is
not working for you then Nova Dex would
be another one that you could try to get
your body to produce more testosterone
naturally so Nova Dex has a half-life of
about 6 days the average dose of know
that X is up 20 milligrams a day but
definitely consult with your doctor I’m
not a doctor I’m just a guy on youtube
so if you’re on Nolan X speak with your
doctor about the dosage a month supply
at Nova Dex is about 20 25 dollars on
the good rx app so a big thing with Nova
Dex do not take Nova Dex if you’re on
blood thinners or any other medicine
that may have an interaction with talk
with your doctor before taking all the
techs and definitely let them know
everything that you take to make sure
there’s no drug interactions so an
interesting thing about Nova Dex is it
if you’re taking a remedy X or letrozole
it can actually lower the amounts and
lower the way that it works so if you’re
taking either of those you’re concede
less effects of Arimidex or letrozole if
you’re taking no blood x as well so
definitely keep that in hand if you’re
using either of those to lower your
estrogen and you’re using nova debt to
try to increase your testosterone just
know that if you’re taking a remedy
extra letrozole it can lower the amount
that those work so definitely keep that
in mind it’s you know you’re working
with two different variables now so it
may be harder to keep estrogen and the
testosterone in check so a couple side
of
facts of NOLA Dex hot flashes nausea
leg cramps muscle aches hair thinning
and headaches so another interesting
side effect I saw on Nova Dex is a loss
of sexual ability or interest so it
didn’t really see saying if it could
cause erectile dysfunction I don’t
really think it would I think it’s more
of the libido so definitely keep that in
mind if you’re thinking about taking
over Dex and one last thing about Nova
Dex is that it can have interactions
with a remedy ex benadryl aromasin or
tramadol which is a pain killer
so overall guys clomid and Nova Dex seem
to work very similarly in the body
McClement is much more popular with
doctors so I think overall clomid is a
better choice if you’re looking for
something just as a mono therapy
something to just take not with
testosterone but to see if you can
jump-start your body’s natural ability
to produce it but if clomid doesn’t work
for you or you’ve bad side effects like
vision or anything with Clement know f
of X may be something to try but always
speak with your doctor about dosages and
everything else that’s gonna be it for
the video guys I’m gonna leave some
videos up here I’m gonna leave a
subscribe button right there as always
consult with your doctor get your levels

Over One Year of TRT Blood Test Results Review / General Testosterone Replacement Therapy Guidance

what’s going on guys welcome to the
channel
I actually logged on to LabCorp and went
to look at all my different blood tests
one of them being a $1,300 blood tests
which is crazy I’ll put that link right
there but so I went through all of them
and unfortunately I don’t have every
metric for each individual test one was
by my first horrible doctor the next one
was by a men’s clinic and then the last
two were from my former doctor so they
didn’t all do the same tests so I don’t
everything to compare but found it
pretty interesting so let’s jump in
so my first test here in April of last
year my test level was at 288 my doctor
told me because I was not below the
threshold of 264 which is the limit for
lab court and then I also didn’t have
muscle loss problems getting erections
that he would not even consider giving
me the gel so yeah otherwise up until
that I thought it was a pretty good
doctor but he’s old he’s retiring soon
he’s checking out those are black riding
test doesn’t feel like dealing with
people’s hormones he just wants to
prescribe antibiotics and stuff like
that he wants to touch your boobs Nikki
cough so he didn’t ask me for estrogen
even test me for any of that stuff
that’s not in his repertoire he’s just
he pumps pills he puts the thing on your
back makes you cough whatever it is what
it is but that day when he told me that
haven’t gone back since never would I
hope he has a great retirement so two
months later I got this blood test from
a men’s clinic not gonna mention which
one have good experience but not
affiliated with any of them and they did
a pretty thorough one so for this test
item self-medicating with 200 milligrams
of testosterone sippy 1/8 I was doing
100 milligram shots twice a week I
wasn’t eating anything else not a single
thing so this is just pure 200
milligrams of testosterone sippy Nate so
my testosterone was 1060 for my free
test was forty three point five you can
see my DHEA was high this is because I
took the supplement DHEA I before really
giving

  • this in doing research I was watching
a documentary I believe it was called
growing young and it’s with that doctor
who’s older but he’s jacked and he said
that he took testosterone he took DHEA
so I found out I could buy it on Amazon
and I was like hey this guy’s doing it
    let me try it
so PhD I was crazy high I don’t take
that anymore and that’s the reason for
that and on this test my shbg was 25 so
also on this test my LH which is
luteinizing hormone was 0.1 and what
that basically shows my body is not
making testosterone on its own and the
other thing to show is that estrogen was
seventy to seventy two point seven to be
exact so my estrogen on numbers is crazy
high and a lot of people like to say
around 40’s I did not have any symptoms
and the outside just oily skin a little
of acne but I do not have any symptoms
of high estrogen I never really have but
if you are sensitive to estrogen that is
a number that you and your doctor
definitely need to monitor because high
oestrogen or low estrogen can mimic
almost all of the side effects of low
testosterone so you don’t want to go
crazy high you don’t look crazy low
that’s one of those things you have to
get dialed in that’s tough to do but you
need to work with a good doctor who
knows what he’s doing so that you can do
that so on this next test my doctor did
not order Astra Jenner unfortunately I
would have really liked to see it I was
put on a protocol that was 200
    milligrams of testosterone sippy 1/8
1000 I use of HCG and a half a milligram
of rim of that so here my testosterone
is eleven seventeen and my free
testosterone is thirty nine point two
and the only other thing notable is that
the vitamin D was that half the mark you
know half the range roughly while taking
    500 IU’s a day as a supplement so
something I thought I mentioned my
testosterone was 1086 my free test was
thirty-nine point two and my shbg was
twenty-one point two so it dropped a
little bit everything dropped a little
bit but nothing nothing monumental just
blood testing vary from day to day so
    could just been a weird
who knows so now on to Bloods so
    hemoglobin and hematocrit you’re on
testosterone your body makes more red
blood cells get your blood thicker it’s
not really something to worry about two
months unless it’s crazy high but as you
get older if you have high hematocrit
you’re more put into stroke so thematic
rate is something that you want to watch
some of the symptoms of hematocrit are
    headache flush chest and face
tingling of your fingers your toes your
hands and feet will go to sleep easier
you’re sitting on the toilet or you’re
laying in bed with your arm over your
head something like that more prone to
get tingly fingers and toes so keep an
eye on that if you feel the symptoms I
have a video on how I might accredit how
you can lower it so in April 2000 18
this was just normal this was no
    testosterone or nothing
my hemoglobin was 16.2 and my hematocrit
was forty seven point six so that’s just
the baseline no testosterone enough then
just normal dude walks in there gets a
blood test so two months later and I had
only been on testosterone for about a
month maybe maybe five weeks my
hemoglobin went up to seventeen point
one and my hematocrit went up to 51 so
almost four points on five weeks on test
so you can see you’re an addict your
level can jump up pretty dramatically so
something to keep an eye on keep an eye
out for the symptoms you see the
symptoms talk to your doctor so just
three months later my hemoglobin went up
to seventeen point four and my
hematocrit went up to 52 point two so my
other videos I thought was 54 on
    researching the highest white matter
it’s ever been tested it’s fifty two
point two so this is what I started to
feel a little bit of the symptoms but
they went away so and I didn’t get
tested at that time when I had the
symptoms so I’m not sure if it went down
or I don’t know my Mac it’s kind of
weird I sometimes I get symptoms and
then they just go away without doing
anything different anyone else have that
so leave me a comment let me know
interesting to hear that so my most
recent blood test was 17.9 I’m with
hemoglobin and my America is 51.9 so
overall the amount of time I’ve been on
trt my hematocrit has gone up about four
points now I just did recently donate
blood so the general rule of thumb or
consensus is that if you give a pint of
blood you will drop your hematocrit
    levels by three points
now this isn’t permanent you know you’re
an addict that will start to creep up
again but if you’re having symptoms and
you’re able to give blood in fear you
can drop your hematocrit by three points
so it’s something to think about
I’m actually getting blood work soon
I’ve been taking to Rincon I been eating
some grapefruits and I donated blood so
I’m really interested to see what my
American levels are I will do a video on
that on my new labs once I get them back
so like the video click subscribe if you
want to stay on this journey with me
we’re just gonna keep pumping out
contact so the next row lipids so your
cholesterol all your fats in your body
in your blood basically testosterone is
not known to be good for your lipids
over time it raises the bad cholesterol
and it lowers the good cholesterol so
I’m gonna go through these numbers I’m
gonna leave us on the screen I got a lot
of reading to do a lot of numbers so if
I don’t just gonna mess them up so in
April 2000 18 my triglycerides and
triglycerides are a type of fat that are
found in your blood when you eat your
body converts any calories it doesn’t
need to use right away into
triglycerides stored in your fat cells
and then it’s released when you need
    energy
so my triglycerides were 165 my total
    cholesterol was 165 as well
my HDL is 41 which isn’t even that good
in the first place and my LDL is 85
which is not super great either but I
    wasn’t eating super healthy I wasn’t
exercising so you know it’s to be
expected when you eat bad and they don’t
    exercise and you’re overweight your
cholesterol is not gonna look that good
in general but let’s see how
testosterone change that for the worse
actually so on 618 my triglycerides are
141 so they drop 24 points
my total cholesterol dropped to 145 so
drop of 20 my HDL dropped to let’s
that’s test right there and my L do is
at 78 so that’s drop seven points so
overall in these two months I didn’t eat
a lot healthier and I was exercising way
more four or five days a week I’m not
sure if that’s the cause of the drop in
the overall cholesterol but I found it
interesting now at 9:18 my triglycerides
saved the same my total was 151 it went
up six points my HDL went down to 35 and
dropped four points which is not great
and my LDL went up ten so my most recent
one my triglycerides we’re at 148 they
went up seven my total cholesterol was
down one at 150 my HDL went up to 37
which is good and my healthy L went to
83 down five overall my cholesterol
seems to be getting better it seems like
testosterone I’m kind of hurt it in the
beginning a little bit and now it’s
    starting to get better
it could be diet and I’m exercising more
you know I it’s hard it’s hard to
speculate on why certain levels are what
they are but I am definitely eating
better exercising more so hoping to get
my HDL up a little bit more and my new
blood test and I got here soon will let
me know if that’s the case I also I eat
a coke everything with vegetable oil I
do take a fish oil supplement I do eat a
handful of mixed nuts pretty much every
day and try to get my body good fats to
try to raise that HDL level because
that’s that’s a level that you want in
good range and when you’re on trt it’s
harsh so you got to do stuff to make it
easier for your body so giving it those
good fats the avocados the olive oils
mixed nuts stuff like that fish oil
overall I just kind of wanted to
document you know what just straight
testosterone did for my body which baby
great results test wise my estrogen was
    out of control
even though I didn’t feel any symptoms
but you may experience horrible symptoms
    for that and then
showing the two blood tests my current
protocol which is 200 milligrams of
    testosterone
Cynthia Nate a half a milligram of HCG
and a thousand odd use of HCG so I just
want to document the process if you’re
considering TRT or your doctor wants you
to go on TRT you know this is this is
just my blood work but I just want to
show you what your blood work can be if
you’re on testosterone and some things
to watch for some things to keep track
of and things to monitor when you’re
    taking testosterone remember guys if
you’re new to this you are changing your
body’s hormones it’s not something to
play around with so listen to your
doctor but also do research on your own
don’t get all of your information as the
word of god from reddit or facebook or
for me but do your own research there’s
a lot of research out there on Google
Google com search stuff you’ll find
    information gather all that information
piece it together come up with your own
conclusion and speak to your doctor
about it let them know I’ve done this
research this is kind of what I think is
going on what are your thoughts can we
work together and try to figure this out
you know things like that so if you’re
playing on taking this journey do
research research it is your friend not
gonna harp on it too much another thing
is don’t make drastic changes your body
does not like drastic changes to your
hormones so don’t go from 100 milligrams
to 200 they’ll go from taking Arimidex
to just not taking it or doubling up on
your REM attacks or doubling up on this
I’m saying your guyses don’t make
drastic changes another thing is if
you’re trying to dial in your dose don’t
change two variables at the same time
when you change few variables at the
same time if you do notice some type of
change you don’t know which one it is or
the combination of the two so if you’re
trying to dial in your dose definitely
recommend changing one thing at a time
don’t change it too drastically do it
    gradually and see what happens
so that’s gonna do it guys I want to
talk your gear off I just want some
advice for some new guys out there if
you’re considering this I just want to
share my blood work found it interesting
